The present study reported fabrication of novel carbon quantum dots-MnFe_(2)O_(4)@ZIF-8(CQDs-MFO@ZIF-8)by using co-precipitation hydrothermal method for activation of peroxydisulfate(PDS)to degrade bisphenol A(BPA),one of important emerging organic pollutants in water environment.CQDs-MFO@ZIF-8 served as a highly efficient thermal activated PDS catalyst with high catalytic degradation efficiency,reusability and stability.The catalyst achieved almost completely removal of 20.0 mg/L BPA within 5.0 min,and the degradation efficiency remained higher than 83%after 5 consecutive cycles.Free radicals(^(·)OH,SO_(4)^(·-)and^(·)O_(2)^(-))and non-free radicals((1)O_(2))were generated in the thermal PDS-activation system,in which singlet oxygen((1)O_(2))played a dominant role in the degradation of BPA.The potential toxicity of BPA degradation intermediates was analyzed upon the culture of E.coli and Chlorella sorokiniana by using Ecological Structure-Activity Relationship Model(ECOSAR)program.The catalytic performances of BPA degradation by CQDs-MFO@ZIF-8 were evaluated for treatment of different practical water samples to further verify the feasibility of practical applications.This study provides proof-in-concept demonstration of new nanomaterials for enhanced catalytic water decontamination.

The reasonable quantification of the concrete freezing environment on the Qinghai–Tibet Plateau(QTP) is the primary issue in frost resistant concrete design, which is one of the challenges that the QTP engineering managers should take into account. In this paper, we propose a more realistic method to calculate the number of concrete freeze–thaw cycles(NFTCs) on the QTP. The calculated results show that the NFTCs increase as the altitude of the meteorological station increases with the average NFTCs being 208.7. Four machine learning methods, i.e., the random forest(RF) model, generalized boosting method(GBM), generalized linear model(GLM), and generalized additive model(GAM), are used to fit the NFTCs. The root mean square error(RMSE) values of the RF, GBM, GLM, and GAM are 32.3, 4.3, 247.9, and 161.3, respectively. The R^(2) values of the RF, GBM, GLM, and GAM are 0.93, 0.99, 0.48, and 0.66, respectively. The GBM method performs the best compared to the other three methods, which was shown by the results of RMSE and R^(2) values. The quantitative results from the GBM method indicate that the lowest, medium, and highest NFTC values are distributed in the northern, central, and southern parts of the QTP, respectively. The annual NFTCs in the QTP region are mainly concentrated at 160 and above, and the average NFTCs is 200 across the QTP. Our results can provide scientific guidance and a theoretical basis for the freezing resistance design of concrete in various projects on the QTP.

Microsized bismuth(Bi)with in-situ constructed three-dimensional(3D)porous network has been considered as a promising anode for high-performance potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,the mechanism of the in-situ porous evolution of microsized Bi during the charge/discharge process is still mysterious.Herein,various electrolytes are employed to disclose the origin of porous evolution of microsized Bi in PIBs.Experimentally and theoretically,the 3D porous network originates from the uniform interfacial charge distribution on the Bi surface in the linear ether-based electrolyte.In addition,the universality of the interfacial charge distribution mechanism was verified by microsized Sn and Sb.The in-situ constructed 3D porous network of Bi enables a superior potassium storage performance in a wide temperature range from-40 to 40°C.More importantly,the K_(0.9)Mn_(0.7)Ni_(0.3)O_(2)||Bi full cell delivers excellent cycling stability(a high capacity retention of 88.44%even after 2,000 cycles)and good temperature tolerance.This work gives a distinct clarification of the origin of the porous evolution of microsized Bi during cycling,which is critical for developing high-performance PIBs.

In three and six-axis free-bending equipment,the deformation zone length(A)is a fixed mechanical structure parameter modified when the relevant structure is redesigned and manufactured.In this study,a six degree of freedom(6-DOF)parallel mechanism was used as the control mechanism of the bending die,and a new method of changing the deformation zone length(A)was proposed.Firstly,an idealized geometric model of free bending-based active motion was established.Then,the influence of the deformation zone length(A)on the bending moment and the bending radius of the tube was analyzed.In addition,the finite element simulation and a kinematic model of free bending-based active motion controlled by the 6-DOF parallel mechanism were established,and bending processes of the SS304 tube with different deformation zone lengths were investigated.Afterwards,the impact of the deformation zone length(A)on the bending radius,bending moment,wall thickness,and motion of the parallel mechanism were analyzed.Finally,experiments were carried out on the free-bending equipment based on the 6-DOF parallel mechanism.Experiments verified the rules in the theoretical analysis,finite element simulation,and kinematic simulation.

