Investigating the characteristics and transformation of water-soluble carbonaceous matter in the cryosphere regions is important for understanding biogeochemical process in the earth ***-soluble carbonaceous matter is a heterogeneous mixture of organic compounds that is soluble in aquatic *** its importance,we still lack systematic understanding for dissolved organic carbon(DOC)in several aspects including exact chemical composition and physical interactions with microorganisms,glacier *** review presents the chemical composition and physical properties of glacier DOC deposited through anthropogenic emission,terrestrial,and biogenic *** present the molecular composition of DOC and its effect over snow albedo and associated radiative *** indicate that DOC in snow/ice is made up of aromatic protein-like species,fulvic acid-like materials,and humic acid-like ***-absorbing impurities in surface snow and glacier ice cause considerable albedo reduction and the associated radiative forcing is definitely ***-soluble carbonaceous matter dominated the carbon transport in the high-altitude glacial *** to prevailing global warming and projected increase in carbon emission,the glacial DOC is expected to release,which will have strong underlying impacts on cryosphere *** results of this work have profound implications for better understanding the carbon cycle in high altitude cryosphere regions.A new compilation of globally distributed work is required,including large-scale measurements of glacial DOC over high-altitude cryosphere regions,to overcome and address the scientific challenges to constrain climate impacts of light-absorbing impurities related processes in Earth system and climate models.

Application of CFD and FEA Coupling to Predict Structural Dynamic Responses of A Trimaran in Uni-and Bi-Directional Waves

To predict the wave loads of a flexible trimaran in different wave fields,a one-way interaction numerical simulation method is proposed by integrating the fluid solver(Star-CCM+)and structural solver(Abaqus).Differing from the existing coupled CFD-FEA method for monohull ships in head waves,the presented method equates the mass and stiffness of the whole ship to the hull shell so that any transverse and longitudinal section stress of the hull in oblique waves can be ***,verification study and sensitivity analysis are carried out by comparing the trimaran motions using different mesh sizes and time step *** on the wave elevation of uni-and bi-directional waves is also carried *** a comprehensive analysis on the structural responses of the trimaran in different uni-directional regular wave and bi-directional cross sea conditions is carried out,***,the differences in structural response characteristics of trimaran in different wave fields are *** results show that the present method can reduce the computational burden of the two-way fluid-structure interaction simulations.

BACKGROUND Telitacicept reduces B cell activation and abnormal immunoglobulin A(IgA)antibody production by inhibiting the activity of B lymphocyte stimulator(BLyS)and a proliferation-inducing ligand(APRIL),thereby decreasing IgA deposition in the glomeruli and local inflammatory *** ultimately protects the kidneys from *** mechanism suggests that Telitacicept has potential efficacy in the treatment of IgA *** SUMMARY We present the case of a 24-year-old female who was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy due to significant proteinuria and mild renal ***,she exhibited focal proliferative *** with angiotensin II receptor blocker,hormones,and mycophenolate mofetil did not lead to a significant improvement in her ***,upon the addition of telitacicept,the patient’s renal function recovered and her proteinuria rapidly *** were swiftly tapered and discontinued,with no occurrence of severe infections or related *** Telitacicept combined with hormones and mycophenolate mofetil may be a safe and effective induction therapy for IgA nephropathy.

Cross-linked Electrospun Gel Polymer Electrolytes for Lithium-Ion Batteries

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)benefit from an effective electrolyte system design in both terms of their safety and energy storage ***,a series of precursor membranes with high porosity were produced using electrospinning technology by mixing PVDF and triblock copolymer(PS-PEO-PS),resulting in a porous structure with good interconnections,which facilitates the absorbency of a large amount of electrolyte and further increases the ionic conductivity of gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs).It has been demonstrated that post-cross-linking of the precursor membranes increa ses the rigidity of the nanofibers,which allows the polymer film to be dimensionally sta ble up to 260℃while maintaining superior electrochemical *** obtained cross-linked GPEs(CGPEs)showed high ionic conductivity up to 4.53×10^(-3)S·cm^(-1).With the CGPE-25,the assembled Li/LiFeP04 half cells exhibited good rate capability and maintained a capacity of 99.4%and a coulombic efficiency of99.3%at 0.1 *** results suggest that the combination of electrospinning technique and post-cross-linking is an effective method to construct polymer electrolytes with high thermal stability and steadily decent electrochemical performance,particularly useful for Lithium-ion battery applications that require high-temperature usage.

