Over the past decade,electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)has gained substantial attention.However,hardly any of the previous reviews have focused on the systematic discussion of polymer-molecular catalyst composites as an emerging system for the electrochemical transformation of CO_(2)to value-added products.In this review,we first give a brief overview of the general features of solid-state and molecular catalysts,and then advance the discussion to polymer-catalyst composite systems,with particular emphasis on polymer-encapsulated molecular catalysts,where the coordination environment surrounding molecular catalysts can be modified via polymer encapsulation to promote the overall performance of CO_(2)electrocatalysis.The elucidation of the possible reaction mechanisms of this emerging electrocat-alytic system along with proposed optimization strategies is also summarized and discussed based on recently published reports,followed by the challenges and prospects of their industrial applications at the end of this review.From this review,we hope the audience can gain a comprehensive understanding of the electrocatalytic mechanism of the coordinating polymers and valuable insights into engineering the microenvironment surrounding the metal complexes for potential future research directions.

Chemotherapy-induced complications,particularly lethal cardiovascular diseases,pose significant challenges for cancer survivors.The intertwined adverse effects,brought by cancer and its complication,further complicate anticancer therapy and lead to diminished clinical outcomes.Simple supplementation of cardioprotective agents falls short in addressing these challenges.Developing bifunctional co-therapy agents provided another potential solution to consolidate the chemotherapy and reduce cardiac events simultaneously.Drug repurposing was naturally endowed with co-therapeutic potential of two indications,implying a unique chance in the development of bi-functional agents.Herein,we further proposed a novel“trilogy of drug repurposing”strategy that comprises function-based,targetfocused,and scaffold-driven repurposing approaches,aiming to systematically elucidate the advantages of repurposed drugs in rationally developing bi-functional agent.Through function-based repurposing,a cardioprotective agent,carvedilol(CAR),was identified as a potential neddylation inhibitor to suppress lung cancer growth.Employing target-focused SAR studies and scaffold-driven drug design,we synthesized 44 CAR derivatives to achieve a balance between anticancer and cardioprotection.Remarkably,optimal derivative 43 displayed promising bi-functional effects,especially in various self-established heart failure mice models with and without tumor-bearing.Collectively,the present study validated the practicability of the“trilogy of drug repurposing”strategy in the development of bi-functional cotherapy agents.

Numerical simulations are conducted to improve the energy acquisition efﬁciency of H-type vertical axis wind turbines through the optimization of the related blade airfoil aerodynamic performance.The Bézier curve is initi-ally used toﬁt the curve proﬁle of a NACA2412 airfoil,and the moving asymptote algorithm is then exploited to optimize the design of the considered H-type vertical-axis wind-turbine blade airfoil for a certain attack angle.The results show that the maximum lift coefﬁcient of the optimized airfoil is 8.33%higher than that of the original airfoil.The maximum lift-to-drag ratio of the optimized airfoil exceeds the maximum lift-to-drag ratio of the ori-ginal airfoil by 11.22%.Moreover,the power coefﬁcient is increased by 12.19%and the torque coefﬁcient of the wind turbine is signiﬁcantly improved.

The effect of the withdrawal rate on the microstructure and creep behavior of a directionally solidified nickelbased superalloy DZ125L is investigated in this study. A directionally solidified nickel-based superalloy is directionally solidified using the high rate directional solidification(HRS) process at various withdrawal rates.The results show that the closely packed dendrite arms and well distributed γ’phase can significantly enhance the creep rupture life of the alloys, while the carbides and γ/γ’eutectics affect the strength failure and fracture of materials. A series creep tests are performed on the nickel-based directionally solidified superalloy after different withdrawal rates. With an increasing withdrawal rate, the creep life of the alloy first increases and then decreases.The K–R creep damage model is established, which can reflect the quantitative relation between the withdrawal rate and creep life. The model simulation results are in good agreement with the tests.

针对螺纹松动过程影响因子多且具有典型非线性特征,预紧力衰减难以准确预测的问题,提出了一种基于贝叶斯优化神经网络的螺栓防松性能预测方法。首先建立了螺纹松动的动力学模型,并采用响应曲面法定量分析了各因子对残余预紧力的影响,确定了初始预紧力和振幅为影响松脱最敏感的两个因子;进一步采用贝叶斯优化算法,建立基于神经网络的螺栓残余预紧力预测模型,实现螺栓残余预紧力的精准预测,并对该模型进行了验证。结果表明:相对于三层神经网络、高斯过程回归以及支持向量机模型等,基于贝叶斯优化的神经网络预测模型的均方误差最小,且R2系数最接近1,通过试验验证,螺栓残余预紧力预测值与实际测试值误差在7%之内,验证了模型的有效性及可靠性,为螺栓可靠性防松设计奠定基础。

