Linderol A (1), a monoterpene-polyketide, was isolated in 1995 from the fresh bark of Lindera umbellata (Lauraceae), and its absolute structure was not determined[1]. It was also reported potent inhibitory activity of 1 on the melanin biosynthesis of the cultured B-16 melanoma cells[1]. See Fig. 1. On the other hand,we reported in 1995 an interesting multi-tandem reaction of coumarin derivatives (2; W = electron withdrawing group) by treatment with CH2 = S(O)Me2 to yield stereoselectively a tricyclic 2-substituted cyclopenta [ b ] benzofuran-3-ol derivative (4) via a cyclopropane intermediate (3) (Scheme 1)[2].

“Treating employees as customers”is known as the core concept of internal *** particular,it was born and developed for hospitality ***,no specific method has been represented so *** the previous research(Hashimoto,2018a;2018b;2019),it was verified the concrete method based on the core concept of internal marketing,“Treating employees as customers”.There are career support,mental support,and *** this paper,it is verified whether the concepts of these three methods are represented in the hospitality organization through interviewing staff of Japanese hotel company that is continuing to grow *** a result of the consideration,it is confirmed that the concepts of the three methods are certainly represented in the *** will provide new point of view for concrete methods of Internal Marketing that have not been shown so *** that this paper will facilitate research on hospitality organizations such as hotels,which is not so considered in Japan.

The fracture modes of low alloy steels and cast irons under tensile and fatigue conditions were identified by electron back-scattered diffraction（EBSD） misorientation analysis in this research. The curves of grain reference orientation deviation（GROD） distribution perpendicular to the fracture surface were obtained by EBSD observation, and the characteristics of each fracture mode were identified. The GROD value of the specimen fractured in tension decreases to a constant related to the elongation of corresponding specimen in the far field（farther than 5 mm away from the fracture surface）. The peak exhibits in GROD curves of two smooth specimens and a notched specimen near the fracture surface（within 5 mm away from the fracture surface）, and the formation mechanisms were discussed in detail based on the influences of specimen geometries（smooth or notched） and material toughness. The GROD value of fatigue fractured specimen is close to that at undeformed condition in the whole field, except the small area near the crack path. The loading conditions（constant stress amplitude loading or constant stress intensity factor range K loading） and the EBSD striation formation during fatigue crack propagation were also studied by EBSD observation parallel to the crack path.

Successful surgical resection of ruptured cholangiolocellular carcinoma:A rare case of a primary hepatic tumor

Spontaneous rupture is one of the most fatal complications of hepatic tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma. In fact, many studies have shown that the in-hospital and 30-d mortality rates are as high as 25%-100%. Cholangiolocellular carcinoma(Co CC) is a rare primary hepatic tumor, usually small in size, that is thought to originate from the ductules and/or canals of Hering. Here, we present a case of spontaneous rupture of a Co CC that was successfully resected by radical surgery. Although Co CC is a rare primary hepatic tumor, it demonstrates certain specific clinical features, including a better prognosis than for other primary liver cancers, and thus should be distinguished from those other cancers. Moreover, Co CC can appear as a ruptured huge tumor, and when it does, radical hepatectomy can be an effective measure to achieve both absolute hemostasis and curability of tumor.

Severe alcoholic hepatitis(AH) has a high mortality,and it is associated with encephalopathy,acute renal failure,sepsis,gastrointestinal bleeding,and *** 28-d mortality remains poor(34%-40%),because no effective treatment has been ***,corticosteroids(CS) have been considered effective for significantly improving the prognosis of those with AH,as it prevents the production of pro-inflammatory ***,CS are not always appropriate as an initial therapeutic option,such as in cases with an infection or resistance to *** describe a patient with severe AH complicated by a severe infection caused by the multidrug resistance bacteria(Pseudomonas aeruginosa),and was successfully treated with granulocytapheresis monotherapy without using *** experience of this case will provide understanding of the disease and information treating cases without using CS.

