Influence of sea-land breeze on the formation and dissipation of severe dense fog and its burst reinforcement in the Yellow Sea coastal area,China

Based on the global reanalysis data of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction(NCEP)/National Center for Atmospheric Research,the surface meteorological observation data,sounding data and satellite observation data,this paper comprehensively analyzes the evolution process and formation mechanism of a persistent severe dense fog process occurred on February 15–17,2015 in yancheng,eastern *** the numerical simulation experiment of Weather Research and Forecast(WRF)model,we further analyze the impact of sea-land breeze on the formation and burst reinforcement of *** show that the precipitation caused by the southwesterly airflow in front of the upper-level trough and the low-pressure inverted trough are conducive to the formation of early rain fog,while the nighttime clear radiance under the control of surface cold high and the infiltration of weak cold advection are conducive to the formation and development of later radiation-advection *** WRF model simulates the fog evolution process,which is basically consistent with the actual fog area,and the simulation results are credible to a certain *** simulation results show that the establishment of sea breeze has an advection cooling effect on the near surface layer,which is conducive to the formation and development of the inversion layer on the near surface,providing stable stratification conditions for the formation and burst reinforcement of *** one hand,the strengthening of sea breeze circulation can continuously transport water vapor to the study *** the other,the occurrence of ultra-low level jet is favorable for the accumulation of low-level water *** the same time,the inversion intensity further strengthens,which is in favor of the burst reinforcement and long-term maintenance of fog.

The significant demand for high quality food has motivated us to adopt appropriate processing methods to improve the food nutritional quality and *** this study,the effects of five drying methods,namely,pulsed vacuum drying(PVD),freeze drying(FD),infrared drying(IRD),hot-air drying(HAD)and sun drying(SD)on free amino acids(FAAs),α-dicarbonyl compounds(α-DCs)and volatile compounds(VOCs)in rape bee pollen(RBP)were *** results showed that FD significantly released the essential amino acids(EAAs)compared with fresh samples while SD caused the highest *** was the dominantα-DCs in RBP and the highest loss was observed after *** were the dominant volatiles of RBP and SD samples contained more new volatile substances(especially aldehydes)than the other four drying ***,FD and PVD would be potential methods to effectively reduce the quality deterioration of RBP in the drying process.

The traits of rural domestic sewage emission are unclear,negatively affecting rural domestic sewage treatment and sewage *** study used data from the Second National Pollution Source Census Bulletin to establish a data *** spatial distribution characteristics and main factors influencing rural sewage discharge in the Northern Region were studied using spatial autocorrelation analysis and structural *** findings demonstrated that(l)a significant Spearman correlation between drainage water volume(DwV),chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)and that the correlation coefficients between DWV and COD,NH,-N,TNand TP were 0.87**,1.0**,0.99**,0.99**,respectively;(2)rural sewage discharge showed spatial autocorrelation,and rural domestic sewage discharge in the districts and counties with an administration was significantly higher than in the surrounding areas;and(3)social development was the main driver rural domestic sewage changes(path coefficient was 0.407**),and the main factors influencing rural domestic sewage discharge were the urbanization rate,years of education,and population age *** study obtained the spatial variation law and clarified the main influencing factors of rural domestic sewage to provide data support and a theoretical basis for subsequent rural sewage collection and *** of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in northern China as a typical case,provides a theoretical foundation for scientific decision-making on rural domestic sewage treatment at the national and regional levels and offers new perspectives for managing pollutants.

