The Zr-2.5Nb alloy with a fine microstructure consisting ofαlaths was successfully prepared by electron beam melting(EBM).The thermal oxidation behaviors and kinetics of the as-built,and the EBM-built and hot isostatically pressed(HIPed)Zr-2.5Nb materials in a temperature range of 450-600°C were in-vestigated and compared with those of the alloy prepared by conventional casting and *** was found that the oxidation kinetics of the as-built and the forged materials followed the parabolic rate law during isothermal oxidation at 550°C,but the HIPed materials exhibited a parabolic-to-linear kinetic transition,suggesting that the larger grain sizes enhanced the *** oxide layers of all materials were composed of a large fraction of monoclinic zirconia phase(m-ZrO_(2))and a small fraction of tetrago-nal zirconia phase(t-ZrO_(2)),and transformed from t-ZrO_(2)to m-ZrO_(2)with increasing oxidation *** surface hardness of the as-built,the forged and the HIPed materials increased from 215,204,and 188 HV before oxidation to 902,1070,and 1137 HV after oxidation,*** cross-sections of the materi-als showed the presence of micropores and microcracks inside the oxide layers with thicknesses ranging from 4 to 8μ*** the oxidation temperature of 600°C and oxidation time duration of 3 h,a dense black m-ZrO_(2)oxide layer with smooth surface and 902 HV hardness was obtained on the EBM as-built Zr-2.5Nb materials.

In this work,a three-dimensional nonlinear transient thermo-mechanically coupled finite element model(FEM)is established to investigate the variation in temperature and stress fields during electron beam melting(EBM)of rhombic dodecahedron Ti-6Al-4V *** influence of the processing parameters on the temperature and residual stress evolutions was predicted and verified against existing literature *** calculated results indicate that the interlayer cooling time has very little effect on both the temperature and stress evolutions,indicating that the interlayer cooling time can be set up as short as possible to reduce manufacturing *** is presented that the residual stress of the intersection is higher than that of *** increasing preheating temperature,the residual stress decreases continuously,which is about 20%–30%for every 50℃rise in *** temperature and stress fields repeated every four layers with the complex periodic scanning *** x and y-component residual stresses are tensile stresses,while z-component stress is weak compressive or tensile stress in typical *** is proposed that the interlayer cooling is necessary to obtain a rhombic dodecahedron with low residual *** results can bring insights into the understanding of the residual stress during EBM.

Blockchain technology has been rapidly growing since Bitcoin was invented in *** most common type of blockchain system,public(permissionless)blockchain system,has some unique features that lead to a tension with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR)and other similar data protection *** this paper,we report the results of a systematic literature review(SLR)on 114 research papers discussing and/or addressing such a *** the best of our knowledge,our SLR is the most comprehensive review of this tension,leading to a more in-depth and broader analysis of related research work on this important *** results revealed three main types of issues:(i)difficulties in exercising data subjects’rights such as the‘right to be forgotten’(RTBF)due to the immutable nature of public blockchains;(ii)difficulties in identifying roles and responsibilities in the public blockchain data processing ecosystem(particularly on the identification of data controllers and data processors);and(iii)ambiguities regarding the application of the relevant law(s)due to the distributed nature of *** work also led to a better understanding of solutions for improving the GDPR compliance of public blockchain *** can help inform not only blockchain researchers and developers but also policymakers and law markers to consider how to reconcile the tension between public blockchain systems and data protection laws(the GDPR and beyond).

目的研究细胞分类水平在肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的变化。方法本研究为前瞻性队列研究。选取2022年1—6月新乡医学院第一附属医院儿科及儿科重症监护室(PICU)收治并行支气管肺泡灌洗的急性期MPP患儿30例作为研究组和未合并感染的支气管异物患儿9例作为对照组。研究组中男15例、女15例,年龄(6.6±2.5)岁;对照组中男6例、女3例,年龄(5.7±5.4)岁。采用瑞氏-姬姆萨染色后镜检分析患儿BALF细胞分类百分比水平的变化及其与肺外表现的相关性。采用χ^(2)检验、独立样本t检验、秩和检验。结果研究组患儿的血常规中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白、D-二聚体和乳酸脱氢酶水平均高于对照组[71.05(56.40,79.83)%比46.50(34.50,62.45)%、17.47(4.86,37.65)mg/L比1.00(0.17,1.64)mg/L、1.75(0.80,4.23)mg/L比0.60(0.55,0.75)mg/L、342(269,482)U/L比245(181,284)U/L],血常规淋巴细胞百分比低于对照组[23.45(13.55,34.95)%比43.20(33.10,58.55)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组的BALF中性粒细胞百分比高于对照组[46.00(38.00,55.00)%比1.00(0.01,1.75)%],巨噬细胞百分比低于对照组[43.00(33.87,51.00)%比87.50(85.00,90.00)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。依据有无肺外表现,将研究组分为无肺外表现组23例和有肺外表现组7例(肾损害、肝损害、心肌损害2例,肾损害、心肌损害3例,肾损害1例,心肌损害1例);有肺外表现组患儿的降钙素、血清淀粉样蛋白A、乳酸脱氢酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶均高于无肺外表现组[0.74(0.42,3.59)μg/L比0.35(0.19,0.68)μg/L、464.9(172.8,655.6)mg/L比134.9(41.0,431.0)mg/L、697.0(469.0,1177.0)U/L比296.0(255.0,417.0)U/L、54.0(42.0,109.0)U/L比30.0(22.0,37.0)U/L],住院时间长于无肺外表现组[19.00(18.00,22.00)d比11.00(7.00,16.00)d],BALF淋巴细胞百分比、白蛋白水平均低于无肺外表现组[10.50(9.50,11.00)%比13.00(10.00,14.50)%、33.9(27.3,40.2)g/L比40.3(37.1,42.3)g/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,BALF淋巴细胞百分比与肺外表现呈负相关(r=-0.334,P=0.038)。结论急性期MPP患儿的BALF以中性粒细胞为主;BALF淋巴细胞百分比越低,肺外表现的发生率越高。

