BACKGROUND Within the normal range,elevated alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels are associated with an increased risk of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).AIM To investigate the associations between repeated high-normal ALT measurements and the risk of new-onset MAFLD *** A cohort of 3553 participants followed for four consecutive health examinations over 4 years was *** incidence rate,cumulative times,and equally and unequally weighted cumulative effects of excess high-normal ALT levels(ehALT)were *** proportional hazards regression was used to analyse the association between the cumulative effects of ehALT and the risk of new-onset *** A total of 83.13%of participants with MAFLD had normal ALT *** incidence rate of MAFLD showed a linear increasing trend in the cumulative ehALT *** with those in the low-normal ALT group,the multivariate adjusted hazard ratios of the equally and unequally weighted cumulative effects of ehALT were 1.651[95%confidence interval(CI):1.199-2.273]and 1.535(95%CI:1.119-2.106)in the third quartile and 1.616(95%CI:1.162-2.246)and 1.580(95%CI:1.155-2.162)in the fourth quartile,*** Most participants with MAFLD had normal ALT ***-term high-normal ALT levels were associated with a cumulative increased risk of new-onset MAFLD.

基于2015~2022年珠三角O_(3)监测数据以及再分析气象资料,利用多元线性回归(MLR)和LMG方法量化了气象条件对臭氧(O_(3))日最大8 h浓度平均值(MDA8-O_(3))年变化和趋势的影响.结果表明,基于关键气象参数建立的MLR模型性能良好,同时基于秋季各月参数建立的MLR模型模拟的MDA8-O_(3)变化会比基于整个秋季气象参数建立的MLR模型更准确.总云量、相对湿度、2m最高温度和850 h Pa经向风的共同作用导致了2020年MDA8-O_(3)相对于2019年减少了34.1μg·m^(-3),贡献率分别为31.3%、45.2%、15.8%和6.7%.珠三角2015~2022年的9月、10月、11月和秋季观测的MDA8-O_(3)变化率分别为7.3、5.2、4.8和5.8μg·(m^(3)·a)^(-1),其中由气象驱动的趋势分别为3.6、2.4、2.4和3.1μg·(m^(3)·a)^(-1),整体而言,气象条件对2015~2022年珠三角秋季MAD8-O3变化的贡献率为53.4%.

Construction of a bivalent vaccine candidate against HAdV4/HAdV7 based on capsid-display strategy via Red-homologous recombination and counter-selection methodology

Human adenoviruses(HAdvs)are major respiratory ***,human adenovirus type 4(HAdV4)and human adenovirus type 7(HAdV7)are known for causing fever and pneumonia,with docu-mented cases of fatalities among the *** recent years,HAdV4/HAdv7 has been implicated in caus-ing substantial outbreaks,leading to increased morbidity in multiple *** HAdV4 and HAdV7 infections have been reported in North America,Asia,Europe,Africa,South America,Oceania,and the Middle *** fatalities occurred in North America(the United States)and Asia(China and Singapore).Engineered recombinant adenoviruses have played a crucial role as vaccine *** this study,we con-structed a recombinant adenovirus,Ad4ITRmut-Ad7E3,and evaluated it in vitro and in *** observed that the replication rate of Ad4ITRmut-Ad7E3 was lower than that of the RI-67 strain,indicating that the mutation of inverted terminal repeats(ITRs)weakened the replication ability of *** of BALB/c mice with the bivalent Ad4ITRmut-Ad7E3 vaccine strain,administered by intraperitoneal injection and oral gavage,resulted in the elicitation of neutralizing antibodies targeting HAdV4 and *** finding not only pro-vides a novel method and technique for the efficient construction of a polyvalent recombinant adenovirus vac-cine candidate against HAdV4 and HAdv7 but also against other prevalent adenovirus serotypes such as HAdV3,HAdV11,HAdV14,and HAdv55,from various regions.

