Endosulfan residues and farmers’replacement behaviors of endosulfan in the north-west inland cotton region

We assessed the situation of endosulfan residues in cotton fields after the endosulfan ban came into effect and the current knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of cotton farmers on the phase-out of endosulfan and the application of alternative *** samples(n=91)of cotton fields were collected from the major cotton-producing areas in China,namely the north-west inland cotton region,and the endosulfan residues were analyzed.A KAP survey was carried out for cotton farmers,and 291 questionnaires were *** influences of gender,age,education background,cotton planting years,publicity and training,income sources,and other factors on cotton farmers’KAP were *** results showed that endosulfan sulfate was the main endosulfan residue in the soil,followed byβ-endosulfan andα-endosulfan,the average residual contents were 0.569,0.139,and 0.060μg/kg,*** results of the KAP study showed that cotton farmers scored low on knowledge about the phase-out of endosulfan and the application of alternative technologies but high on attitude and *** number of family members,years of cotton planting,age,and the cottonplanting area had different degrees of influence on KAP *** training could significantly improve the KAP scores of cotton farmers;training should be more targeted and designed reasonably for key groups,such as men and the population under 30,followed by training them to use pesticides *** large-scale cotton growers,training should focus on green prevention and control technologies.

杭州市临平区生产建设项目水土保持方案管理探讨

临平区地貌以平原为主,间有零星山地、丘陵等,区内生产建设项目均编制水土保持方案,推行开发(园)区水土保持评估制度。2019—2023年临平区(含分区前的临平区境)共审批生产建设项目水土保持方案696个,其中报告书146个、报告表121个、登记表429个,减少了方案审批环节,提升了审批效率,切实做到了减轻企业负担;3星及以上水土保持方案编制单位整体呈增加的趋势,为水土保持方案编制提供了良好的行业环境,但较低星级编制单位的优胜劣汰也需要得到重视;注册地为杭州市的编制单位先逐年增加后趋于稳定,省外的编制单位2021年最多,为6家,近些年改善营商环境的措施增强了对外包容性,开放程度有所提高,但方案编制单位仍以杭州市为主。针对当前现状,提出细化山区、丘陵区和易发水土流失区域范围,持续推进全域水土保持区域评估,优化平原房建类项目报告书章节内容,加强各环节中介管理等建议,以进一步推进水土保持改革创新,改善营商环境,推动水土保持高质量发展。

为了切实掌握粤港澳大湾区高校智慧物流人才培养现状,随机抽取了30所代表高校,对其智慧物流人才培养现状进行深入调查。问卷数据显示,高校思想层面上认识到智慧物流人才培养的重要性,并在物流专业人才培养方案、课程设置等方面初探式的增加智慧物流方向相关内容。同时,多数高校也初步开设了智慧物流方向相关课程并提供了相关政策支持。但是,多数学校具有人工智能相关背景的物流老师占比较低。截止问卷调查时,多数高校学生以传统物流岗位实习为主,高校对智慧物流相关方向实习岗位的需求强烈。为了填补智慧物流人才的缺口,培养满足企业需求的高质量智慧物流人才,大湾区高校应该着重在“学科专业设置、人才培养方案、教师团队建设、产教融合、校企合作”等方面进行优化。文章结论为高校开展智慧物流人才培养提供数据支持和意见建议,为推动粤港澳大湾区发展智慧物流提供数据提供参考。

Carbonbased aerogels derived from biomass chitosan are encountering a flourishing moment in electromagnetic protection on account of lightweight,controllable fabrication and ***,developing a facile construction method of component design with carbon-based aerogels for high-efficiency electromagnetic wave absorption(EWA)materials with a broad effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)and strong absorption yet hits some ***,the nitrogen-doped magnetic-dielectric-carbon aerogel was obtained via ice template method followed by carbonization treatment,homogeneous and abundant nickel(Ni)and manganese oxide(MnO)particles in situ grew on the carbon *** to the optimization of impedance matching of dielectric/magnetic components to carbon aerogels,the nitrogen-doped magnetic-dielectric-carbon aerogel(Ni/MnO-CA)suggests a praiseworthy EWA performance,with an ultra-wide EAB of 7.36 GHz and a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of−64.09 dB,while achieving a specific reflection loss of−253.32 dB mm−***,the aerogel reveals excellent radar stealth,infrared stealth,and thermal management ***,the high-performance,easy fabricated and multifunctional nickel/manganese oxide/carbon aerogels have broad application aspects for electromagnetic protection,electronic devices and aerospace.

Body size induced changes in metabolic carbon of soil nematodes under N deposition and precipitation regime change in a temperate grassland

Background Global climate change has resulted in precipitation regimes exhibiting an increasing trend in rainfall intensity but a reduction in its frequency. Nitrogen(N) deposition is a crucial component of the global N cycling. Nematode body size is a trait that responds to climate change and is used as a standard trait-based indicator in soil community analysis. Variations in body size influence metabolic carbon(C). We examined the ways by which body size and metabolic C of nematodes respond to changing precipitation regimes and how N deposition regulates these responses by an 8-year manipulative *** Nematode body size was indicated by the community-weighted mean(CWM) mass. We quantified C metabolism components of soil nematodes including production C, respiration C, and corresponding C use efficiency(CUE) under different precipitation intensities and N addition in a semi-arid steppe on the Mongolian Plateau. The Mantel test was used to determine the correlations between CWM, CUE and environmental factors. The partial least squares path modeling(PLS-PM) was conducted to quantify direct or indirect contributions among latent *** We found that heavy precipitation intensity increased the CWM mass of total nematodes and omnivorespredators without N addition. N addition decreased CWM mass of bacterivores across all the precipitation intensity treatments. Stronger precipitation intensities might be favorable for nematode production and respiration C. Variations in the nematode CWM mass drove the CUE to change with N *** Our findings provide new insights into the mechanisms underlying nematode body size and C metabolism, and highlight that explorative studies, such as manipulative experiments, are needed to identify traits underlying size-related effects and to investigate how they affect CUE of nematodes. Bifurcation and optimal control for an infectious disease model with the impact of information

Co-immunoprecipitation for identifying protein–protein interaction on lipid droplets

The lipid droplet(LD) is a conserved organelle that exists in almost all organisms, ranging from bacteria to mammals. Dysfunctions in LDs are linked to a range of human metabolic syndromes. The formation of protein complexes on LDs is crucial for maintaining their function. Investigating how proteins interact on LDs is essential for understanding the role of LDs. We have developed an effective method to uncover protein–protein interactions and protein complexes specifically on LDs. In this method, we conduct co-immunoprecipitation(co-IP) experiments using LD proteins extracted directly from isolated LDs, rather than utilizing proteins from cell lysates. To elaborate, we begin by purifying LDs with high-quality and extracting LD-associated proteins. Subsequently, the co-IP experiment is performed on these LD-associated proteins directly, which would enhance the co-IP experiment specificity of LDassociated proteins. This method enables researchers to directly unveil protein complexes on LDs and gain deeper insights into the functional roles of proteins associated with LDs.
