Objective:To observe the effect of Kupfler cells on immune tolerance in liver transplantation. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into A,B and C groups.A group was sham operation *** donor rats of group B had intraperitoneal injection of 1 nmol Kuppffer cells every other day for three days before liver *** of group C were injected with equal *** rat liver transplantation models were established by modified Kamada’s two-cuff *** rats were sacrificed after 24 *** concentrations of ALT and AST in serum were measured with the biochemical *** level of IL-2 and TNF- a in serum were measured by ELISA *** apoptotic indexes were detected by immunohistochemical assay. Results:The concentration of ALT,AST,IL-1 and TNF- a in A,B and C groups were increased *** levels of group C were significantly higher than that of group B and A(P<0.05), and the levels of group B were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The apoptotic indexes of three groups were 3.40±0.37,14.70±2.54 and 26.33±3.65,respectively,with significant difference among three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pretreatment with Kupfler cells can reduce liver injury and raise liver transplantation immune tolerance.

One method for determining the characteristic parameters of a hadron production source is to measure the Bose-Einstein correlation *** this study,we present fundamental concepts and formulas related to the Bose-Einstein correlations,focusing on the measurement principles and the Lund model from an experimental *** perform Monte Carlo simulations using the Lund model generator in the 2-3 GeV energy *** these feasibility studies,we identify key features of the Bose-Einstein correlations that offer valuable insights for experimental *** data samples collected at BESIII,we perform measurements of the Bose-Einstein correlation functions,with an expected experimental precision of a few percent for the hadron source radius and incoherence parameter.

The exploitation of proper electron transport layers(ETLs)and interface optimization can play a pivotal role to promote the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).In this work,low temperature processable tin oxide(SnO_(2))colloidal nanoparticles with ethanolamine(EA)treatment are successfully employed for efficient and stable OSCs with light soaking *** EA is chemically bonded with SnO_(2),and the ethanolamine treated tin oxide(E-SnO_(2))layer delivers a suitable work function of 4.10 eV and a unique surface texture with suspended polar *** enhanced performance of E-SnO_(2) based OSCs can be attributed to the improved charge transport and electron extraction,which is correlated with the regulated energy level alignment and contact quality of E-SnO_(2)/active *** a result,considerable power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 10.30%,13.93%and 15.38%for PTB7-Th/PC_(71) BM,PM7/ITC6-4 F and PM6/Y6 based OSCs have been realized with E-SnO_(2) as ETL,*** with ZnO based devices,the E-SnO_(2) based OSCs exhibit an improved light aging stability,which can retain 94.3%of their initial PCE of 15.38%after 100 h light aging for E-SnO_(2)/PM6/Y6 based *** work demonstrates that the enormous potential of E-SnO_(2) to serve as ETL for high-efficiency and stable OSCs.

AIM:To investigate the indications for lymph node dissection(LND)in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma ***:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 124 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)patients who had undergone surgical resection of ICC from January 2006 to December *** resection was attempted for all patients unless there were metastases to lymph nodes(LNs)beyond the hepatoduodenal *** LND was performed in patients in whom any enlarged LNs had been suspicious for *** patients were classified according to the LND and LN ***,operative,and long-term survival data were collected *** impact on survival of LND during primary resection was ***:Of 53 patients who had undergone hepatic resection with curative intent combined with regional LND,11 had lymph nodes *** or not patients without lymph node involvement had undergone LND made no significant difference to their survival(P=0.822).Five patients with multiple tumors and involvement of lymph nodes underwent hepatic resection with LND;their survival curve did not differ significantly from that of the palliative resection group(P=0.744).However,there were significant differences in survival between patients with lymph node involvement and a solitary tumor who underwent hepatic resection with LND and the palliative resection group(median survival time 12 mo vs 6.0 mo,P=0.013).CONCLUSION:ICC patients without lymph node involvement and patients with multiple tumors and lymph node metastases may not benefit from aggressive *** LND should be considered with discretion.
