The Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite(SATech-01),a mission for low-cost space science and new technology experiments,organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),was successfully launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude of~500 km on July 27,2022,from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch *** as an experimental platform for space science exploration and the demonstration of advanced common technologies in orbit,SATech-01 is equipped with 16 experimental payloads,including the solar upper transition region imager(SUTRI),the lobster eye imager for astronomy(LEIA),the high energy burst searcher(HEBS),and a High Precision Magnetic Field Measurement System based on a CPT Magnetometer(CPT).It also incorporates an imager with freeform optics,an integrated thermal imaging sensor,and a multi-functional integrated imager,*** paper provides an overview of SATech-01,including a technical description of the satellite and its scientific payloads,along with their on-orbit performance.

A composite structure with frame and skin based on cabin structure in a large space telescope is studied in this *** frame is composed of longitudinal and transverse beams with hybrid bonded/bolted joints,and the skin is connected to the frame by *** tests are conducted on the structure by a set of test *** is observed that residual deformation occurs in the first test of the structure,which is attributed to the relative sliding between the skin and frame because of bolt-hole *** high tightening torque and the increased number of the skin-frame bolts contribute to the high stiffness of the structure.A finite element model(FEM)of this composite structure is established,and the simulation model is verified by the experimental *** FEM is contrastively analyzed with different frame joints,and it is found that adhesive joining in the hybrid bonded/bolted joints enhances the stiffness of the structure *** that adhesive plays a leading role in the stiffness of the hybrid joints,Tie contact in FEM is proposed to simulate bonded or hybrid joints when studying the stiffness performance of undamaged structure.

The past several decades have witnessed great progress in high-performance field effect transistors(FET)as one of the most important electronic *** the same time,due to their intrinsic advantages,such as multiparameter accessibility,excellent electric signal amplification function,and ease of large-scale manufacturing,FET as tactile sensors for flexible wear-able devices,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and other fields to per-ceive external stimuli has also attracted great attention and become a significant field of general *** importantly,FET has a unique three-terminal structure,which enables its different components to detect external mechanics through different sensing *** one hand,it provides an important platform to shed deep insights into the underlying mechanisms of the tactile *** the other hand,these properties could in turn endow excellent components for the construction of tactile matrix sensor arrays with high *** special emphasis on the configuration of FETs,this review classified and summarized structure-optimized FET tactile sensors with gate,dielectric layer,semiconductor layer,and source/drain electrodes as sensing active components,*** working principles and the state-of-the-art protocols in terms of high-performance tactile sensors are detail discussed and highlighted,the innovative pixel distribution and integration analysis of the transistor sensor matrix array concerning flexible electronics are also *** hope that the introduction of this review can provide some inspiration for future researchers to design and fabricate high-performance FET-based tactile sensor chips for flexible electronics and other fields.

Functional thermal fluids and their applications in battery thermal management:A comprehensive review

One-pot tandem catalysis has been regarded as one of the most atomic economic ways to produce secondary amines,the important platform molecules for chemical synthesis and pharmaceutical manufacture,but it is facing serious issues in overall *** promotional effects are highly desired for boosting the activity and regulating the selectivity of conventional tandem *** this work,we report a high-performance tandem catalyst with maximized synergistic effect among each counterpart by preciously manipulating the spatial structure,which involves the active CeO_(2)/Pt component as kernel,the densely-coated N-doped C(NC)layer as selectivity controller,and the differentially-grown Co species as catalytic performance *** comprehensive investigations,the unique growth mechanism and the promotion effect of Co regulators are ***,the surface-landed Co clusters(Cocs)are crucial to selectivity by altering the adsorption configuration of benzylideneaniline ***,the inner Co particles(Cops)are essential for activity by denoting their electrons to neighboring *** from the unique promotion effect,a remarkably-improved catalytic efficiency(100%nitrobenzene conversion with 94%N-benzylaniline selectivity)is achieved at a relatively low temperature of 80℃,which is much better than that of CeO_(2)/Pt(100%nitrobenzene conversion with 12%N-benzylaniline selectivity)and CeO_(2)/Pt/NC(35%nitrobenzene conversion with 94%benzylideneaniline selectivity).

