Prediction of network public opinion features in urban planning based on geographical case-based reasoning

As a significant part of sustainable urban development proposed by the United Nations,urban planning is related to the ecological environment and transportation,especially affecting quality of life and social well-being. In the process of urban planning,the public express their opinions on open network platforms,resulting in large quantities of network public opinion data,which has important implications for evaluating urban planning. Based on the idea of geographical case-based reasoning (CBR),this paper constructs an expression framework for urban planning cases in the form of a ‘case problem–case attribute–case result’ triad. On this basis,this paper proposes a similarity calculation method of urban planning cases that integrates case attribute. Finally,based on an improvement to the traditional k-nearest neighbors method,the proposed public opinion feature calculation model considers similarity weights,which allow us to predict network public opinion features,including viewpoint-level emotional tendency and concerned groups of urban planning cases. The experimental result shows similarity weights (SWs) model could effectively improve the prediction accuracy,where the average MIC-F1 score reached more than 74%. Based on CBR,the proposed method can predict the development trends of public opinion in future planning cases,and provide scientific and reasonable decision support for urban planning.

Utilization of surface differences to improve dyeing properties of poly（m-phenylene isophthalamide） membranes

Bulk poly-m-phenylene isophthalamide （PMIA） can achieve flexibility upon dissolution by a LiCI/dimethylacetamide co-solvent, but remains hydrophobic despite the occasional emergence of cis amide groups providing a weak negative charge. In this study, based on the significant surface differences between PMIA membranes processed by nanofiber electrospinning and casting, a series of chemical analyses, in-situ Au nanoparticle depositions, and dye-adsorption experiments revealed that more cisconfiguration amide groups appeared on the surface of the electrospun PMIA membrane than on that of the cast membrane. Based on this surface difference, a strategy was proposed to improve the dyeing properties of PMIA by reversibly changing the cisltrans configurations of electrospun and cast membranes. The reversible chain-segment switch mechanism is a novel method for tuning the macroscale properties of polymer materials based on inherent molecular characteristics.

Genetic diversity and relatedness analysis of nine wild species of tree peony based on simple sequence repeats markers

Tree peony has nine wild species,but the evolutionary relationship of them is still ***,a total of 274 specimens from 22 natural populations of nine wild species were collected,and their genetic diversity and similarity was analyzed based on Simple Sequence Repeats(SSR)molecular markers.A total of 106 alleles were generated based on 20 primers and with an average of 5.3 alleles per ***’s information index(I)ranged from 0.6333 to 1.7842,and the average of Nei’s genetic diversity coefficient(H)was *** Information Content(PIC)value varied from 0.29 to 0.77,ten of these primers had high polymorphism(PIC≥0.50).All the above genetic parameters of primers reflect more rich genetic diversity information compared with other researches using SSR molecular markers to study the genetic diversity of tree peony wild *** the population level,the lowest and highest degree of genetic diversity occurred in Paeonia ludlowii-P1 and ***-P3 population,*** at species level,the genetic diversity of 9 wild peony species was as follows:***>***>***>***>***>***>***>***>***,cluster analysis at species level divided the nine wild tree peony species into two *** branch I,the closest phylogenetic relationship was found between *** and ***,followed by ***,***,and *** branch II,the closest relationship occurred between *** and ***,followed by *** and *** results supported the division of tree peonies into two subsects(Delavayanae and Vaginatae),it also supported *** and *** as independent *** results provided novel insight into the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of nine wild tree peony *** will help formulate comprehensive protection measures of wild germplasm resources and select proper parents for distant hybridization in the future.

Hydrogen and DA bond-based self-healing epoxy-modified polyurea composite coating with anti-cavitation,anticorrosion,antifouling,and strong adhesion properties

Cavitation,corrosion,and fouling are critical factors that significantly impact the performance of power components in large cargo *** address these issues,a composite coating called epoxy-modified polyurea(PUE-FD)has been developed with reproducible self-healing *** incorporation of functionally reduced graphene oxide(FrGO)with multiple hydrogen bonds in the coating led to a notable increase of 5.6 MPa in the tensile strength of *** enhancement was accompanied by excellent resistance to cavitation,as evidenced by a mere 2.8 mg mass loss after 60 h of continuous ***thermore,the inclusion of FrGO exhibited an exceptional barrier effect,providing PUE-FD with superior corrosion ***|Z|_(0.01) Hz value of PUE-FD was 9.01×10^(9) Ωcm^(2) after 15 days of immersion in 3.5 wt%NaCl ***,the synergistic effect of 2-octyl-4,5-dichloroisothiazolinone(DCOIT)and FrGO resulted in remarkable antifouling performance,with a bacterial removal rate exceeding 99.4%and a microalgae removal rate of up to nearly 100%for ***-FD also demonstrated remarkable photothermal self-healing ability,achieving a self-healing efficiency of 89%within just 60 s of nearinfrared ***,the presence of hydrogen bonds in FrGO contributes to the excellent adhesion properties of PUE-FD,resulting in adhesion strengths of more than 10 MPa on copper,stainless steel,and aluminum *** work presents new inspirations for the preparation of multifunctional coatings with anti-cavitation,anticorrosion,antifouling,and self-healing properties.

