Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies and has the highest number of deaths among all *** continuous advances in medical strategies,the overall survival of lung cancer patients is still low,probably due to disease progression or drug *** is an iron-dependent form of regulated cell death triggered by the lethal accumulation of lipid peroxides,and its dysregulation is implicated in cancer *** evidence has shown that targeting the ferroptosis pathway could be a potential strategy for improving lung cancer treatment *** this review,we summarize the underlying mechanisms and regulatory networks of ferroptosis in lung cancer and highlight ferroptosis-targeting preclinical attempts to provide new insights for lung cancer treatment.

This study presents a proposed method for assessing the condition and predicting the future status of condensers operating in seawater over an extended *** aim is to address the problems of scaling and corrosion,which lead to increased loss of cold *** method involves utilising a set of multivariate feature parameters associated with the condenser as input for evaluation and trend *** methodology offers a precise means of determining the optimal timing for condenser cleaning,with the ultimate goal of improving its overall *** proposed approach involves the integration of the analytic network process with subjective expert experience and the entropy weightmethod with objective big data analysis to develop a fusion health *** mathematical model is constructed quantitatively using the improved Mahalanobis ***,a comprehensive prediction model is developed by integrating the improved Informer model and Markov error *** model takes into account the health status of the equipment and several influencing factors,includingmultivariate feature *** model facilitates the objective examination and prediction of the progression of equipment deterioration *** present study involves the computation and verification of the field time series data,which serves to demonstrate the accuracy of the condenser health-related models proposed in this *** models effectively depict the real condition and temporal variations of the equipment,thus offering a valuable method for determining the precise cleaning time required for the condenser.

Heterojunction construction,especially S-scheme heterojunction,represents an efficient universal strategy to achieve high-performance photocatalytic *** further performance stimulation of these well-designed heterojunctions,modulating the interfacial internal electric field(IEF)to steer dynamic charge transfer represents a promising ***,we realized the precise regulation of Fermi level(E_(F))of the oxidation semiconductor(mesoporous WO_(3-x))by tailoring the concentration of oxygen vacancies(V_(O)),maximizing the IEF intensity in Cs_(2)CuBr_(4)@WO_(3-x)(CCB@WO_(3-x))S-scheme *** augmented IEF affords a robust driving force for directional electron delivery,leading to boosted charge ***,the developed CCB@WO_(3-x)S-scheme heterojunction demonstrated outstanding photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction performance,with the electron consumption rate(Relectron)up to 390.34μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),which is 3.28 folds higher than that of pure *** in-depth analysis of the S-scheme electron transfer mode was presented via theoretical investigations,electron spin resonance(ESR),photo-irradiated Kelvin probe force microscopy(KPFM),and in-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Finally,the CO_(2)photoconversion route was explored in detail using in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)and DFT theoretical calculations.

Malachite is a common copper oxide mineral that is often enriched using the sulfidization-xanthate flotation ***,the direct sulfidization method cannot yield copper concentrate ***,a new sulfidization flotation process was developed to promote the efficient recovery of *** this study,Cu^(2+)was used as an activator to interact with the sample surface and increase its reaction sites,thereby strengthening the mineral sulfidization process and *** to single copper ion activation,the flota-tion effect of malachite significantly increased after stepwise Cu^(2+)*** potential,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy(ToF-SIMS),scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS),and atomic force microscopy(AFM)analysis results indicated that the adsorption of S species was significantly enhanced on the mineral surface due to the increase in active Cu sites after Cu^(2+)stepwise ***,the proportion of active Cu-S spe-cies also increased,further improving the reaction between the sample surface and subsequent ***-transform infrared spec-troscopy(FT-IR)and contact angle tests implied that the xanthate species were easily and stably adsorbed onto the mineral surface after Cu^(2+)stepwise activation,thereby improving the hydrophobicity of the mineral ***,the copper sites on the malachite sur-face after Cu^(2+)stepwise activation promote the reactivity of the mineral surface and enhance sulfidization flotation of malachite.

