To solve the existing problems of imperfect sealing and the inaccurate measurement of gas pressure in traditional sealing,the present study builds a new model of capsule-slime sealing device based on wireless pressure gauge.The new sealing device is mainly composed of two sets of capsules,a capsule connecting piece and a slime part,measures the pressure through the wireless communication technology,and seals through chemical reaction in the capsule,which generates gas to expand the capsule and extrude the pre-stored slime.Two methods of extruding pre-stored slime are proposed:in the first method,transverse force is generated by the expansion of the capsules at both ends,pushing the capsules toward the middle through the chute and squeezing the pre-stored slime out;in the second,high-pressure gas generated in the capsules is led into the expansion tube,which is inserted into the storage tube,squeezing it and letting the slime out to complete the sealing process.Then the research studies the effect of sealing under the condition of drilling with the structure of slime storage tube.The results indicate that the maximum standing time of slime wrapped in metal net is 2 h,instead of the expected 10 d,failing to meet the sealing requirements.When the slime viscosity is 1200–3000 m Paás in the structure of slime storage tube,the best viscosity of slime is achieved and can simulate sealing the drilling hole(5–4,4–2.36,2.36–1.18,1.18–0.15 mm in diameter),as well as the gap caused by mixed sand accumulation.

The generation of T cells with maximal anti-tumor activities will significantly impact the field of T-cell- based adoptive immunotherapy. In this report, we found that OKT3/IL-2-stimulated T cells were phenotypically more heterogeneous, with enhanced anti-tumor activity in vitro and when locally administered in a solid tumor mouse model. To further improve the OKT3/IL-2-based T cell manufacturing procedure, we developed a novel T cell stimulation and expansion method in which peripheral blood mononuclear cells were electroporated with mRNA encoding a chimeric membrane protein consisting of a single-chain variable fragment against CD3 and the intracellular domains of CD28 and 4-1BB （OKT3-28BB）. The expanded T cells were phenotypically and functionally similar to T cells expanded by OKT3/IL-2. Moreover, co-electroporation of CD86 and 4-1BBL could further change the phenotype and enhance the in vivo anti-tumor activity. Although T cells expanded by the co- electroporation of OKT3-28BB with CD86 and 4-1BBL showed an increased central memory phenotype, the T cells still maintained tumor lytic activities as potent as those of OKT3/IL-2 or OKT3-28BB-stimulated T cells. In different tumor mouse models, T cells expanded by OKT3-28BB RNA electroporation showed anti-tumor activities superior to those of OKT3/IL-2 T cells. Hence, T cells with both a less differentiated phenotype and potent tumor killing ability can be generated by RNA electroporation, and this T cell manufacturing procedure can be further optimized by simply co-delivering other splices of RNA, thus providing a simple and cost-effec- tive method for generating high-quality T cells for adop- tive immunotherapy.

针对浅埋近距离煤层群工作面易产生低氧现象的难题,以山西某矿3105工作面低氧问题为研究背景,采用理论分析、相似模拟及数值模拟方法进行了研究。分析得出煤层地质条件、工作面通风方式、大气压力变化和自然风压是工作面产生低氧现象的主要原因,并探究了采用局部正压通风方法解决采面低氧问题的可行性。结果表明:采用负压通风时,增加风速不能明显提高工作面上隅角区域的氧气体积分数,仍低于20%;采用局部正压通风时,采场内20%氧气体积分数等值线在通风风速达到1.6 m/s时,与工作面呈平行状态,增加风速能有效提高采面上隅角的氧气体积分数;采用局部正压通风回风巷增阻时,相较于单一的局部正压通风能够在更小的风速条件下解决采面低氧的问题,且一定程度上有利于防范采空区遗煤自然发火。利用COMSOL仿真软件,建立工作面采场气体运移模型,开展了不同通风方法、不同风速条件下的采空区氧气体积分数分布及运移规律研究,数值模拟结果与试验测定结果基本一致。3105工作面现场实践表明,采用局部正压通风回风巷增阻的技术措施能够有效解决工作面低氧问题,工作面上隅角及回风流的氧气体积分数由15%上升到20%以上,并始终保持正常水平,确保了工作面的安全生产。

目的研究基于5G专网的院前急救运作模式、体系对创伤失血性休克患者凝血功能及炎性因子的影响。方法应用医学研究随机数字表法,选取我院2020年8月—2023年8月收治的创伤失血性休克患者100例,按照治疗路径不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规救治模式治疗,观察组给予基于5G专网的院前急救运作模式、体系治疗,比较两组凝血功能、炎性因子以及抢救总有效率。结果观察组PT、APTT、TT、FIB指标水平均低于对照组,PLT水平高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、CRP等炎性因子指标水平以及抢救总有效率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于5G专网的院前急救运作模式、体系对创伤失血性休克能明显改善患者的凝血功能,降低炎性因子指标水平,升高抢救有效率。

