COVID-19,caused by SARS-CoV-2,is the most consequential pandemic of this *** the outbreak in late 2019,animal models have been playing crucial roles in aiding the rapid development of vaccines/drugs for prevention and therapy,as well as understanding the pathogenesis of SARS-CoV-2 infection and immune responses of ***,the current animal models have some deficits and there is an urgent need for novel models to evaluate the virulence of variants of concerns(VOC),antibodydependent enhancement(ADE),and various comorbidities of *** review summarizes the clinical features of COVID-19 in different populations,and the characteristics of the major animal models of SARS-CoV-2,including those naturally susceptible animals,such as non-human primates,Syrian hamster,ferret,minks,poultry,livestock,and mouse models sensitized by genetically modified,AAV/adenoviral transduced,mouse-adapted strain of SARS-CoV-2,and by engraftment of human tissues or *** understanding the host receptors and proteases is essential for designing advanced genetically modified animal models,successful studies on receptors and proteases are also *** improved alternatives for future mouse models are proposed,including the reselection of alternative receptor genes or multiple gene combinations,the use of transgenic or knock-in method,and different strains for establishing the next generation of genetically modified mice.

过敏性疾病严重影响人们健康,贯穿全生命周期,从儿童到成人再到老年过敏,可终身发病,需要全生命周期综合防治。其发生、发展具有一定的规律,一般首先表现为婴幼儿时期的特应性皮炎,然后逐渐发展为食物过敏、过敏性鼻炎(AR)、过敏性哮喘。对特应性皮炎进行干预和/或减轻食物过敏原的致敏作用都可抑制过敏进程,减少AR、过敏性哮喘的发生。因此,干预和阻断过敏进程是过敏性疾病防治的关键。该文重点就过敏性疾病的综合干预措施(包括健康教育、过敏原干预、营养干预、日常护理、心理干预)与病情监测进行综述,以促进过敏性疾病防治工作的开展。

淋巴结内特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎疗效和安全性的Meta分析

目的系统评价淋巴结内特异性免疫治疗(ILIT)草花粉诱导的变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNKI、VIP等电子数据库,纳入诊断为草花粉诱导的AR患者,并接受淋巴结内免疫治疗的随机对照试验。主要结局包括症状评分、药物评分、症状和药物综合评分、视觉模拟量表。次要结局包括不良事件、生活质量、血清特异性IgE、血清特异性IgG4、皮肤点刺试验和鼻腔激发试验,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入9项研究269名受试者,所有研究都包括草花粉过敏原,其中5项研究还包括草和/或桦树花粉过敏原。除1项研究注射间隔时间为2周外,其余均为4周。与安慰剂对照组相比,ILIT组显著改善视觉模拟量表(P0.05),其中症状和药物综合评分表现出中度异质性(I~2=60%)。每4周注射1次过敏原是改善症状和药物联合评分的最佳间隔时间,而加强注射或增加剂量是否能改善临床效果尚无定论。结论 Meta分析显示,ILIT总体上是安全的,但增加注射剂量可能出现严重并发症,应谨慎。ILIT对草花粉诱导的AR视觉模拟量表有显著改善,仍需要更大规模和更长期的试验来标准化治疗方案。ILIT可能在未来的AR治疗中发挥重要作用。

Characteristic analysis of hydraulic hybrid vehicle based on limit cycle

The theory of limit cycles was applied to hydraulic hybrid vehicle (HHV) to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the system. The exact mathematical models based on configuration diagram of HHV were built to study on equilibrium points, nonexistence of limit cycle and stability of equilibrium points. The analysis showed that if the Young's modulus of fluid is neglected, the equilibrium points of the system will be distributed on both sides of the initial function. In addition, there is a unique equilibrium point according to the practical signification of the system parameters. The nonexistence analysis showed that there is no limit cycle for the system, no matter how the viscosity coefficient B changes. The stability analysis of equilibrium points showed that the system is asymptotically stable about the equilibrium point at B≥0 and the equilibrium point is the center point of the system at B=0. Finally, the phase diagrams of global topological structure of HHV system were entirely described according to qualitative analysis of the singular points at infinity.

Passivation remediation of weakly alkaline Cd-contaminated soils using combined treatments of biochar and sepiolite

Background Cadmium(Cd) pollution in agricultural soils has become a priority environmental concern globally. A reasonable application of passivators is critical to address the problem. In this study, we examined the remediation effects of rice husk biochar(r BC) and sepiolite(Sep) as single and combined(r BC + Sep) treatments on Cd pollution in a weakly alkaline soil using three maize cultivars(Liyu 16, Zhengdan 958, and Sanbei 218) as test crops. We also explained the mechanisms involved in the remediation *** The pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir model could well describe the adsorption process of r BC + Sep for Cd2+. Compared with the control treatment(CK), soil available Cd concentration decreased by 29.51–36.34% under r BC + Sep treatment(p 0.05).Conclusions The application of 0.2% r BC + 0.5% Sep composite passivation material to weakly alkaline Cd-contaminated soil can effectively reduce the Cd concentration of soil and maize.

为解决非球面光学元件加工存在的环带波纹误差问题,阐释数控切线回转成形非球面加工的基本原理,解析速度插补原理的数学建模过程,针对速度插补中速度进给的时基性,提出基于隐马尔科夫模型构建速度前瞻预测模型的方案。以实际非球面加工样件建立隐马尔科夫补偿模型,实验结果表明:基于隐马尔科夫模型的速度前瞻补偿技术可以有效实现速度插补中速度补偿,补偿后速度误差残差降至0.9498,满足非球面数控磨床的加工精度需求。

Background: Magnetic resonance(MR)-guided ultra-hypofractionated radiotherapy with whole-pelvic irradiation(UHF-WPRT)is a novel approach to radiotherapy for patients with high-risk(HR)and very high-risk(VHR)prostate cancer(PCa).However,the inherent complexity of adaptive UHF-WPRT might inevitably result in longer on-couch *** aimed to estimate the delivered dose,study the feasibility and safety of adaptive UHF-WPRT on a 1.5-Tesla ***: Ten patients with clinical stage T3a-4N0-1M0-1c PCa,who consecutively received UHF-WPRT,were enrolled *** contours of the target and organ-at-risks on the position verification-MR(PV-MR),beam-on 3D-MR(Bn-MR),and post-MR(after radiotherapy delivery)were derived from the pre-MR data by deformable image *** physician then manually adjusted them,and dose recalculation was performed *** Prism 9(GraphPad Prism Software Inc.)was utilized for conducting statistical ***: In total,we collected 188 MR scans(50 pre-MR,50 PV-MR,44 Bn-MR,and 44 post-MR scans).With median 59 min,the mean prostate clinical target volume(CTV)-V_(100%)was 98.59%±2.74%,and the mean pelvic CTVp-V_(100%)relative percentages of all scans was 99.60%±1.18%.The median V29 Gy change in the rectal wall was−2%(−18%to 20%).With a median follow-up of 9 months,no patient had acute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(CTCAE)grade 2 or more severe genitourinary(GU)or gastrointestinal(GI)toxicities(0%).Conclusion: UHF-RT to the prostate and the whole pelvis with concomitant boost to positive nodes using an Adapt-To-Shape(ATS)workflow was technically feasible for patients with HR and VHR PCa,presenting only mild GU and GI *** estimated target dose during the beam-on phase was clinically acceptable based on the 3D-MR-based dosimetry *** trial registration Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ChiCTR2000033382.
