Background:Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),comprising Crohn's disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC),is a heterogeneous state of chronic intestinal inflammation.Intestinal innate immunity,including innate immune cells,defends against pathogens and excessive entry of gut microbiota,while preserving immune tolerance to resident intestinal microbiota,and may be characterized by its capacity to produce a rapid and nonspecific reaction.The association between microbiota dysbiosis and the pathogenesis of IBD is complex and dynamic.When the intestinal ecosystem is in dysbiosis,the reduced abundance and diversity of intestinal gut microbiota make the host more vulnerable to the attack of exogenous and endogenous pathogenic gut microbiota.The aim of our study was to comprehensively assess the relationship between microbial populations within UC,the signaling pathways of pathogenic gut microbe therein and the inflammatory response,as well as to understand the effects of using PE&AFWE(poppy extract[Papaver nudicaule L.]and Artemisia frigida Willd.extract)on UC modulation.Methods:A UC mouse model was established by inducing SPF-grade C57BL/6 mice using dextrose sodium sulfate(DSS).Based on metagenomic sequencing to characterize the gut microbiome,the relationship between gut microbiota dysbiosis and gut microbiota was further studied using random forest and Bayesian network analysis methods,as well as histopathological analysis.Results:(1)We found that the 5 gut microbiota with the highest relative abundance of inflammatory bowel disease UC model gut microbiota were consistent with the top 5 ranked natural bacteria.There were three types of abundance changes in the model groups:increases(Chlamydiae/Proteobacteria and Deferribacteres),decreases(Firmicutes),and no significant changes(Bacteroidetes).The UC model group was significantly different from the control group,with 1308 differentially expressed species with abundance changes greater than or equal to 2-fold.(2)The proportion of the fecal flora in the UC group decreased by

Comparison of genetic impact on growth and wood traits between seedlings and clones from the same plus trees of Pinus koraiensis

To evaluate the relationships among clones and open pollinated families from the same plus trees and to select elite breeding materials,growth,and wood characteristics of 33-year-old Pinus korainsis clones and families were measured and analyzed.The results show that growth and wood characters varied significantly.The variation due to clonal effects was higher than that of family effects.The ratio of genetic to phenotypic coefficient of variation of clones in growth and wood traits was above 90%,and the repeatability of these characteristics was more than 0.8,whereas the ratio of genetic to phenotypic coefficient of variation of families was above 90%.The broad-sense heritability of all characteristics exceeded 0.4,and the narrow-sense family heritability of growth traits was less than 0.3.Growth characteristics were positively correlated with each other,but most wood properties were weakly correlated in both clones and families.Fiber length and width were positively correlated between clones and families.Using the membership function method,eleven clones and four families were selected as superior material for improved diameter growth and wood production,and two families from clonal and open-pollinated trees showed consistently better performance.Generally,selection of the best clones is an effective alternative to deployment of families as the repeatability estimates from clonal trees were higher than narrow-sense heritability estimates from open pollinated families.The results provide valuable insight for improving P.koraiensis breeding programs and subsequent genetic improvement.

Seismic behavior experimental study of frame joints with special-shaped column and dispersed steel bar beam

To overcome the problem that steel bars are put too close at a flame joint with special-shaped beam and column,mechanical performance of three groups of six RC flame joints with special-shaped(L,T and+)column and dispersed-steel bars-beam on the top floor under cyclic loads were studied.Experimental comparison was conducted between special-shaped(L,T and+)column and normal beams.The cracking load,yielding load,ultimate bearing capacity,failure patterns,and hysteretic properties at joint core area were investigated.The seismic behaviors of the joints with different proportions of dispersed-steelbar beams were analyzed.The results of experimental analysis indicate that the mechanical and seismic behaviors of frame joints with T-shaped and+-shaped column are nearly not changed when suitable proportion steel bars are dispersed to flange plane.Stiffness degeneration of flame joint with L-shaped column is rather serious due to concrete damage stiffness.Theoretical result indicates that distributing area of the dispersed steel-bar beams in the flange plate should be strictly controlled to avoid anchor destroy.

The rapid assembling of oligosaccharides by the developed HASP strategy

A new carrier containing three hydrophobic octadecyls was employed to improve the yield and purity of the synthesized oligosaccharides, and the applicability of hydrophobic carrier for HASP （hydrophobically assisted switching phase） was also explored. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to analyze the purity of oligosaccharides and improve the elution efficiency. Elution system was optimized and replaced by isopropyl alcohol and water, in which the excess donor and other impurities had a better solubility than that in methanol.

Variation analyses of controlled pollinated families and parental combining ability of Pinus koraiensis

To evaluate and select elite Pinus koraiensis parent combinations and offspring families,34 full-sib families were evaluated.Variance analysis of tree height,diameter at breast height and volume showed no significant differences among each block,the interaction of block,male and female.The family heritability of all traits were high(>0.9).Phenotypic and genotypic coefficients of variance of height,diameter at breast height,and volume showed that the phenotypic coefficient of variation of volume in the same combination was higher than height and diameter at breast height,indicating that volume was the main factor determining excellent single plant selection.The female and male trees with the best general combining ability indicated that the optimal parental hybridization was not necessarily the optimal combination.In addition,the least parents of hybrid offspring performance were always relatively poor and should not be selected as hybrid parents.Additionally,we found there was no significant difference among the effects of female and male parents by random modelling,but there were significant differences by fixed modelling.The most significant effect of female-and male interaction,and the selection of better female or male parents in the test parent group should be efficient as well as the results of significant variation among them by fixed modelling.For the evaluated breeding population of P.koraiensis,the backward selection of excellent parent combinations or forward selection of excellent individuals as progeny should be the major breeding strategies.

