本文认真分析海外测井评价技术所遭遇的挑战,认为把海外测井技术的研究目标,锁定在与储量有关的一切环节,是避免海外招投标项目遭受不利因素干扰的重要手段.对于海外测井评价技术的发展方向,提出优先发展以储量参数计算和测井地质学为核心的技术观点.文中进一步阐述了利用测井技术研究海外油气课题的功能与应用,包括测井技术对海外招投标资料的检验、测井地质学研究及建立油气储量参数的分析方法和检验方法.

中药鼠牙半支提取物的体外抗氧化活性研究

目的探讨鼠牙半支粗提物的体外抗氧化活性。方法通过NADH-PMS-NBT法、2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)法等,对中药材鼠牙半支乙醇粗提物的体外抗氧化活性进行评估,同时测定其粗提物中总多糖、总多酚含量。结果鼠牙半支经75%乙醇提取后所得到的粗提物中,总多糖含量为15.33%,总多酚含量为0.81%;在对超氧根自由基(IC_(50)=1.21mg/mL)、ABTS自由基及羟基自由基的研究中表现出很好的清除能力,同时,在总抗氧化能力方面也表现出较好的活性。结论中药鼠牙半支粗提物在自由基清除方面均表现出良好的清除能力,体现出较好的体外抗氧化活性,这可能对今后鼠牙半支作为抗氧化剂的研究有一定指导意义。

研究了高维周期性变系数动力系统在转子稳定性分析中的应用,针对转子在有限元离散后产生的周期性高维动力系统,提出了一种新的稳定性分析方法.利用Floquet-Lyapunov理论,通过求解Floquet乘子矩阵对数的方法,将周期性高维动力系统转换成等效的常系数动力系统.通过求解该等效系统的Lyapunov方程,判定原系统的稳定性.该方法避开了求解Floquet乘子矩阵全部特征值或最大特征值的难点,可用于分析实际工程中多转盘高速转子的稳定性.

We concentrate on the skin effects and topological properties in the multilayer non-Hermitian Su−Schrieffer−Heeger (SSH) structure, by taking into account the nonreciprocal couplings between the different sublattices in the unit cells. Following the detailed demonstration of the theoretical method, we find that in this system, the skin effects and topological phase transitions induced by nonreciprocal couplings display the apparent parity effect, following the increase of the layer number of this SSH structure. On the one hand, the skin effect is determined by the parity of the layer number of this SSH system, as well as the parity of the band index of the bulk states. On the other hand, for the topological edge modes, such an interesting parity effect can also be observed clearly. Next, when the parameter disorders are taken into account, the zero-energy edge modes in the odd-layer structures tend to be more robust, whereas the other edge modes are easy to be destroyed. In view of these results, it can be ascertained that the findings in this work promote to understand the influences of nonreciprocal couplings on the skin effects and topological properties in the multilayer SSH lattices.

To achieve stability optimization in low-frequency vibration control for precision instruments,this paper presents a quasi-zero stiffness(QZS)vibration isolator with adjustable nonlinear ***,the stress-magnetism coupling model is established through meticulous theoretical *** controllable QZS interval is constructed via parameter design and magnetic control,effectively segregating the high static stiffness bearing section from the QZS vibration isolation ***,a displacement control scheme utilizing a magnetic force is proposed to regulate entry into the QZS working range for the vibration isolation *** results demonstrate that the operation within this QZS region reduces the peak-to-peak acceleration signal by approximately 66.7%compared with the operation outside this region,thereby significantly improving the low frequency performance of the QZS vibration isolator.

Winter Hardiness Physiological Response with Dehydration in Winter Wheat

Freezing stress presents a severe threat for winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)during *** plays a significant role in plant *** this study,dehydration-related traits were investigated between highly and tender freezing-tolerant winter wheat cultivars during the overwintering *** by a decrease in temperature,the water content in crowns of highly freezing-tolerant winter wheat was significantly lower compared to that of tender freezing-tolerant winter wheat(control).The ratio of free and bound water content had slight changes in highly freezing-tolerant winter wheat,though there were wide fluctuations in the *** transcript levels of dehydration-related genes were more expressed in the highly freezing-tolerant winter wheat than those in the control under freezing *** plant growth also showed significant differences between the two winter wheat *** on these results,the study proposed that the highly freezing-tolerant winter wheat produces higher expression of dehydrins under freezing stress,causing additional dehydration in the tissue to avoid cell death caused by the formation of ice ***,winter hardy cultivar also reduced the percentage of free water content that inhibited plant growth,and regulated the water composition for plant survival under freezing stress.