目的观察医养结合模式下双心养护对老年冠心病患者心功能、情绪状态的影响。方法收集2020年1月—2023年1月丰县人民医院老年冠心病患者80例进行前瞻性研究,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),分别行基于医养结合模式的双心养护与常规护理。比较两组护理前后心功能指标、情绪状态、并发症情况及对不同模式护理的满意度。结果护理前心功能指标组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDV、LVESV低于对照组(均P0.05),护理后均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);护理满意度比较,观察组(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论医养结合模式的双心养护,可改善老年冠心病患者心功能及情绪状态,并减少并发症。

Analysis of vacuum chamber suppressing gas explosion

In order to suppress the harm of gas explosion,the current study researched on the body of vacuum chamber.The previous studies verifed that it could obviously lower the explosion overpressure by reasonably arranging vacuum chamber on pipe.That is to say,the vacuum chamber has the effect of absorbing wave and energy.To further deeply analyze the vacuum chamber suppressing gas explosion,this research designed the L-type pipe of gas explosion,and compared the experimental results of gas explosion with vacuum chamber and without vacuum chamber.Besides,using the gas chromatograph,this study also investigated the gas compositions in the pipe before and after explosion.The results show that:(1)without vacuum chamber,the maximum value of explosion overpressure is 0.22 MPa,with60 ms duration,and after explosion,the concentration of oxygen drops to 12.07%,but the concentration of carbon monoxide increases to 4392.3 10à6,and the concentration of carbon dioxide goes up to7.848%,which can make the persons in danger suffocate and die;(2)with vacuum chamber,explosion overpressure drops to 0.18 MPa,with 20 ms duration or less,and after explosion,the concentration of oxygen still remains 12.07%,but the concentration of methane is 7.83%,however the concentration of carbon monoxide is only 727.24 10à6,and the concentration of carbon dioxide is only 1.219%,at the this moment the concentration ratio of toxic gas drops by more than 83%in comparison to be that without vacuum chamber.Consequently,the vacuum chamber can guarantee that most methane does not take part in chemical reaction,and timely quenches the deflagration reaction of gas and oxygen.Because of the two points mentioned above,it reduces the explosion energy,and lowers that the overpressure of blast wave impacts and damages on the persons and facilities,and also decreases the consumption of oxygen and the production of the toxic gas.Therefore,it is safe to conclude that the vacuum chamber not only absorbs wave and energy,but also prevents and suppresses explosion.

Application study on complex wetting agent for dust-proof after gas drainage by outburst seams in coal mines

After gas drainage,the outburst seam is dry and,consequently,during subsequent mechanized mining,unwanted dust production is extensive.Because the hard dustfall typically has a small particle size it contains a high percentage of respirable dust.Considering these factors,this paper improved the efficiency of dustfall by reducing the surface tension of the liquid used as a wetting agent,then configuring five kinds of wetting agents by adopting various doses and types of surfactants,neutral inorganic salts and chemical additives,etc.After purchasing DA-85 and SRJ-1 wetting agent,the surface tension and critical micelle concentration of seven kinds of wetting agents were measured using the capillary rise method.Wetting agent A was confirmed to have the best comprehensive effect.The experiments were optimized by measuring and comparatively analyzing contact angles of pure water,SRJ-1 wetting agent and wetting agent A on the surface of different coal samples using a contact angle measurement instrument(HARKESPCA).By comparative analysis,dust-proof effects of seam,dynamic pressure water infusion and highpressure spray in the tunneling face at the Daning coal mine using pure water,wetting agent SRJ-1and A,it was determined that after using wetting agent A,the average dust concentration in the place of the mining machine driver,10 m and 110 m away from the tunneling front is approximately 300 mg/m^3,240 mg/m^3 and 100 mg/m^3,respectively.This practice increased the dust-proof efficiency dramatically and achieved a good comprehensive dust-proof effect.

Theoretical and numerical simulation of critical gas supply of refuge chamber

The personnel in refuge chamber absorb O_2 and exhale CO_2 all the time. Supplying O_2 and removing CO_2 are the basic function of refuge chamber. After disaster occurs, the supply of the compressed air or oxygen for personnel in refuge chamber is limited. Thus, how to effectively use the compressed air and oxygen and try to improve the time of supply has a great significance. Supplying more oxygen will result in waste, while supplying less oxygen will cause its concentration to be lower, and harm life safety. This research uses the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, finds critical gas supply for refuge chamber, and illuminates the change law of gas concentration with critical gas supply in refuge chamber,which provides theoretical guidance for effective use of compressed air and oxygen in refuge chamber.