Human disturbances are considered to break reproduction barriers among species.Significant increases in hybridization events have been reported among a large number of taxonomic groups in anthropogenic environments,providing novel insights into species evolution mechanisms and conservation management in the Anthropocene.The Eastern Golden Frog(Pelophylax plancyi)and BlackSpotted Frog(P.nigromaculatus)are two sympatric anuran species with a long history of mitochondrial genome introgression in highly urbanized continental East Asia.However,there is only limited understanding of the pattern of their contemporary hybridization and factors influencing their interspecific relationship under anthropogenic disturbances.Here,interspecific hybridization between P.plancyi and P.nigromaculatus at the population level was investigated in Shanghai.All except two haplotypes obtained from both species in Shanghai were mixed together,and located in the introgression clade,implying multiple ancient mitochondrial introgression events occurred in the populations of our study area.Asymmetric genetic introgression was detected by microsatellite markers,with 0.7%of P.plancyi and 14.6%of P.nigromaculatus identified as contemporary admixed individuals.Consistent with the trend of population density,higher genetic diversity of neutral microsatellite loci was found in the more abundant P.plancyi;however,variation in mitochondrial(Cyt-b)and nuclear(POMC)genes was higher in relatively rare P.nigromaculatus.The population density of P.plancyi and number of water patches within local habitats were significantly positively correlated with both occurrences and proportions of admixed individuals in the populations of P.plancyi and P.nigromaculatus.Considering the prevalent transformation of habitats in urbanized areas,these results imply that a high population density in isolated artificially altered habitats is likely to increase interspecific hybridization.Thus,population monitoring and improvement of landscape connectivity between habitats wo

Autonomous indoor humidity control is gaining more and more attention but is limited by the trade-offs among pore volume,pore size and water stability of water adsorbents. We solve this problem by using a unique coordination network topology combined with hydrolytically stable M（Ⅲ） carboxylate clusters. By extending the ligand length from 9.0 to 11.2 and 13.7?, the pore volume significantly increases from 0.99 to 1.40 and 1.78 cm3g–1, which proportionally increases the saturated water adsorption capacity. Meanwhile, the pore size slightly increases from 10.4 to 11.0 and 13.5?, which restricts the isotherm inflection pressure and hysteresis width to meet the requirement of indoor humidity control. Large single-crystals suitable for Xray diffraction studies were obtained by using Fe（Ⅲ） salts, while isostructural frameworks with sufficiently high water stabilities were synthesized by using Cr（Ⅲ） salts, which offer record working capacity of 0.90 and 1.10 g g–1for indoor humidity control.

Continual evolution of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)virus has allowed for its gradual evasion of neutralizing antibodies(nAbs)produced in response to natural infection or vaccination.The rapid nature of these changes has incited a need for the development of superior broad nAbs(bnAbs)and/or the rational design of an antibody cocktail that can protect against the mutated virus strain.Here,we report two angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 competing nAbs—8H12 and 3E2—with synergistic neutralization but evaded by some Omicron subvariants.Cryo-electron microscopy reveals the two nAbs synergistic neutralizing virus through a rigorous pairing permitted by rearrangement of the 472-489 loop in the receptor-binding domain to avoid steric clashing.Bispecific antibodies based on these two nAbs tremendously extend the neutralizing breadth and restore neutralization against recent variants including currently dominant XBB.1.5.Together,these findings expand our understanding of the potential strategies for the neutralization of SARS-CoV-2 variants toward the design of broad-acting antibody therapeutics and vaccines.

Regulation of P450 TleB catalytic flow for the synthesis of sulfur-containing indole alkaloids by substrate structure-directed strategy and protein engineering

Indole alkaloids have attracted considerable attention from synthetic chemists and biochemists for their structural diversity and important biological activities.Compared with traditional organic synthesis methods,the strategy of using cytochrome P450s'extraordinary abilities to selectively activate carbon-hydrogen bonds to assist in the synthesis of various indole alkaloids has the characteristics of short synthetic route,mild conditions and high atomic economy.Here,we utilized P450 monooxygenases HinD and TleB to synthesize a novel 6/5/8 tricyclic product from(S)-N-((S)-1-(4-fluoro-1H-indol-3-yl)-3-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-2-mercapto-3-methylbutanamide through the substrate structure-directed strategy.TleB was more effective in catalyzing C–S coupling,and was used to synthesize a series of 6/5/8 tricyclic indololactam derivatives to provide drug candidates.Interestingly,the S–S coupling product was observed in HinD catalysis,which was a minor product in the wild-type TleB catalysis.With the help of protein engineering,we accurately regulated the catalytic flow and reversed the selectivity of TleB to obtain the S–S coupling product.At the same time,the reaction mechanism was reasonably speculated by means of site blocking and protein-substrate complex analysis.

为了降低错误行驶车辆对养护施工作业区造成的人员伤亡,提出了一种安装在道路养护车辆尾部的铝蜂窝式防撞缓冲垫。目前针对该类型防撞缓冲垫的研究较少,为此搭建了高精度防撞缓冲垫碰撞有限元模型,并利用数值仿真的方法,从吸能性能、可导向性能和阻挡性能三方面对铝蜂窝式防撞缓冲垫的防撞性能展开研究。研究结果表明,铝蜂窝式防撞缓冲垫可有效降低碰撞过程中司乘人员受到的冲击力和加速度。另外,合理的铝蜂窝强度对提高防撞性能至关重要。

从方法论创新对产业政策评估结论差异的成因寻求研究突破,有助于推动政策评估理论研究和产业政策内容不断完善。新能源汽车产业是当前各国政策制定的热点领域,学者对政策效果进行了大量的评估研究。然而与其他细分领域的政策效果评估研究相似,新能源汽车产业政策效果评估研究同样存在碎片化和不可比较的研究困境。基于系统综述法,筛选出175篇新能源汽车产业政策效果评估文献,识别了评估体系的构成要素并在此基础上探讨政策效果评估结论差异的成因。结果发现:(1)新能源汽车产业政策评估体系的要素可以归类为以评估模式为引领,涵括评估标准、评估环境、评估主体、评估客体、评估方法在内的6类;(2)要素组合差异是新能源汽车产业政策评估结论差异的重要原因。