Space-time evolution rules study on acoustic emission location in rock under cyclic loading

An acoustic emission(AE)location experiment was performed on sandstone using an advanced AE test system.The space-time evolution rule regarding damage was analyzed under cyclic loading as well as AE.The results show that AE on static loading process is consistent with the damage evolution rule of compression and the elastic-plastic deformation phase;at the beginning of cyclic loading with low duration time and energy,AE events came from a small crack.The location result showed that most events occurred in the core zone forming at the static loading process,and the location points changed slowly.AE energy changed little during the metaphase of cyclic process.There was a modest increase of location points in every cycle.The tendency of steady development could be predicted from the AE location events.At the end of each cyclic loading,the quantity of AE events and energy increased quite rapidly,reaching a maximum at the last cycle.AE events had high energy and duration time.Location events changed quite rapidly and assembled and linked continuously in the core zone.At the same time,they expanded to the top of specimen.A macroscopic crack finally formed.In the postfailure process,some AE events still existed due to fracturing of gliding friction.Owing to the inner stress balance of rock even after loading stopped,minor AE events still occurred.

Early evaluation of growth traits of Larix kaempferi clones

Early selection is an important method to shorten the breeding cycle for tree species, which may differ in the time for early selection. To evaluate the early selected time for Larix kaempferi, tree height and diameter at breast height of 57 L. kaempferi clones were measured over many different growth years. The results indicated that, except for age × clone interaction for diameter at breast height （P = 0.741）, there were significant differences among all variation sources （P 〈 0.01）. The coefficient of phenotypic variation ranged from 14.89 to 35.65% for height and from 19.17 to 23.86% for diameter at breast height in different growth years. The repeatability of height and of diameter at breast height among clones was high, ranging from 0.6181 to 0.8531 （height） and from 0.8443 to 0.8497 （diameter at breast height）, in different growth years. There were significant positive correlations between all pairs of growth traits except between height in the 2nd growth year and height in the 30th growth year; and between height in the 2nd growth year × diameter at breast height in the 30th growth year. With a comprehen- sive evaluation method and a selection ratio of 10%, L65, L1, L62, L9, L15, and L78 were selected as excellent clones in the 30th growth year. Their average values of height and diameter at breast height were 9.81 and 16.57% higher than the overall average, representing genetic gains of 6.46 and 13.99%, respectively. This study provides a theoretical foundation for the genetic improvement of L. kaempferi.

Variation analyses of growth and wood properties of Larix olgensis clones in China

The growth traits (tree height, diameter at breast height, and stem straightness degree) and wood properties [wood density (WD), fiber length, fiber width, ash content (AC), lignin content, cellulose content, hemicellulose content (HEC), and holocellulose content] of 208 26-year-old Larix olgensis clones were analyzed. Except for WD and AC, there were significant differences (p lity of all traits were 9.34-35.33% and 0.218-0.930, respectively. Tree height and diameter at breast height showed significant positive correlation; however, the correlation coefficients among growth characteristics and wood properties were mostly not significant. Ten clones (L70, L56, L82, L90, L59, L91, L61, L92, L86, and L64) were selected as excellent clones under a selection rate of 5%, using tree height, diameter at breast height, and stem straightness degree as evaluation indexes, providing genetic gains of 28.69, 17.96, and 0.67%, respectively. Ten clones (L88, L305, L59, L66, L253, L304, L277, L298, L248, and L293) were selected as excellent clones using wood properties as an evaluation index, with a selection rate of 5%, providing genetic gains in WD, fiber length, fiber width, cellulose content, and HEC of 4.14, 3.64, 9.28, 6.77, and 9.61%, respectively. This study provides a theoretical basis for selecting excellent L. olgensis clones.

腹腔镜外科技术历经三十余年的发展已经成为外科手术的主要平台技术,在外科手术各个领域得到广泛应用。在结直肠外科,腹腔镜技术的安全性可行性和疗效已得到证实。近年来,随着对腹腔镜下膜解剖等理念与概念的进一步深刻认识,腹腔镜结直肠手术在手术入路选择、淋巴清扫范围、邓氏筋膜是否保留、功能保护、侧方淋巴清扫、超低位直肠癌保肛技术选择、全腔镜消化道重建等方面均有新的探讨和进展。腹腔镜胃外科领域,一方面国内循证医学证据进入收获期,另一方面,保功能手术、食管胃结合部腺癌、全腔镜吻合等也都成为这一领域的热点,并有新的进展。而微创手术相关的医疗装备也在近年获得发展,并对微创手术的提高起到推动作用。
