Ultrasound-driven self-decomposition porphyrins as metal-free CO precursors for gas and sonodynamic synergistic therapy

Carbon monoxide(CO) is an endogenous therapeutic gas with an anti-tumor effect. The precise delivery and controlled release of CO in tumor tissues play crucial roles in anti-cancer treatment. However, efficient in situ generation of CO from metal-free COreleasing molecules(CORMs) remains a formidable challenge. Herein, we develop ultrasound(US)-driven self-decomposition porphyrin as organic and metal-free US-CORMs, which can spatiotemporally control the CO release(347 mmol CO/mol porphyrin) efficiently under physiologically harmless US conditions(1.0 MHz, 1.5 W/cm^(2), 50% duty cycle, 50 min). Moreover,porphyrin as a sonosensitizer can also generate reactive oxygen species(ROS) under US treatment to achieve sonodynamic therapy(SDT). Advanced functions of such porphyrin-based CORMs in CO gas-sonodynamic synergistic treatment have been demonstrated by evaluating the in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor effects.

As a fundamental problem in the field of the network science,the study of topological evolution model is of great significance for revealing the inherent dynamics and mechanisms of complex network *** order to study the influence of different scales of preferential attachment on topological evolution,a topological evolution model based on the attraction of the motif vertex is *** the perspective of network motif,this model proposes the concept of attraction of the motif vertex based on the degree of the motif,quantifies the influence of local structure on the node preferential attachment,and performs the preferential selection of the new link based on the Local World *** simulation experiments show that the model has the small world characteristic apparently,and the clustering coefficient varies with the scale of the local *** degree distribution of the model changes from power-law distribution to exponential distribution with the change of *** some cases,the piecewise power-law distribution is *** addition,the proposed model can present a network with different matching patterns as the parameters change.

In light of the escalating global energy imperatives,mining of challenging-to-access resources,such as steeply inclined extra-thick coal seams(SIEC),has emerged as one of the future trends within the domain of energy ***,there is a risk of gas and coal spontaneous combustion coupling disasters(GCC)within the goaf of SIEC due to the complex goaf structure engendered by the unique mining methodologies of *** ensure that SIEC is mined safely and efficiently,this study conducts research on the GCC within the goaf of SIEC using field observation,theoretical analysis,and numerical *** results demonstrate that the dip angle,the structural dimensions in terms of width-to-length ratio,and compressive strength of the overlying rock are the key factors contributing to the goaf instability of *** gangue was asymmetrically filled,primarily accumulating within the central and lower portions of the goaf,and the filling height increased proportionally with the advancing caving height,the expansion coefficient,and the thickness of the surrounding rock *** GCC occurs in the goaf of SIEC,with an air-return side range of 41 m and an air-intake side range of 14 m,at the intersection area of the“”-shaped gas concentration distribution(gas explosion).The optimal nitrogen flow rate is 1000 m3/h with an injection port situated 25 m away from the working face for the highest nitrogen diffusion efficacy and lowest risk of gas explosion,coal spontaneous combustion,and *** has significant engineering applications for ensuring the safe mining of SIEC threatened by the GCC.

Shortest-path calculation on weighted graphs are an essential operation in computer networks. The performance of such algorithms has become a critical challenge in emerging software-defined networks(SDN),since SDN controllers need to centralizedly perform a shortest-path query for every flow,usually on large-scale network. Unfortunately,one of the challenges is that current algorithms will become incalculable as the network size increases. Therefore, inspired by the compression graph in the field of compute visualization,we propose an efficient shortest path algorithm by compressing the original big network graph into a small one, but the important graph properties used to calculate path is reserved. We implement a centralized version of our approach in SDN-enabled network,and the evaluations validate the improvement compared with the well-known algorithms.

The methods of identifying geometric error parameters for NC machine tools are introduced. According to analyzing and comparing the different methods, a new method-displacement method with 9 lines is developed based on the theories of the movement errors of multibody system (MBS). A lot of experiments are also made to obtain 21 terms geometric error parameters by using the error identification software based on the new method.

A simulation analysis and an experiment are carried out to investigate how the gap difference between the breaks of a direct current vacuum circuit breakers with multi-breaks(MB-DC VCB)caused by the mechanism dispersion of the breaker influences the distribution of TRV among the *** interruption model of MB-DC VCB,combining the continuous transition model,is established to analyse the rising rate of transient recovery voltage and the dielectric strength recovery speed of the breaks for MB-DC VCB under different gap difference *** on the experimental platform of dual break DC vacuum circuit breaker breaking,the correctness of the simulation model is verified on a DC VCB with the double-breaks interruption experimental ***,a model is applied to the non-synchronous interruption simulation of a DC VCB with *** relationship between the TRVs of the breaks under different gap difference conditions is analysed using the comparative analysis method,obtaining the maximum gap difference at the moment of breaking *** results of this study show that large-gap breaks have a higher TRV than small-gap breaks(the fracture of the action delay module),with double fractures reaching 1.4 times and triple fractures reaching a maximum of 1.52 times;the ability of small-gap breaks to withstand TRV is weak,giving rise to re-breakdown or even interruption failure;as the number of fractures increases,the maximum gap difference also *** the synchronous interruption ability of the MB-DC VCB is conducive to improving the interruption performance and interruption success rate of this type of a circuit breaker.

The self-excited DC air circuit breaker(SE-DCCB)has been widely used in urban rail transit due to its excellent *** can realize forward and reverse interruption,but has difficulty interrupting small currents due to the phenomenon of arc root sticking at the entrance of the arc chamber in the splitting process,which is known as arc root stagnation.A coupling model of the self-excited magnetic field and magnetohydrodynamics is established for the SE-DCCB with the traditional *** magnetic field,temperature and airflow distribution in the arc chamber are investigated with an interrupting current of 150 *** simulation results show that the direction and magnitude of the magnetic blowout force are the dominant factors in the arc root *** local high temperature of the arc chamber due to arc root stagnation increases the obstruction effect of the airflow vortex on the arc root movement,which significantly increases the arc duration time of small current *** on the research,the structure of the magnetic conductance plate of the actual product is improved,which can improve the direction and magnitude of the magnetic blowout force at the arc root so as to restrain the development of the airflow vortex effectively and solve the problem of arc root stagnation when the small current is *** simulation results show that the circuit breaker with improved structure has a better performance for a small current interruption range from 100 A to 350 A.

In recent years, there has been considerable attention and research on the higher-order interactions that are prevalent in various real-world networks. Hypergraphs, especially in the study of complex systems, are proved effective in capturing these interactions. To better characterize the model in reality, this paper proposes a theoretical model of node interdependent percolation in multiplex hypergraphs, considering “weak” interdependence. The proposed model includes pairwise and higher-order interactions, where the removal of nodes triggers cascading failures. However, interdependent nodes connected to failed nodes experience partial loss of connections due to “weak” interdependence, reflecting the self-sustaining capabilities of real-world systems. Percolation theory is applied to the analysis to investigate the properties of the percolation threshold and phase transition. Both analysis and simulation results show that as the strength of interdependence between nodes weakens, the network transitions from a discontinuous to a continuous phase, thereby increasing its robustness.