Polar residual network model for assisting evaluation on rat myocardial infarction segment in myocardial contrast echocardiography

Objective To investigate the value of polar residual network(PResNet)model for assisting evaluation on rat myocardial infarction(MI)segment in myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE).Methods Twenty-five male SD rats were randomly divided into MI group(n=15)and sham operation group(n=10).MI models were established in MI group through ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery using atraumatic suture,while no intervention was given to those in sham operation group after *** images of both basal and papillary muscle levels on the short axis section of left ventricles were acquired after 1 week,which were assessed independently by 2 junior and 2 senior ultrasound *** evaluating efficacy of MI segment,the mean interpretation time and the consistency were compared whether under the assistance of PResNet model or *** No significant difference of efficacy of evaluation on MI segment was found for senior physicians with or without assistance of PResNet model(both P>0.05).Under the assistance of PResNet model,the efficacy of junior physicians for diagnosing MI segment was significantly improved compared with that without the assistance of PResNet model(both P<0.01),and was comparable to that of senior *** the assistance of PResNet model,the mean interpretation time of each physician was significantly shorter than that without assistance(all P<0.001),and the consistency between junior physicians and among junior and senior physicians were both moderate(Kappa=0.692,0.542),which became better under the assistance(Kappa=0.763,0.749).Conclusion PResNet could improve the efficacy of junior physicians for evaluation on rat MI segment in MCE images,shorten interpretation time with different aptitudes,also improve the consistency to some extent.

当前国际中文师资培养,供需脱节问题突出。这主要归因于国际中文教育专业学位硕士人才培养方案及课程体系同质化严重,多数高校缺乏明确的培养模式,导致“国内所教非国外所需”、“模糊培养,模糊就业”、国内闭门培养与国外跨文化适应能力不足、“出口转内销”等突出问题。为破解以上难题,培养单位需要进行一场“观念革命”,不应迷信既有的规范和权威,而应重构培养理念,从世界各国对中文教师的需求出发,结合本校的学科优势和区位优势,精准对接对象国对中文教师的素养要求,制定科学可行的外向型培养方案,并在国际中文教育教师培养中落到实处。

Extensive land use will cause many environmental *** is an urgent task to improve land use efficiency and optimize land use *** recent years,due to the flow decrease,the Guanzhong Basin in Shaanxi Province is confronted with the problem of insufficient water resources *** on the Coupled Ground-Water and Surface-Water Flow Model(GSFLOW),this paper evaluates the response of water resources in the basin to changes in land use patterns,optimizes the land use pattern,improves the ecological and economic benefits,and the efficiency of various spatial development,providing a reference for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River *** research shows that the land use pattern in the Guanzhong Basin should be further *** the condition of considering ecological and economic development,the percentage change of the optimum area of farmland,forest,grassland,water area,and urban area compared with the current land use area ratio is+2.3,+2.4,-6.1,+0.2,and+1.6,*** economic and ecological value of land increases by14.1%and 3.1%,respectively,and the number of water resources can increase by 2.5%.

UWLPIPE: Ultra-wide Bandwidth Low-frequency Pulsar Data Processing Pipeline

For real-time processing of ultra-wide bandwidth low-frequency pulsar baseband data, we designed and implemented an ultra-wide bandwidth low-frequency pulsar data processing pipeline(UWLPIPE) based on the shared ringbuffer and GPU parallel technology. UWLPIPE runs on the GPU cluster and can simultaneously receive multiple 128 MHz dual-polarization VDIF data packets preprocessed by the front-end FPGA. After aligning the dual-polarization data, multiple 128M subband data are packaged into PSRDADA baseband data or multi-channel coherent dispersion filterbank data, and multiple subband filterbank data can be spliced into wideband data after time alignment. We used the Nanshan 26 m radio telescope with the L-band receiver at964 ～ 1732 MHz to observe multiple pulsars. Finally, we processed the data using DSPSR software, and the results showed that each subband could correctly fold out the pulse profile, and the wideband pulse profile accumulated by multiple subbands could be correctly aligned.

In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures with the same mass under the vertical incidence of *** is paid to elucidating the influences of rod cross-section dimensions,structure height,structure layer,and rod inclination angle on the deformation mode,ballistic performances,and ability to change the ballistic direction of *** results show that the ballistic performances of hourglass lattice sandwich structures are mainly affected by their structural *** this respect,structural parameters optimization of the hourglass lattice sandwich structures enable one to effectively improve their ballistic limit velocity and,consequently,ballistic performances.