Early prediction of growth patterns after pediatric kidney transplantation based on height-related single-nucleotide polymorphisms

Background:Growth retardation is a common complication of chronic kidney disease in children,which can be partially relieved after renal *** study aimed to develop and validate a predictive model for growth patterns of children with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)after kidney transplantation using machine learning algorithms based on genomic and clinical ***:A retrospective cohort of 110 children who received kidney transplants between May 2013 and September 2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were recruited for whole-exome sequencing(WES),and another 39 children who underwent transplant from October 2021 to March 2022 were enrolled for external *** on previous studies,we comprehensively collected 729 height-related single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in exon *** machine learning algorithms and 10-fold cross-validation analysis were employed for model ***:The 110 children were divided into two groups according to change in height-for-age *** univariate analysis,age and 19 SNPs were incorporated into the model and *** random forest model showed the best prediction efficacy with an accuracy of 0.8125 and an area under curve(AUC)of 0.924,and also performed well in the external validation cohort(accuracy,0.7949;AUC,0.796).Conclusions:A model with good performance for predicting post-transplant growth patterns in children based on SNPs and clinical variables was constructed and validated using machine learning *** model is expected to guide clinicians in the management of children after renal transplantation,including the use of growth hormone,glucocorticoid withdrawal,and nutritional supplementation,to alleviate growth retardation in children with ESRD.

随着三维扫描仪、LiDAR等三维视觉感知设备的快速发展,三维模型识别方向正逐渐引起越来越多的研究者的关注。该领域的核心任务是三维模型的分类与检索。深度学习技术在二维视觉任务方面已经取得显著的成就,将这一技术引入三维视觉领域不仅突破了传统方法的限制,还在自动驾驶、智能机器人等领域取得了引人瞩目的进展。然而,将深度学习技术应用于三维模型识别任务仍然面临着多项挑战。鉴于此,对深度学习在三维模型识别任务中的应用进行综述。首先,论述了常用的评价指标和公开数据集,介绍每个数据集的相关信息和来源。接着,从多个角度出发,包括点云、视图、体素以及多模态融合等,详细介绍现有具有代表性的方法,并梳理了近年来的相关研究工作。通过在数据集上对这些方法的性能进行对比,分析各个方法的优势和局限性。最后,基于各类方法的利弊,总结当前亟待解决的三维模型识别任务中的挑战,并展望了未来在该领域的发展趋势。

Research on the Marine Antifouling Ability and Mechanism of Acrylate Copolymers and Marine Coatings Based on a Synergistic Effect

Marine biofouling is an urgent global problem in the process of ocean exploitation and *** our work,a series of zinc-based acrylate copolymers(ACZn-x)were designed and synthesized using benzoic acid,zinc oxide(ZnO)and a random quaternion copolymer consisting of ethyl acrylate(EA),butyl acrylate(BA),acrylic acid(AA)and methacrylic acid(MAA)by free radical polymerization and dehydration *** ACZn-x with a zinc benzoate side chain is able to hydrolyze in natural seawater under static conditions,resulting in the formation of a smooth *** investigated and confirmed the antifouling(AF)behavior of ACZn-x in the laboratory and revealed that they have better antibacterial(86%for *** and 72%for ***)and anti-algal(≥60.1%for *** and≥67.5%for ***)*** also assessed the marine AF properties of ACZn-x and corresponding coatings in Qingdao,China;the ACZn-x exhibited ideal AF properties with little silt and biological mucosa adhered to the ACZn-x surface after 6 months,and corresponding coatings exhibited little biofouling after 16 months in the ***,possible AF mechanisms were further proposed at the cellular *** results could be helpful for the development and application of effective AF coatings.

目的评价联合库存管理(JMI)方法在医院多院区药品采购与控制管理中的应用效果。方法基于JMI模式,运用合理的数据处理方法从某集团医院筛选出4种试点药品进行研究,从库存成本、周转情况、供应情况等方面对比、分析应用后的效果。结果某集团医院在应用中心医院主导的JMI模式后,3家分院试点药品库存量和库存金额显著降低,库存量较实施前减少31.93%,平均库存金额减少16.23%;库存周转天数显著减少,3家分院周转天数均减少1 d以上;药品缺货率显著降低,试点药品中变化最明显的多柔比星脂质体注射液,缺货率下降6.7%;各组数据的比较结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院多院区采用中心医院主导的JMI模式,可以明显改善药品采购管理和库存管理的效果,从而提升医院资金的使用效率。

