Achieving high heat-resisting room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)performance and robust white emission from pure small molecules is a meaningful but challenging ***,a simple donor-acceptor(D-A)molecule,9-(1H-benzotriazol-1-ylmethyl)-9H-carbazole(CzBtrz),was *** simple molecule not only exhibits multiple emissions including white light,thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)and ultralong RTP with a lifetime of 988.54 ms at 545 nm,but also shows superhigh heat-resisting phosphorescence property which can maintain stability in a large temperature region from 77 to 350 K(ΔT=273 K),exceeding those of other RTP ***,this molecule shows the time-evolved dynamic *** experimental and theoretical an-alyses from CzBtrz crystal demonstrate that the intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)interaction and molecular stacking play an important role in the generation of ***,this work provides an efficient strategy to design ultrahigh heat-resistant RTP,ultralong RTP and single-phased white-light emitting materials.

Living fossils are evidence of long-term sustained ecological ***,whether living fossils have little molecular changes remains poorly known,particularly in ***,we have introduced a novel method that integrates phylogenomic,comparative genomic,and ecological niche modeling analyses to investigate the rate of molecular evolution of Eupteleaceae,a Cretaceous relict angiosperm family endemic to East *** assembled a high-quality chromosome-level nuclear genome,and the chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes of a member of Eupteleaceae(Euptelea pleiosperma).Our results show that Eupteleaceae is most basal in Ranunculales,the earliest-diverging order in eudicots,and shares an ancient whole-genome duplication event with the other *** document that Eupteleaceae has the slowest rate of molecular changes in the observed *** unusually low rate of molecular evolution of Eupteleaceae across all three independent inherited genomes and genes within each of the three genomes is in association with its conserved genome architecture,ancestral woody habit,and conserved niche *** findings reveal the evolution and adaptation of living fossil plants through large-scale environmental change and also provide new insights into early eudicot diversification.

BACKGROUND The recently introduced ultrasonic flow ratio(UFR),is a novel fast computational method to derive fractional flow reserve(FFR)from intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)*** the present study,we evaluate the diagnostic performance of UFR in patients with intermediate left main(LM)*** This is a prospective,single center study enrolling consecutive patients with presence of intermediated LM lesions(diameter stenosis of 30%-80%by visual estimation)underwent IVUS and FFR *** independent core laboratory assessed offline UFR and IVUS-derived minimal lumen area(MLA)in a blinded *** Both UFR and FFR were successfully achieved in 41 LM patients(mean age,62.0±9.9 years,46.3%diabetes).An acceptable correlation between UFR and FFR was identified(r=0.688,P50%(AUC=0.66,P<0.001)and numerically higher than IVUS-derived MLA(AUC=0.82;P=0.09).Patient level diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity for UFR to identify FFR≤0.80 was 82.9%(95%CI:70.2-95.7),93.1%(95%CI:82.2-100.0),58.3%(95%CI:26.3-90.4),*** In patients with intermediate LM diseases,UFR was proved to be associated with acceptable correlation and high accuracy with pressure wire-based FFR as standard *** present study supports the use of UFR for functional evaluation of intermediate LM stenosis.

The ocean is the largest active carbon reservoir on Earth. Organic carbon（OC）, as the primary species of carbon sequestration in the ocean, plays an important role in the global carbon cycle through its deposition and burial. In this study,sedimentary OC data from 5796 stations, together with relevant geochemical and sedimentological parameters in the Bohai Sea,Yellow Sea, and East China Sea（BYES） were used to summarize and elucidate the distribution and burial patterns of sedimentary OC, and assess carbon sink effect of sedimentary OC burial. The results show that the OC content in the sediments of the BYES ranges from 0.00% to 2.12%, with an average content of 0.47%±0.26%. OC content is significantly correlated with finegrained sediments, with an average OC content in mud areas being 39% higher than that in non-mud areas. Modern OC buried in the BYES are mainly deposited in 7 major mud areas, with a total sedimentary OC burial flux of approximately 8.20 Mt C yr–*** them, the burial flux of biospheric OC is 6.92 Mt C yr–1, equivalent to the OC consumption amount of silicate weathering of the 9 major river basins in the eastern China. In its natural state, the annually sequestered OC in the sediments of the eastern China seas is equivalent to 25.37 Mt of atmospheric CO2, indicating a significant carbon sink effect. The distribution and burial of terrigenous OC in the BYES are mainly influenced by the large river inputs and complex marine hydrodynamic environment,while human activities such as dam construction have significantly altered the OC burial in these coastal mud areas.

