To improve the self-cleaning ability of aquaculture tank and the efficiency of circulating water,physical and numerical experiments were conducted on the influence of inlet structure on sewage discharge in a rounded square aquaculture tank with a single *** on the physical model of the tank,analysis of how inlet structure adjustment affects sewage discharge efficiency and flow field characteristics was conducted to provide suitable flow field conditions for sinkable solid particle *** addition,an internal flow field simulation was conducted using the RNG k-εturbulence model in hydraulic drive *** a solid-fluid multiphase model was created to investigate how the inlet structure affects sewage collection in the rounded square aquaculture tank with single inlet and *** finding revealed that the impact of inlet structure is considerably affecting sewage *** conditions of C/B=0.07-0.11(the ratio of horizontal distance between the center of the inlet pipe and the tank wall(C)to length of the tank(B))andα=25°(αis the angle between the direction of the jet and the tangential direction of the arc angle)resulted in optimal sewage collection,which is similar to the flow field experiment in the rounded square aquaculture tank with single inlet and *** excellent correlation was revealed between sewage collection and fluid circulation stability in the aquaculture *** present study provided a reference for design and optimization of circulating aquaculture tanks in aquaculture industry.

Deep neural networks have been widely applied to bearing fault diagnosis systems and achieved impressive success *** address the problem that the insufficient fault feature extraction ability of traditional fault diagnosis methods results in poor diagnosis effect under variable load and noise interference scenarios,a rolling bearing fault diagnosis model combining Multi-Scale Convolutional Neural Network(MSCNN)and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)fused with attention mechanism is *** adaptively extract the essential spatial feature information of various sizes,the model creates a multi-scale feature extraction module using the convolutional neural network(CNN)learning *** learning capacity of LSTM for time information sequence is then used to extract the vibration signal’s temporal feature *** parallel large and small convolutional kernels teach the system spatial local *** gathers temporal global features to thoroughly and painstakingly mine the vibration signal’s characteristics,thus enhancing model ***,bearing fault diagnosis is accomplished by using the SoftMax *** experiment outcomes demonstrate that the model can derive fault properties entirely from the initial vibration *** can retain good diagnostic accuracy under variable load and noise interference and has strong generalization compared to other fault diagnosis models.

An infection by Zika virus(ZIKV), a mosquito-borne flavivirus, broke out in South American regions in 2015, and recently showed a tendency of spreading to North America and even worldwide. ZIKV was first detected in 1947 and only 14 human infection cases were reported until 2007. This virus was previously observed to cause only mild flu-like ***, recent ZIKV infections might be responsible for the increasing cases of neurological disorders such as GuillainBarre′ syndrome and congenital defects, including newborn microcephaly. Therefore, researchers have established several animal models to study ZIKV transmission and pathogenesis, and test therapeutic candidates. This review mainly summarizes the reported animal models of ZIKV infection, including mice and non-human primates.

In this paper,we consider the Chan–Vese(C-V)model for image segmentation and obtain its numerical solution accurately and *** this purpose,we present a local radial basis function method based on a Gaussian kernel(GA-LRBF)for spatial *** to the standard radial basis functionmethod,this approach consumes less CPU time and maintains good stability because it uses only a small subset of points in the whole computational ***,since the Gaussian function has the property of dimensional separation,the GA-LRBF method is suitable for dealing with isotropic ***,a numerical scheme that couples GA-LRBF with the fourth-order Runge–Kutta method is applied to the C-V model,and a comparison of some numerical results demonstrates that this scheme achieves much more reliable image segmentation.

A simple and accurate method to estimate evapotranspiration （ET） is essential for dynamic monitor- ing of the Earth system at a large scale. In this paper, we developed an artificial neural network （ANN） model forced by remote sensing and AmeriFlux data to estimate ET. First, the ANN was trained with ET measurements made at 13 AmeriFlux sites and land surface products derived from satellite remotely sensed data （normalized difference vegetation index, land surface temperature and surface net radiation） for the period 2002-2006. ET estimated with the ANN was then validated by ET observed at five AmeriFlux sites during the same period. The validation sites covered five different vegetation types and were not involved in the ANN training. The coefficient of determination （RE） value for comparison between estimated and measured ET was 0.77, the root-mean- square error was 0.62 mm/d, and the mean residual was - 0.28. The simple model developed in this paper captured the seasonal and interannual variation features of ET on the whole. However, the accuracy of estimated ET depended on the vegetation types, among which estimated ET showed the best result for deciduous broadleaf forest compared to the other four vegetation types.

The quasi-local notion of an isolated horizon is employed to study the entropy of black holes without any particular symmetry in loop quantum gravity. The idea of characterizing the shape of a horizon by a sequence of local areas is successfully applied in the scheme to calculate the entropy by the S O(1, 1) BF boundary theory matching loop quantum gravity in the bulk. The generating function for calculating the microscopical degrees of freedom of a given isolated horizon is obtained. Numerical computations of small black holes indicate a new entropy formula containing the quantum correction related to the partition of the horizon. Further evidence shows that, for a given horizon area, the entropy decreases as a black hole deviates from the spherically symmetric one,and the entropy formula is also well suitable for big black holes.

AIM:To summarize progress in the study of K-ras gene studies in pancreatic cancer and its potential clinical significance in screening test for early detection of pancreatic cancer,and to differentiate pancreatic cancer from chronic pancreatitis in recent ***:Literature search (MEDLINE 1986-2003) was performed using the key words K-ras gene, pancreatic cancer, chronic pancreatitis, and diagnosis. Two kind of opposite points of view on the significance of K-ras gene in detection early pancreatic cancer and differentiation pancreatic cancer from chronic pancreatitis were *** presence of a K-ras gene mutation at codon 12 has been seen in 75-100% of pancreatic cancers, and is not rare in patients with chronic pancreatitis, and represents an increased risk of developing pancreatic cancer. However,the significance of the detection of this mutation in specimens obtained by needle aspiration from pure pancreatic juice and from stools for its utilization for the detection of early pancreatic cancer, and differentiation pancreatic cancer from chronic pancreatitis remains ***:The value of K-ras gene mutation for the detection of early pancreatic cancer and differentiation pancreatic cancer from chronic pancreatitis remains uncertains in clinical pratice. Nevertheless, K-ras mutation screening may increase the sensitivity of FNA and ERP cytology and may be useful in identifying pancreatitis patients at high risk for developing cancer, and as a adjunct with cytology to differentiate pancreatic cancer from chronic pancreatitis.