针对部分食品的运输包装与保鲜需求,设计了多功能、智能化、个性化的定制化可追溯智能食品包装。阐述了定制化可追溯智能食品包装的设计背景、设计目标、设计意义等设计思路,从包装缓冲防震材料、实时共享位置技术、食品溯源功能、可控温湿包装技术、包装定制等方面分析了定制化可追溯智能食品包装实现的可行性。指出该定制化可追溯智能食品包装结构的设计,合理采取了防护措施,降低货物的破损程度,减少物资的损耗;个性化的定制食品包装体现了产品的独特性;食品溯源功能有效实现了特定产品的防伪。该定制化可追溯智能食品包装具有广泛的应用前景。

Role of locust Locusta migratoria manilensis claws and pads in attaching to substrates

The present study attempts to investigate the role of rigid claws and smooth adhesive pads in the locust Locusta migratoria manilensis,when attaching to various *** measured the attachment forces on sandpaper and silicate glass plate of locusts with intact attachment system,and those with either the pretarsal claws or the tarsal pads having been entirely destroyed,to explore the role of pads and claws when a locust is walking on various *** obtain information about morphological characteristics and material properties of the claws,we examined the intact and fractured claws by scanning electron microscopy,and tested the fractural force in a fracture *** proposed a mechanical model for locust climbing on a slanting surface to analyze the conduction and final result of the attachment forces generated by the attachment organs on the fore-,mid-and *** forces generated by locusts with destroyed pads were similar to those generated by locusts with intact attachment system on both substrates,which presumably indicated that the claws have a significantly important role when attaching to various *** result of the fracture experiment demonstrated that the claws are made of relatively stiff material,and their shear strength ranged between 39-45 *** analysis of locust climbing on slanting surface showed that the force generated by the hindlegs suspended the whole body of locust up from the surface and pushed the body forward,while the midlegs steadily suspended the centre of gravity and the forelegs pulled the suspended body *** results obtained contribute to the further interpretation of the interaction mechanisms between insect attachment system and substrates,and supply information for designing and manufacturing slippery plates for trapping plague locusts.

Investigation of the sliding friction behaviors of locust on slippery plates

The slippery trapping plate in swarm locust control is a method of realizing resource utilization of locust and avoiding pesticide residues in the entironment. Some slippery plates with different material composition or surface characteristic were investigated through the sliding tests of locust on slippery plates, and sliding rubbing behaviors of locusts on the plate were observed by means of CCD video monitoring system. Poor sliding character of silicate glass to locust was verified, which is in accordance with the adhesive effect generated by secretion of locust feet pads on the smooth surface. And also, PVC plastic plate presents a poor sliding character to locusts, because the soft surface of PVC can permit claws of locust feet to engender mechanical interlock on the surface. The zinc plate shows a considerable slippery ratio for locusts because of the appropriate surface characteristic and material property. Photoelectric stimulation for resting locust can promote the movement of locust. Accordingly, the contact form of locust feet and abdomen on slippery plates is changed and contact area is reduced severely, so the sliding effect of locust on slippery plates is strengthened effectively. These results supply a suitable theoretical foundation for manufacturing locust slippery trapping plates and trapping units, and indicate the important role of photoelectric stimulating factors in biotribology.

Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)is a heterogeneous female disorder characterized by the loss of ovarian function before the age of *** represents a significant detriment to female ***,the known POI-causative genes currently account for only a fraction of *** elucidate the genetic factors underlying POI,we conducted whole-exome sequencing on a family with three fertile POI patients and identified a deleterious missense variant in *** a subsequent replication study involving 1,030 POI patients,this variant was not only confirmed but also accompanied by the discovery of three additional predicted deleterious RNF111 *** variants collectively account for eight cases,representing 0.78%of the study cohort.A further study involving 500 patients with diminished ovarian reserve also identified two additional RNF111 ***,RNF111 encodes an E3 ubiquitin ligase with a regulatory role in the TGF-β/BMP signaling *** analysis revealed that RNF111/RNF111 is predominantly expressed in the oocytes of mice,monkeys,and *** further investigate the functional implications of RNF111 variants,we generated two mouse models:one with a heterozygous missense mutation(Rnf111+/M)and another with a heterozygous null mutation(Rnf111^(+/-)).Both mouse models exhibited impaired female fertility,characterized by reduced litter sizes and small ovarian ***,RNA-seq and quantitative proteomics analysis unveiled that Rnf111 haploinsufficiency led to dysregulation in female gonad development and negative regulation of the BMP signaling pathway within mouse *** conclusion,our findings strongly suggest that monoallelic deleterious variants in RNF111 can impair female fertility and induce POI in both humans and mice.
