Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are monoclonal antibody antagonists,which can block cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4 (CTLA-4),programmed death-1/ligand-1 (PD-1/PD-L1) pathways,and other molecules exploited by tumor cells to evade T cell-mediated immune *** have transformed the treatment landscape for various cancers due to their amazing *** anti-tumor therapies,including targeted therapy,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,combine ICIs to make the treatment more ***,the off-target immune activation caused by ICIs may lead to a broad spectrum of immune-related adverse events (irAEs) affecting multiple organ *** irAEs,cardiotoxicity induced by ICIs,uncommon but fatal,has greatly offset survival benefits from ICIs,which is heartbreaking for both patients and ***,such cardiotoxicity requires special vigilance,and it has become a common challenge both for patients and *** article reviewed the clinical manifestations and influence of cardiotoxicity from the view of patients and clinicians,elaborated on the underlying mechanisms in conjunction with animal studies,and then attempted to propose management strategies from a cardio-immuno-oncology multidisciplinary perspective.

Chemically modified superatoms have emerged as promising candidates in the new periodic table, in which Au13and its doped M_nAu13-nhave been widely studied. However, their important counterpart, Ag13artificial element, has not yet been synthesized. In this work, we report the synthesis of Ag13nanoclusters using strong chelating ability and rigid ligands, that fills the gaps in the icosahedral superatomic metal clusters. After further doping Ag13template with different degrees of Au atoms, we gained insight into the evolution of their optical properties. Theoretical calculations show that the kernel metal doping can modulate the transition of the excited-state electronic structure, and the electron transfer process changes from local excitation（LE） to charge transfer（CT） to LE. This study not only enriches the families of artificial superatoms, but also contributes to the understanding of the electronic states of superatomic clusters.

Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)(YIG)crystals are highly desirable for the fabrication of mid-infrared isolators with the rapid growth of optical communications,although it is rather challenging to grow large size and high-quality single ***^(3+)doping is expected to improve the optical and magneto-optical prope ***,high quality Dy:YIG crystals and the adjustment of Dy^(3+)on the structure and optical behavior of YIG crystal remain unclear,impeding its practical ***,a series of Y_(3-x)Dy_(x)Fe_(5)O_(12)(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,3)solid solution crystals was grown by the flux-Bridgman method and single crystals up to 25 mm were *** the introduction of Dy^(3+),lattice parameters are gradually enlarged from 1.2379 nm(YIG)to 1.2420 nm(DyIG).Typical Dy^(3+)absorption peaks are observed around 1070,1265 and 1670 *** refractive index decreases from 2.37(500 nm)to 2.10(2500 nm)for YIG crystal,and it reduces from 2.47(500 nm)to 2.16(2500 nm)for DyIG *** optical bandgaps remain almost unchanged for Dy:YIG *** optical dispersion of the refractive indices was finely fitted by the Wemple and DiDomenico(WDD)and the Sellmeier models,*** the increase of Dy^(3+)content,the saturation magnetization(Ms)decreases significantly from 23.62 emu/g(YIG)to 5.33 emu/g(DyIG).Small coercive field is persisted for this system,endowing small external magnetic *** results provide valuable references for the manipulation of rare earths on the properties of magnetooptical crystals,which is beneficial to the design of high-performance garnet crystals for the application of optical switching and non-reciprocal related devices.

The nature of solid-liquid interfaces is of great significance in *** advances have been made in lubrication based on hydration ***,a detailed molecular-level understanding is still ***,we investigated water molecule behaviors at the TiO2-aqueous interfaces by the sum-frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy(SFG-VS)and atomic force microscope(AFM)to elucidate the fundamental role of solid-liquid interfaces in *** contributions of water structures and hydration effects were revealed,where water structures played the dominant role in lubrication for TiO2 surfaces of varying hydrophilicity,while hydration effects dominated with the increasing of ion *** lubrication is observed on the initial TiO2 surfaces with strongly H-bonded water molecules compared to the hydrophilic TiO2 surfaces with more disordered *** stable ordered water arrangement with strong hydrogen bonds and the shear plane occurring between the ordered water layer and subsequent water layer may play a significant role in achieving lower *** adsorbed hydrated molecules with the increasing ionic concentration perturb ordered water but lead to the enhancement of hydration effects,which is the main reason for the improved lubrication for both *** work provides more insights into the detailed molecular-level understanding of the mechanism of hydration lubrication.

Prediction of surface settlement caused by synchronous grouting during shield tunneling in coarse-grained soils:A combined FEM and machine learning approach

This paper presents a surrogate modeling approach for predicting ground surface settlement caused by synchronous grouting during shield tunneling *** proposed method combines finite element simulations with machine learning algorithms and introduces an intelligent optimization algorithm to invert geological parameters and synchronous grouting variables,thereby predicting ground surface settlement without conducting numerous finite element *** surrogate models based on the random forest algorithm are *** first is a parameter inversion surrogate model that combines an artificial fish swarm algorithm with random forest,taking into account the actual number and distribution of complex soil *** second model predicts surface settlement during synchronous grouting by employing actual cover-diameter ratio,inverted soil parameters,and grouting *** avoid changes to input parameters caused by the number of overlying soil layers,the dataset of this model is generated by the finite element model of the homogeneous soil *** surrogate modeling approach is validated by the case history of a large-diameter shield tunnel in Beijing,providing an alternative to numerical computation that can efficiently predict surface settlement with acceptable accuracy.
