Concise assembly of spirooxindoles is of great significance but a challenging task in modern organic *** herein is an unusual base-promoted[4+2]spiroannulation of rarely used isatin-derivedβ-silylcarbinols with o-halogen aromatic ketones,which enables rapid and modular synthesis of six-membered carbocyclic spirooxindoles in high yields with excellent functional group tolerance(>50 examples).Mechanistic experiments revealed that this reaction involved a Peterson olefination,Michael addition and intramolecular C(sp^(3))arylation *** variegated synthetic derivatization of target products and successful construction of bioactive molecules further illustrate the synthetic potential in spirooxindole-related drug discovery.

A novel BINOL-based fluorescence probe(S)-6 featuring a sodium sulfonate fragment at the 2'-position was designed and synthesized via simple synthetic procedures under mild reaction *** watersoluble probe(S)-6 displays excellent enantioselective recognition toward 15 common amino acids,and it can be used for enantiomeric excess determination of amino *** fluorescence intensity of(S)-6 treated with amino acids reaches the maximum after standing for only 30 min at room temperature and remains stable in the following 5.5 h,which has great potential in the application of chiral fluorescence analysis due to its timeliness and outstanding fluorescent stability.

A novel and readily available binaphthyl-based fluorescent probe(S)-1 was designed and synthesized.(S)-1 can be used to not only chemoselectively discriminate 3 basic amino acids out of common amino acids,but also enantioselectively recognize ***,enantioselective imaging of histidine in cells was achieved for the first time by the probe(S)-*** performances endowed it potential application in the chiral analysis of basic amino acids in asymmetric synthesis and cell imaging for diagnosis of diseases caused by racemization of *** magnetic resonance(NMR)and mass spectrometry investigations suggested that different reaction extent of(S)-1 with L/D-histidine and different product structures generated the observed enantioselective fluorescent *** molecular structures and thermodynamic stability of the complexes,formed from(S)-1+Zn2+and enantiomers of histidine,were calculated by Gaussian 16 based on density functional theory(DFT)to validate the above action mechanism.

High-efficiency production organization should be simple and "laminar". A one to one "laminar flow" operation mechanism is supposed to be accepted as a prerequisite to build high-efficiency clean steel "production platform". Concerning the fact that establishing a one to one "laminar flow" production pattern is impossible at Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., "quasi-laminar flow" production pattern was evaluated. Result shows that rolling bar products of various specifications have great impact on the liquid steel supply model between BOF and CC. Considering the process matching issue of steelmaking-continuous casting-rolling process in bar production line, a "quasi-laminar flow" production pattern between BOF and CC was proposed according to different rolling specification in bar mills. Through analysis and research on current production pattern, combined with principles and strategy for BOF workshop control, and taking the plant layout into account, "quasi-laminar flow" production pattern was finally established. Moreover, Gantt chart of "quasi-laminar flow" production pattern was drawn. It is shown that the relative "order degree" of the "quasi-laminar flow" production pattern rises, which is conductive to production scheduling and ladle operation turnaround in comparison with "turbulence" production pattern. While a careful evaluation should be conducted due to the fluctuant temperature drop caused by the inevitable inserted heats and decreased operation rate of inserted BOF before adapting the production pattern.

＜正＞With the aim to explore the effect of chemical modifications at C-5 position of quinolone core,a series of 5-substitued（F,OH,OCH3） quinolone-3-carboxylic acids was prepared and compared to the 5-hydrogen counterparts for antiviral activity against HIV-1ⅢB in C8166 cell *** biological results showed that the effect of fluoro,hydroxyl,and methoxyl group at C-5 position was greatly influenced by the choice of N-l substituent.

A modified bottleneck-based （MB） heuristic for large-scale job-shop scheduling problems with a welldefined bottleneck is suggested, which is simpler but more tailored than the shifting bottleneck （SB） procedure. In this algorithm, the bottleneck is first scheduled optimally while the non-bottleneck machines are subordinated around the solutions of the bottleneck schedule by some effective dispatching rules. Computational results indicate that the MB heuristic can achieve a better tradeoff between solution quality and computational time compared to SB procedure for medium-size problems. Furthermore, it can obtain a good solution in a short time for large-scale jobshop scheduling problems.

Selective laser melting(SLM)is an emerging additive manufacturing technology for fabricating aluminum alloys and aluminum matrix ***,it remains unclear how to improve the properties of laser manufactured aluminum alloy by adding ceramic reinforcing *** the effect of trace addition of TiB2 ceramic(1%weight fraction)on microstructural and mechanical properties of SLM-produced AlSi10Mg composite parts was *** densification level increased with increasing laser power and decreasing scan speed.A near fully dense composite part(99.37%)with smooth surface morphology and elevated inter-layer bonding was successfully obtained.A decrease of lattice plane distance was identified by X-ray diffraction with the laser scan speed decreased,which implied that the crystal lattices were distorted due to the dissolution of Si and TiB2 particles.A homogeneous composite microstructure with the distribution of surface-smoothened TiB2 particles was present,and a small amount of Si particles precipitated at the interface between reinforcing particles and *** contrast to the AlSi10Mg alloy,the composites showed a stabilized microhardness distribution.A higher ultimate tensile strength of 380.0 MPa,yield strength of 250.4 MPa and elongation of 3.43%were obtained even with a trace amount of ceramic *** improvement of tensile properties can be attributed to multiple mechanisms including solid solution strengthening,load-bearing strengthening and dispersion *** research provides a theoretical basis for ceramic reinforced aluminum matrix composites by additive manufacturing.

Reconfigurable manufacturing systems （RMSs）, which possess the advantages of both dedicated serial lines and flexible manufacturing systems, were introduced in the mid-1990s to address the challenges initiated by globalization. The principal goal of an RMS is to enhance the responsiveness of manufacturing systems to unforeseen changes in product demand. RMSs are cost- effective because they boost productivity, and increase the lifetime of the manufacturing system. Because of the many streams in which a product may be produced on an RMS, maintaining product precision in an RMS is a challenge. But the experience with RMS in the last 20 years indicates that product quality can be definitely maintained by inserting in-line inspection stations. In this paper, we formulate the design and operational principles for RMSs, and provide a state-of-the-art review of the design and operations methodologies of RMSs according to these principles. Finally, we propose future research directions, and deliberate on how recent intelligent manufacturing technologies may advance the design and operations of RMSs.
