Bioactive natural polymethoxyflavones 1―6 and their vinyl ether derivatives 7―15 were synthesized by bromination,aromatic nucleophilic substitution,methylation,benzyl protection,Friedel-Crafts acetylation,aldol condensation,cyclization,DDQ dehydrogenation,regioselective demethylation,debenzylation and O-prenylation or O-farnesylation with resorcinol and appropriate substituted benzaldehydes as starting *** them,compounds 7―15 are new *** products 2―4 were firstly total *** syntheses of compounds 1,5 and 6 were efficiently improved by the new synthetic *** structures of all synthetic compounds were confirmed by NMR,IR spectra and MS.

目的探究在功能性鼻内镜手术的基础上,对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎并鼻中隔偏曲患者加用鼻中隔个性化减张矫正术治疗的临床疗效及美学效果。方法 156例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎并鼻中隔偏曲患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。两组患者均行功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者配合鼻中隔常规减张矫正术,观察组患者配合鼻中隔个性化减张矫正术。比较两组患者治疗效果、围术期指标以及美学效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.72%,高于对照组的88.46%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间(28.54±2.43)min、住院时间(4.98±0.45)d、鼻腔通气恢复时间(3.21±0.25)d、鼻黏膜恢复时间(5.67±0.29)d短于对照组的(35.94±3.02)min、(6.92±0.65)d、(5.82±0.31)d、(7.71±0.34)d,术中出血量(37.29±2.12)ml少于对照组的(46.03±3.87)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组鼻外形偏曲程度(2.05±0.25)mm小于对照组的(2.99±0.33)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在功能性鼻内镜手术的基础上,对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎并鼻中隔偏曲患者加用鼻中隔个性化减张矫正术治疗效果显著,围术期指标更佳,术后具有更高的美学效果,临床应用价值显著。

为研制脉冲宽度、重复频率以及输出功率可调谐至单光子级别的可见光波段高重频纳秒级窄脉冲光源,提出了一种基于增益调制型DFB激光器和PPLN晶体的绿色倍频光源设计方案。通过自制的纳秒级高速驱动电路以脉冲方式驱动DFB激光器产生固定波长的泵浦源;利用光纤半导体衰减器调节衰减量,调制泵浦光强度;采用PPLN晶体作为非线性晶体材料,通过其可调谐特性得到准相位匹配的绿色倍频激光输出。实验结果表明,DFB激光器输出的泵浦光功率和中心波长稳定,脉冲宽度1.02 ns~10.25 ns、工作频率1 Hz~10 MHz连续独立可调,泵浦光功率衰减至-44.61 dB时工作于532.96 nm波段的绿色倍频光输出脉冲平均光子数约为384 N,倍频光-光转换效率9.3%。

Although the analysis of the microcosmic mechanism for low-resistivity oil zones has received much attention in China, the intrinsic relationship between low-resistivity oil zones and geological background is still under-developed. Based on the geology and logging analysis, we redefine low-resistivity oil zones. According to their genesis, low-resis- tivity oil zones can be distinguished as five different classes: low-resistivity oil zones formed by tectonic settings, by depositional settings, by diagenetic settings, by invaded settings and those which are formed by the compounding geneses respectively. We make the following observations from this study on the definition and classification of low-resistivity oil zones: 1) A low-resistivity oil reservoir has macroscopic and microscopic unity. 2) The genesis of low-resistivity oil zones varies with the type of petroliferous basin. 3) Some low-resistivity oil zones can be forecasted based on the geological study results. 4) The results in this paper suggest that well logging information is generated from two cause mechanisms, the geophysical factors and the geological setting. Future studies on the geological background cause mechanism and the theory of well logging information will enrich the theory of logging geology and improve the ability to forecast oil zones.

Fluid and effective fracture identification in reservoirs is a crucial part of reservoir *** frequency-dependent AVO inversion algorithms have proven to be effective for identifying fluid through its dispersion ***,the conventional frequency-dependent AVO inversion algorithms based on Smith&Gidlow and Aki&Richards approximations do not consider the acquisition azimuth of seismic data and neglect the effect of seismic anisotropic dispersion in the actual *** aligned fractures in the subsurface medium induce *** seismic anisotropy should be considered while accounting for the seismic dispersion properties through fluid-saturated fractured *** in such reservoirs is frequency-related due to wave-induced fluid-flow(WIFF)between interconnected fractures and *** can be used to identify fluid and effective fractures(fluid-saturated)by using azimuthal seismic data via anisotropic dispersion *** this paper,based on Rüger’s equation,we derived an analytical expression in the frequency domain for the frequencydependent AVOAz inversion in terms of fracture orientation,dispersion gradient of isotropic background rock,anisotropic dispersion gradient,and the dispersion at a normal incident *** frequency-dependent AVOAz equation utilizes azimuthal seismic data and considers the effect of both isotropic and anisotropic *** Gabor Transform(RGT)is used to achieve highresolution frequency division *** then propose the frequency-dependent AVOAz inversion method to identify fluid and characterize effective fractures in fractured porous *** application to high-qualified seismic data of dolomite and carbonate reservoirs,the results show that the method is useful for identifying fluid and effective fractures in fluid-saturated fractured rocks.

为实现跨区域患者的裂隙灯诊断,提高诊断的实时性和便利性,基于物联网技术设计了远程裂隙灯诊断平台。首先分析了远程裂隙灯的可行性,其次提出了医师/服务器/设备(doctor/server/facility,D/S/F)的物联网平台架构,设计了远程裂隙灯,最后测试了远程裂隙灯诊断平台的性能。该平台解决了分布式裂隙灯的通信问题,实现了多眼科专家对多区域裂隙灯的分别数控。测试结果表明,该平台远程控制延时低于20 ms,支持多位专家分别诊断多位患者。

Numerical simulation of hemodynamic interactions of red blood cells in micro- capillary flow

The hemodynamic interactions of red blood cells （RBCs） in a microcapillary flow are investigated in this paper. This kind of interaction is considered as the non-contact mutual interaction of cells, which is important in the suspension flow of blood, but not sufficiently understood. The distributed Lagrange multiplier/fictitious domain method in the lattice Boltzmann framework is used to solve the suspension of the RBCs. The modification of the flow due to the cells, the dependence of the cell deformation on the flow and the cell-cell interaction via the fluid are discussed. It is revealed that the long-range hydrodynamic interaction with a long interacting distance, more than about 5 times of the RBC equivalent radius, mainly has effect on the rheology properties of the suspension, such as the mean velocity, and the short-range interaction is sensitive to the shape of the cell in the microcapillary flow. The flow velocity around the cell plays a key role in the cell deformation. In the current configuration of the flow and cells, the cells repel each other along the capillary.

A new cobalt complex with flavonoid carboxylate ligand was synthesized and characterized. X-ray diffraction data revealed that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system, space group P2_1/c with a = 7.936(3), b = 21.475(7), c = 20.010(7) ?, β = 102.856(14)o, V = 3325(2) ?~3, Z = 4, C_(34)H_(32)CoO_(15), M_r = 739.53, D_c = 1.477 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1532, μ = 0.591 mm^(-1), R = 0.1123 and w R = 0.1419. In the crystal structure, the Co(Ⅱ) shows 6 coordination geometry, and the flavonoid ligand coordinated with the Co(Ⅱ) ion in a monodentate mode. Hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π stacking interactions lead to the three-dimensional stacking of crystal and increase its stability. Moreover, the thermal stability and luminescent properties of the complex are also investigated. The fluorescence of the complex shows a great reduction of the intensity than that of the ligand.