High-performance ultrathin Ag electrodes by chemical bond anchoring Ag atoms for stretchable organic light-emitting devices

The progress of stretchable organic light-emitting devices(OLEDs)has brought about new possibilities for highly functional wearable ***,the efficiency and durability of stretchable OLEDs have been limited by the performance of stretchable transparent ***,we proposed an interface engineering strategy that involves anchoring the growth of silver(Ag)atoms with amine-enriched biomaterials for high-quality stretchable transparent *** strong interactions between the Ag atom and the amine group enable the uniform Ag electrodes at an ultralow thickness of 7 nm,and provide remarkable mechanical flexibility and strain endurance to the Ag *** distinct effects of different amino acids were investigated,and a deep understanding of their unique contributions to the film formation process was *** resulting ultrathin Ag electrodes exhibit outstanding optoelectrical properties(transmittance of~98% and sheet resistance of~8.7Ω/sq)and excellent stretchability during 500 stretching cycles at 100%*** green phosphorescent OLEDs based on the Ag electrodes have been demonstrated with a current efficiency of up to~70.4 cd/***,the devices show excellent stretching stability,retaining~89% of the original luminance and~78% of the original current efficiency after 200 stretching cycles at 100%*** work opens up new possibilities for stretchable transparent electrodes,fostering advancements in wearable displays and other innovative flexible devices.

本文提出了一种基于生成对抗网络的全球海表面温度(sea surface temperature,SST)偏差订正及降尺度整合模型.该模型的生成器使用偏差订正模块将数值模式预测结果进行校正,再用可复用的共享降尺度模块将订正后的数据分辨率逐次提高.该模型的判别器可鉴别偏差订正及降尺度结果的质量,以此为标准进行对抗训练。同时,在对抗损失函数中含有物理引导的动力学惩罚项以提高模型的性能.本研究基于分辨率为1°的GFDL SPEAR模式的SST预测结果,选择遥感系统(Remote Sensing System)的观测资料作为真值,面向月尺度ENSO与IOD事件以及天尺度海洋热浪事件开展了验证试验:模型在将分辨率提高到0.0625°×0.0625°的同时将预测误差减少约90.3%,突破了观测数据分辨率的限制,且与观测结果的结构相似性高达96.46%.

Objective: To identify the core targets of Rheum palmatum L. and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,(Dahuang-Danshen, DH-DS) and the mechanism underlying its therapeutic efficacy in acute pancreatitis(AP)using a network pharmacology approach and validate the findings in animal experiments. Methods: Network pharmacology analysis was used to elucidate the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of DH-DS in AP. The reliability of the results was verified by molecular docking simulation and molecular dynamics ***, the results of network pharmacology enrichment analysis were verified by immunohistochemistry,Western blot analysis and real-time quantitative PCR, respectively. Results: Sixty-seven common targets of DH-DS in AP were identified and mitogen-activated protein kinase 3(MAPK3), Janus kinase 2(JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3), protein c-Fos(FOS) were identified as core targets in the protein interaction(PPI) network analysis. Gene ontology analysis showed that cellular response to organic substance was the main functions of DH-DS in AP, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis showed that the main pathway included Th17 cell differentiation. Molecular docking simulation confirmed that DH-DS binds with strong affinity to MAPK3, STAT3 and FOS. Molecular dynamics simulation revealed that FOS-isotanshinone Ⅱ and STAT3-dan-shexinkum d had good binding capacity. Animal experiments indicated that compared with the AP model group, DH-DS treatment effectively alleviated AP by inhibiting the expression of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α, and blocking the activation of Th17 cell differentiation(P<0.01). Conclusion: DH-DS could inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors and protect pancreatic tissues,which would be functioned by regulating Th17 cell differentiation-related m RNA and protein expressions.

Efficient epoxidation of propylene over non-noble nickel-based catalyst promoted by alkali metals

The application of non-noble metal catalysts in the catalytic direct gas-phase epoxidation of propylene with H2and O2to produce propylene oxide is valuable and challenging. The introduction of alkali metal promoters is one of the effective methods to improve the catalytic activity of catalysts. Herein, a series of alkali metal（Li, Na, K, Rb, and Cs）-promoted Ni/TS-1 catalysts were prepared to deeply understand the effect of alkali metals on the structure-activity relationship for gas-phase epoxidation of propylene. Among them, the Na-Ni/TS-1 catalyst exhibits the highest catalytic activity(propylene conversion of 7.35% and PO formation rate of 157.9 g h-1kgcat-1) and the best stability（long-term stability exceeding 140 h at 200 °C）. X-ray absorption and photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the electronic structure of Ni can be tuned by the addition of alkali metal ***3-TPD-MS, CO2-TPD-MS, and C3H6-TPD-MS results indicate that the acidity of the catalyst can also be adjusted by the introduction of alkali metal, whereas the Na-Ni/TS-1 catalyst exhibits the strongest C3H6adsorption capacity. Thus, the suitable acid-base properties, unique electronic properties of Ni species, and the strongest propylene adsorption capacity resulted in improved propylene gas-phase epoxidation activity of Na-Ni/TS-1 catalyst. This study not only provides a new strategy for the practical application of nickel-based catalysts in the gas-phase epoxidation of propylene but also provides insights into the promoting effect of alkali metals.