Fuelization of Italian Ryegrass and Napier Grass through a Biological Treatment and Photocatalytic Reforming

Fuelization of Italian ryegrass and Napier grass was examined by the combination of biological treatments and photocatalytic reforming (photo-Reform). The alkali-pretreated Italian ryegrass and Napier grass were subjected to the enzymatic saccharification using cellulase and xylanase. Xylose and glucose were produced in 56.6% and 71.1% from Italian ryegrass and in 49.5% and 67.3% from Napier grass, respectively. Xylose and glucose were converted to hydrogen by the photo-Reform using a Pt-loaded titanium oxide (Pt/TiO2) under UV irradiation. Moreover, a low-moisture anhydrous ammonia (LMAA) pretreatment was performed for Italian ryegrass and Napier grass by keeping moist powdered biomass under NH3 gas atmosphere at room temperature for four weeks. The Italian ryegrass and Napier grass which were pretreated by LMAA method were subjected to simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) using a mixture of cellulase and xylanase as well as Saccharomyces cerevisiae in acetate buffer (pH 5.0). Ethanol and xylose were produced in 91.6% and 51.6% from LMAA-pretreated Italian ryegrass and 78.6% and 68.8% from Napier grass, respectively. After the evaporation of ethanol, xylose was converted to hydrogen by the photo-Reform. In the case of saccharification→photo-Reform, energy was recovered as hydrogen from the alkali-pretreated Italian ryegrass and Napier grass in 71.9% and 77.0% of energy recovery efficiency, respectively. In the case of SSF→photo-Reform, the energy was recovered in 82.7% and 77.2% as ethanol and hydrogen from the LMAA-pretreated Italian ryegrass and Napier grass, respectively.

The tetramethylammonium salts of diplatinum(II) complexes composed of mono-lacunary Keggin-type silico and germanotungstates, [(CH3)4N]4[α-SiW11O39{cis-Pt(NH3)2}2]·13H2O (TMA-Si-Pt) and [(CH3)4N]4[α-GeW11O39{cis-Pt(NH3)2}2]·11H2O (TMA-Ge-Pt), were synthesized and crystallized. Single crystals of a tetramethylammonium salt of Keggin-type diplatinum(II)-coordinated phosphotungstate [(CH3)4N]3[α-PW11O39{cis-Pt(NH3)2}2]×10H2O (TMA-P-Pt) were also obtained. The X-ray structural analyses revealed that the two cis-platinum(II) moieties, [cis-Pt(NH3)2]2+, were each coordinated to two oxygen atoms in a mono-vacant site of [XW11O39](12-n)- (Xn+ = Si4+, Ge4+, P5+). FTIR spectra of TMA-Si-Pt and TMA-Ge-Pt also suggested that the two platinum(II) moieties were coordinated to the vacant site of [SiW11O39]8- and [GeW11O39]8-. The 1H NMR spectra in DMSO-d6 of TMA-Si-Pt and TMA-Ge-Pt showed signals assigned to the two sets of NH3 ligands coordinated to the platinum sites. These three platinum compounds showed hydrogen evolution from aqueous triethanolamine solution under visible light irradiation (λ ≥ 400 nm) in the presence of eosin Y, α-Keggin mono-aluminum-substituted silicotungstate, and titanium dioxide. The catalytic activities were influenced by the central atoms, and TMA-P-Pt showed the highest activities among the three platinum compounds.

在东亚,儒教的内容以及它在社会中的存在形式多种多样。这是因为,儒教有两千多年的历史,它在东亚各地以多样化的形式发展,且在各时代与社会内部的诸多其他要素相结合,所以才会以不同的形式展现出来。通过接受和理解从中国传来的书籍,并围绕细致的经典解释而发展起来的江户儒学,也可以作为东亚儒学发展史的一部分来看待。对江户时期的日本儒学家而言,最大的课题便是如何应对朱子学这一庞大的学问体系。这一时期既出现了尽可能遵从朱熹原本的意图而展开讨论的朱子学者(山崎暗斋等),也有对朱子学提出异议与其意见相左的学派,伊藤仁斋的古义学、荻生徂徕的古文辞学便是其中有代表性的学派。他们质疑朱子学的主要概念"理"的存在,主张回归古代儒家经典来超越朱子学。标榜反朱子学的荻生徂徕则试图从记载"先王之道"的"六经"等古代书籍群中去发现儒学本来的面貌。此外,他提出了与"理"相抗衡的"先王之物"这一概念,企图构建一个不同于朱子学的"另一个"世界观。