Although the microbial diversity of the Indian Ocean has been extensively investigated,little is known about the community composition of microbes in the Southern Indian *** the present study,we divided 60 water column samples on the Ninety-East Ridge(NER)into fi ve water masses according to the temperature-salinity *** presented,for the fi rst time,a full description of the microbial biodiversity on NER through high-throughput amplicon sequencing approach,including bacteria,archaea,and *** found that bacteria exhibited higher richness and diversity than archaea and fungi across the water masses on *** importantly,each water mass on NER featured distinct prokaryotic microbial communities,as indicated by the results of non-metric multidimensional *** contrast,fungi were eurybathic across the water *** analysis results demonstrated that environmental factors might play a pivotal role in the formation and stability of prokaryotic communities in each water mass,especially that of *** addition,indicator species might be used as fi ngerprints to identify corresponding water masses on *** results provide new insights into the vertical distribution,structure,and diversity of microorganisms on NER from the perspective of water mass.

The visible-light-induced selective oxidation of ubiquitous C–H bonds into valuable C=O bonds under aerobic conditions is one of the most attractive approaches for the construction of carbonyl-containing *** this work,two transition metal-containing Nb/W mixed-addendum POMs dimers with the formula of K_(2)Na_(2)H_(5)[(Fe(H_(2)O)_(4))_(3)(P_(2)W_(15)Nb_(3)O_(62))_(2)]·24H_(2)O(POM[Fe])and K_(2)Na_(3)H_(4)[(Cr(H_(2)O)_(4))_(3)(P_(2)W_(15)Nb_(3)O_(62))_(2)]·32H_(2)O(POM[Cr])have been synthesized and characterized by various analytical and spectral ***[Fe]was proved to be an efficient photocatalyst for benzylic C–H oxidation under visible light and using oxygen as an oxidant to produce the corresponding carbonyl complex in good yields.A plausible mechanism involving superoxide radical was proposed for the catalytic ***[Fe]showed good reusability in the recycling *** spectroscopy and XRD analysis indicate that POM[Fe]can retain its integrity after catalysis.

Room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) is important in both organic electronics and encryption. Despite rapid advances, a universal approach to robust and tunable RTP materials based on amorphous polymers remains a formidable challenge. Here, we present a strategy that uses three-dimensional(3 D)confinement of carbon dots in a polymer network to achieve ultra-long lifetime phosphorescence. The RTP of the as-obtained materials was not quenched in different polar organic solvents and the lifetime of the RTP was easily tuned by adjusting the amount of crosslinking or varying the drying temperature of the 3 D molecular network. As a demonstration of potential application, as-obtained RTP materials were successfully used to prepare RTP fibres for flexible textiles. As well as bringing to light a fundamental principle for the construction of polymer materials with RTP, we have endowed traditional carbon dots and polymers with fresh features that will expand potential applications.

分别在不同水热处理温度(60℃、70℃、80℃和90℃)下制备玉米淀粉-绿原酸复合物,并通过其绿原酸含量、复合指数(CI)、晶体结构、体外消化性能等探究水热处理温度对玉米淀粉-绿原酸复合物结构及消化性能的影响。结果表明:随着水热处理温度的升高,玉米淀粉-绿原酸复合物中的CI逐渐由4.27%增加至10.65%,绿原酸含量先增加后减少,80℃下制备的玉米淀粉-绿原酸复合物所结合的绿原酸含量最多(6.13 mg/g),而过多的绿原酸虽能促进玉米淀粉双螺旋的形成,但会阻碍玉米淀粉重新形成有序的晶体结构;玉米淀粉-绿原酸复合物结构随水热处理温度升高而发生的变化会导致其糊化稳定性升高和抗消化性能增强,抗消化淀粉(RS)含量由20.49%增加到30.69%。因此,通过控制水热处理温度,可调节玉米淀粉与绿原酸之间的相互作用,进而调控玉米淀粉的消化性能。

尽管目前对儿童脓毒症进行了大量研究,但其发病机制仍然存在争议和未解决的问题,免疫功能紊乱便是其中之一,而免疫抑制是免疫功能紊乱的核心部分,与脓毒症患者的病情进展、治疗选择、预后变化都有相关性。由于T淋巴细胞在免疫功能中扮演着至关重要的角色,因此在临床实践中,已将其视为判断免疫功能变化的重要指标。本文将对部分T淋巴细胞亚群引起免疫抑制的机制及其在脓毒症病情评估、预后、免疫干预的临床应用价值作一阐述。