In the advent of the 6G era, non-terrestrial networks (NTN) with expansive coverage are being increasingly recognized as a vital supplement to cellular networks for facilitating seamless communication. The intricate interplay between network performance and service quality necessitates a thorough investigation into the modeling and analysis of services for efficient construction of *** studies on service analysis, predominantly focused on terrestrial networks,fall short in addressing the unique challenges posed by NTN,particularly those related to platform distribution and antenna gain modeling. This deficiency in research,coupled with the varying preferences of users for different network types, forms the basis of this study. This paper explores the spatio-temporal characteristics of services within a multi-layered NTN *** this context,the spatial distribution of the platforms is modeled using a binomial point process, and the antennas are characterized by a sectorized beam pattern. We derive the closed-form expressions for the association probability,the number of accessed users, and the arrival rate of services with certain delay requirements towards different types of NTN. Simulation results are provided to evaluate the influence of various parameters on the association probability, the number of accessed users, and the total arrival rate of services. The number of satellites can be determined to achieve the optimal system utility,balancing the accessed services, offloading effects, and launching costs. This initial investigation lays the groundwork for further theoretical progress in the service analysis and platform deployment of NTN.

Enantioenriched pyrrolidines and derivatives are ubiquitous substructures in compounds of importance to medicinal and biological ***,we report an efficient cobalt-catalyzed intramolecular asymmetric hydroamination reaction that produces chiral pyrrolidines with good to excellent yield and *** with previously reported radicalinvolved methodologies for enantioenriched pyrrolidines,these conditions feature two elegant versatilities,enabling(1)the use of cobalt-catalyzed hydrogen atom transfer(HAT)to generate organocobalt intermediates that bring radical reaction to organometallic chemistry,and(2)enantioselective intramolecular C-N bond forging through an S_(N)2-like displacement involving dynamic kinetic resolution(DKR).This approach provides a new alternative and efficient methodology for enantioselective radical-involved C-N bond construction that can be used in the synthesis of both chiral pyrrolidines and homologous nitrogen heterocycles.

To efficiently mine threat intelligence from the vast array of open-source cybersecurity analysis reports on the web,we have developed the Parallel Deep Forest-based Multi-Label Classification(PDFMLC)***,open-source cybersecurity analysis reports are collected and converted into a standardized text ***,five tactics category labels are annotated,creating a multi-label dataset for tactics *** the limitations of low execution efficiency and scalability in the sequential deep forest algorithm,our PDFMLC algorithm employs broadcast variables and the Lempel-Ziv-Welch(LZW)algorithm,significantly enhancing its acceleration ***,our proposed PDFMLC algorithm incorporates label mutual information from the established dataset as input *** captures latent label associations,significantly improving classification ***,we present the PDFMLC-based Threat Intelligence Mining(PDFMLC-TIM)*** results demonstrate that the PDFMLC algorithm exhibits exceptional node scalability and execution ***,the PDFMLC-TIM method proficiently conducts text classification on cybersecurity analysis reports,extracting tactics entities to construct comprehensive threat *** a result,successfully formatted STIX2.1 threat intelligence is established.

C-Oligosaccharides are rare in nature and possess diverse ***,their chemical synthesis faces many *** this work,enzymatic introduction of C-linked sugar chains to target aglycones was successfully achieved by multi-enzymatic cascade reactions.A C-glycosyltransferase from Aloe barbadensis was employed to introduce the first C-linked glucose and then a cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase from Bacillus licheniformis was used to extend the sugar chain.A total of twenty C-oligosaccharides with 2-6 sugars were synthesized from scale-up reactions and exhibited good water solubility and sodium-dependent glucose transporter 2(SGLT2)inhibitory ***,a glucoamylase was used to control the length of the sugar chain and the C-maltosides were efficiently *** findings not only expanded the structural diversity of C-oligosaccharides,but also provided a strategy for the modification of C-glycoside drugs to improve the druggability.