硅树脂/EPDM绝热材料的性能及陶瓷化机理

采用SEM、TG、DSC、拉伸试验和氧-乙炔烧蚀试验,研究了硅树脂对EPDM绝热材料力学性能、热稳定性以及耐烧蚀性能的影响,并分析了硅树脂/EPDM绝热材料在烧蚀过程中炭化层的陶瓷化机理。结果表明:随着硅树脂含量的增加,绝热层的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率均有所降低;在硅树脂含量为35 phr时,绝热层的热稳定性以及耐烧蚀性能最好,残炭率能达到30%左右,线烧蚀率最小为0.048 mm/s;观察形貌发现,含硅树脂绝热层烧蚀后形成的炭化层更致密坚硬,孔洞更小,耐冲刷性能更好。添加硅树脂能够有效提高EPDM绝热层的耐烧蚀性能,其作用机理主要是通过高温下分解产生的硅氧化物与碳进行碳热还原反应形成碳化硅和其熔融态将炭化层粘结在一起,最终形成一种类陶瓷结构的炭化层。

Facile generation of highly durable thiol-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane based superhydrophobic melamine foam

In this study,a durable superhydrophobic/superoleophilic melamine foam was fabricated by a facile and rapid one-step thiol-ene click chemistry and Michael addition reaction,which demonstrated excellent robustness in oil/water ***,1H,1H,2H-perfluoro-1-hexene reacted with thiol-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane via the thiol-ene click chemistry to obtain a fluorinated thiol-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane ***,the melamine foam was immersed to the solution system to form nanoaggregates on the melamine foam surface by the Michael addition reaction in the presence of ultraviolet *** micro/nano rough structure and low surface energy of the nanoaggregates layer endowed the pristine melamine foam with superhydrophobicity;the water contact angle was greater than 150°.More importantly,the as-prepared melamine foam could withstand harsh conditions,such as a corrosive solution environment,strong ultraviolet light,mechanical compression,high and low temperature exposure,and ultrasonic *** by gravity,the as-prepared melamine foam could efficiently separate the oil/water mixtures and maintain 98%separation efficiency at high and low *** addition,it maintained the desirable absorption capability in different oil/organic solvents even after 15 absorption ***,this facile,low-cost,and robust onestep method provides important support for the superhydrophobic oil/water separation field.

Spatiotemporal variations in the growth status of declining wild apple trees in a narrow valley in the western Tianshan Mountains, China

Malus sieversii(wild apple tree),only distributed in the Tianshan Mountains in Central Asia,is a tertiary relic species and an ancestral species of cultivated ***,existing natural populations of wild apple trees have been *** date,spatiotemporal variations in the growth status of declining wild apple trees and influencing factors in the narrow valley areas in the Tianshan Mountains remain *** this study,field investigation and sampling were carried out in three years(2016-2018)at four elevations(1300,1400,1500,and 1600 m)in the Qiaolakesai Valley(a typical longitudinal narrow valley in the Yili River Valley)of the western Tianshan Mountains in Xinyuan County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,*** coverage,dead branch percentage,and 18 twig traits(these 20 parameters were collectively referred to as plant traits)were determined to comprehensively reflect the growth status of declining wild apple *** values of dead branch percentage ranged from 36%to 59%,with a mean of 40%.Year generally showed higher impact on plant traits than *** 2017 and 2018,projective coverage,leaf size,leaf nitrogen concentration,and nitrogen to phosphorous ratio were markedly higher than those in ***,dead branch percentage and leaf and stem phosphorous concentrations showed the opposite *** of the topological parameters of plant trait networks differed in the three years,but the strength of trait-trait association increased year by *** mean difference between day and night temperatures(MDT),annual accumulative precipitation,soil electrical conductivity,and soil pH had the greatest impact on the plant trait *** growth status of declining wild apple trees was directly and positively affected by MDT and leaf *** conclusion,the growth of declining wild apple trees distributed in the narrow valley areas was more sensitive to interannual environmental changes than elevation *** results are of great significa