Multi-time scale identification of key kinetic processes for lithium-ion batteries considering variable characteristic frequency

The electrification of vehicles puts forward higher requirements for the power management efficiency of integrated battery management systems as the primary or sole energy *** this paper,an efficient adaptive multi-time scale identification strategy is proposed to achieve high-fidelity modeling of complex kinetic processes inside the *** specifically,a second-order equivalent circuit model network considering variable characteristic frequency is constructed based on the high-frequency,medium-high-frequency,and low-frequency characteristics of the key kinetic ***,two coupled sub-filters are developed based on forgetting factor recursive least squares and extended Kalman filtering methods and decoupled by the corresponding time-scale *** coupled iterative calculation of the two sub-filter modules at different time scales is realized by the voltage response of the kinetic diffusion *** addition,the driver of the low-frequency subalgorithm with the state of charge variation amount as the kernel is designed to realize the adaptive identification of the kinetic diffusion process ***,the concept of dynamical parameter entropy is introduced and advocated to verify the physical meaning of the kinetic *** experimental results under three operating conditions show that the mean absolute error and root-mean-square error metrics of the proposed strategy for voltage tracking can be limited to 13 and 16 mV,***,from the entropy calculation results,the proposed method can reduce the dispersion of parameter identification results by a maximum of 40.72%and 70.05%,respectively,compared with the traditional fixed characteristic frequency *** proposed method paves the way for the subsequent development of adaptive state estimators and efficient embedded applications.

Establishment of highly efficient plant regeneration of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’through optimization of callus,adventitious shoot,and rooting induction

Tree peony is a famous ornamental plant,while the low propagation rate is the main hurdles hindering the industry *** now,the highly efficient regeneration system for tree peony is not *** this study,using Paeonia ostii’Fengdan’mature embryos,the effects of variations in inoculation method,initiating culture,adventitious shoot induction,rooting media,plant growth regulators(PGRs),and a nonconventional PGR(plant extracts)on regeneration from explants were *** embryo cultures,embryonic callus induction rate of 1/4 embryos was the highest among those of embryos with other three technical treatments(whole embryos,1/2 embryos,and pieces of embryos).The woody plant medium(WPM)containing 1.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA,0.5 mg·L^(-1)GA3,30.0 g·L^(-1)sucrose,and 3.0 g·L^(-1)phytagel significantly improved shoot induction and multiplication.3.0 mg·L^(-1)plant extracts promoted hypocotyl germination,rooting,and root growth,in direct embryo culture,and a combination of 3.0 mg·L^(-1)plant extracts+2.0 mg·L^(-1)IBA+1.5 mg·L^(-1)IAA produced optimal rooting induction rate for multiple shoots in direct embryo culture and indirect somatic *** the three in vitro micropropagation methods,the highest shoot proliferation coefficient(5.4±0.2)was obtained with indirect somatic ***,the propagation ability of shoots remains high,even when culture propagation was continued for more than two ***,a reliable system for plant regeneration from mature embryos derived from ***’Fengdan’callus and two direct embryo culture systems have been *** novel regeneration system could facilitate uniform seedling production.

Online Identification of Lithium-ion Battery Model Parameters with Initial Value Uncertainty and Measurement Noise

Online parameter identification is essential for the accuracy of the battery equivalent circuit model(ECM).The traditional recursive least squares(RLS)method is easily biased with the noise disturbances from sensors,which degrades the modeling accuracy in ***,the recursive total least squares(RTLS)method can deal with the noise interferences,but the parameter slowly converges to the reference with initial value *** alleviate the above issues,this paper proposes a co-estimation framework utilizing the advantages of RLS and RTLS for a higher parameter identification performance of the battery *** converges quickly by updating the parameters along the gradient of the cost *** is applied to attenuate the noise effect once the parameters have *** simulation and experimental results prove that the proposed method has good accuracy,a fast convergence rate,and also robustness against noise corruption.

Battery life prediction is of great significance to the safe operation,and reduces the maintenance *** paper proposes a hybrid framework considering feature extraction to achieve more accurate and stable life prediction performance of the *** feature extraction,eight features are obtained to fed into the life prediction *** hybrid framework combines variational mode decomposition,the multi-kernel support vector regression model and the improved sparrow search algorithm to solve the problem of data backward,uneven distribution of high-dimensional feature space and the local escape ability,*** parameters of the estimation model are obtained by introducing the elite chaotic opposition-learning strategy and adaptive weights to optimize the sparrow search *** algorithm can improve the local escape ability and convergence performance and find the global *** comparison is conducted by dataset from National Aeronautics and Space Administration which shows that the proposed framework has a more accurate and stable prediction *** with other algorithms,the SOH estimation accuracy of the proposed algorithm is improved by 0.16%–1.67%.With the advance of the start point,the RUL prediction accuracy of the proposed algorithm does not change much.

Preparation and properties of nanosize MnZn ferrite from δ-FeOOH

Ferrous ion was transformed into feroxyhyte (δ-FeOOH) by oxidation. Then, manganese sulfate and zinc sulfate in some ratio were added to the feroxyhyte solution. The co-precipitation was boiling reflux conditions sometime under constant stirring. The nanosize MnZn ferrite powder was formed. The mechanism of preparation of the nanosize MnZn ferrite was discussed, and the formation of feroxyhyte which was playing a key role during the process was mentioned. The properties of powder was tested by means of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that the samples of spherical particles about 20 nm, which have characteristics of ferrimagnetism, has larger saturation magnetization, but the remanent magnetization and coercivity are comparatively smaller. The spinel MnZn ferrite nanosize powder was successfully prepared from δ-FeOOH at low temperature, with low-carbon steel and peroxide as main material.