蜉蝣算法的种群多样性低、寻优性能差,为此提出基于精英协同进化的蜉蝣算法(ECMA).将雄性蜉蝣种群根据自身种群适应度分为精英种群和普通种群,精英个体进行自我学习以保持种群的多样性,实现高水平的全局搜索;普通个体飞向统一目标进行局部开发,以提高ECMA的收敛速度.根据婚姻市场理论改进雌性蜉蝣的位置更新,提高ECMA的寻优性能;引入新的自适应重力系数平衡全局搜索和局部开发能力,提高ECMA的收敛精度;引入莱维飞行的跳出策略,避免ECMA陷入局部最优.基于20个基准测试函数和CEC2019测试函数进行算法的仿真优化分析,与蜉蝣算法以及其他优秀的群智能算法相比,ECMA在寻优精度、收敛速度和稳定性方面均有较大提升.

The rice stem borer(RSB),Chilo suppressalis,a notorious rice pest in China,has evolved a high resistance level to commonly used ***,a new anthranilic diamide insecticide,effectively controls multiple pests,including ***,the potential resistance risk of RSB to tetraniliprole is still *** this study,the tetraniliprole-selection(Tet-R)strain was obtained through 10 continuous generations of selection with tetraniliprole 30%lethal concentration(LC_(30)).The realized heritability(h^(2))of the Tet-R strain was 0.387,indicating that resistance of RSB to tetraniliprole developed rapidly under the continuous selection of *** Tet-R strain had a high fitness cost(relative fitness=0.53).We established the susceptibility baseline of RSB to tetraniliprole(lethal concentration at LC_(50)=0.727 mg/L)and investigated the resistance level of 6 field populations to *** tested strains that had resistance to chlorantraniliprole exhibited moderate-to high-level resistance to tetraniliprole(resistance ratio=27.7-806.8).Detection of ryanodine receptor(RyR)mutations showed that the Y4667C,Y4667D,I4758M,and Y4891F mutations were present in tested RSB field *** mutations were responsible for the cross-resistance between tetraniliprole and ***,the clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9-mediated genome-modified flies were used to study the contribution of RyR mutations to tetraniliprole *** order of contribution of a single RyR mutation to tetraniliprole resistance was Y4667D>G4915E>Y4667C~~I4758M>*** addition,the I4758M and Y4667C double mutations conferred higher tetraniliprole resistance than single Y4667C *** results can guide resistance management practices for diamides in RSB and other arthropods.

BACKGROUND Radiotherapy stands as a promising therapeutic modality for colorectal cancer(CRC);yet,the formidable challenge posed by radio-resistance significantly undermines its efficacy in achieving CRC *** To elucidate the role played by microRNA-298(miR-298)in CRC *** To establish a radio-resistant CRC cell line,HT-29 cells underwent exposure to 5 gray ionizing radiation that was followed by a 7-d recovery *** quantification of miR-298 levels within CRC cells was conducted through quantitative RT-PCR,and protein expression determination was realized through Western *** viability was assessed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay and proliferation by clonogenic ***-induced apoptosis was discerned through flow cytometry *** We observed a marked upregulation of miR-298 in radio-resistant CRC ***-298 emerged as a key determinant of cell survival following radiation exposure,as its overexpression led to a notable reduction in radiation-induced ***,miR-298 expression exhibited a strong correlation with CRC cell *** investigation unveiled human dual-specificity tyrosine(Y)-regulated kinase 1A(DYRK1A)as miR-298’s direct *** Taken together,our findings underline the role played by miR-298 in bolstering radio-resistance in CRC cells by means of DYRK1A downregulation,thereby positioning miR-298 as a promising candidate for mitigating radioresistance in CRC.

Efficient blue-light-excitable copper(Ⅰ) coordination network phosphors for high-performance white LEDs

The blue-light-excitable phosphors play a crucial role in the high-performance white LEDs. Here, we report on two new Cu(Ⅰ) coordination network materials as yellow-emitting phosphors prepared by suitably expanded π-conjugated triazole ligands. Upon blue-light irradiation, these complexes exhibit efficient solid-state emission and enhanced photostability. Through incorporating the yellow phosphor and a commercial blue-green powder(BaSi_(2)N_(2)O_(2):Eu^(2+)) with a blue LED chip, the phosphor-converted LED devices display remarkable white emission properties. The experimental results demonstrate that the Cu(Ⅰ)coordination network materials function as promising blue-light excitable phosphors with great application potential for full-spectrum white LEDs.