针对目前具有(r,t)局部性的局部修复码码率较低且构造过程中计算复杂度过高的问题,提出基于正交拉丁方的二元局部修复码构造方法.根据正交拉丁方元素与矩阵位置的对应关系构造关联矩阵,得到具有全符号局部性的局部修复码(AS-LRCs),该码的码率和码长渐近边界条件,且最小距离较大.利用关联矩阵级联单位矩阵构造信息位具有(r,t=2)局部性的单校验局部修复码,该码的最小距离和码率均满足最优边界条件,为最优局部修复码.考虑到实际分布式存储系统中存在高故障率节点,利用正交拉丁方完备组构造具有信息位局部性的高可用性单校验局部修复码(IS-LRCs),可以灵活选择可用性t,提高了系统的鲁棒性与灵活性.

The influence of the end wall of a chute on the rotation of internal characteristic particles is mainly on the z-axis.A measurement device based on inertial measurement technology does not require the assistance of external information;hence,it is especially suitable for measuring the angular and translational velocities of internal characteristic particles.To study the influence of the end wall of the chute on the motions of the internal characteristic particles,the z-axis rotational and translational velocities of the internal characteristic particles in the chute were measured,and it was found that the rotational velocity about the z-axis differs according to the initial position.The z-axis angular velocity of a characteristic particle at the centre fluctuates near 0,and the average value approaches 0.The z-axis angular velocity of a characteristic particle at the left end wall is typically negative.This phenomenon is due to the influence of the end wall on the rotational motions of particles with initial positions that are near the end wall.In addition,the average translational velocity of the characteristic particles is also affected by the end wall.The distributions of the average z-axis angular velocity and the average translational velocity are quantitatively analysed,and the correlation between the tilt angle of the chute and the end wall effect is studied.

Effects of elastic support on the dynamic behaviors of the wind turbine drive train

The reliability and service life of wind turbines are influenced by the complex loading applied on the hub, especially amidst a poor external wind environment. A three-point elastic support, which includes the main bearing and two torque arms, was considered in this study. Based on the flexibilities of the planet carrier and the housing, a coupled dynamic model was developed for a wind turbine drive train. Then, the dynamic behaviors of the drive train for different elastic support parameters were computed and analyzed. Frequency response functions were used to examine how different elastic support parameters influence the dynamic behaviors of the drive train. Results showed that the elastic support parameters considerably influenced the dynamic behaviors of the wind turbine drive train. A large support stiffness of the torque arms decreased the dynamic response of the planet carrier and the main bearing, whereas a large support stiffness of the main bearing decreased the dynamic response of planet carrier while increasing that of the main bearing. The findings of this study provide the foundation for optimizing the elastic support stiffness of the wind turbine drive train.

塑料污染源头治理问题是新版“限塑令”在政策落实的过程中面临的关键问题。基于社会共治理念,考虑政府、社会公众、塑料生产企业对塑料污染源头治理的影响,建立基于政府监管、企业转型生产、公众参与监督的演化博弈模型,探讨了不同情境下各参与方在塑料污染源头治理问题的演化均衡策略,并借助数值仿真分析各主体在塑料污染源头共同治理过程中的决策行为。研究结果表明,在新版“限塑令”实施后,受政府监管及社会公众监督的影响,不论从短期效果或长期效果来看,均会促使企业选择转型生产策略,有助于从源头切断塑料污染;较大的政府监管力度可有效约束企业违规生产行为,而当政府消极监管时,公众的监督举报可对企业生产行为进行有效约束;若政府提高对公众参与监督的经济激励,有助于提升公众参与塑料污染源头问题的社会共治水平。

针对深圳侨城东路宝鹏大型地下互通式立交涉及的300 m^(2)级5车道超大断面隧道,开展施工技术方案及结构受力研究.首先,提出一套“分硐室开挖+衬砌加强支护”的超大断面隧道九硐室开挖施工技术.然后,结合隧道几何尺寸及支护方案,建立Midas三维有限元数值计算模型探究5车道超大断面隧道开挖施工动态力学响应特性.最后,提取隧道各分部结构应力云图,统计特征测点应力及位移监测曲线.研究结果表明:施工期间需采用超前小导管+管棚注浆措施对围岩进行预加固;现场需通过双侧壁导坑+双临时横撑构成九硐室开挖工法,并采用双层初期支护+加强加厚二次衬砌支护方案;现场开挖施工后结构应力与位移呈现快速增加趋势,而后隧掌子面不断前移各统计曲线逐步趋于平稳;围岩压力峰值可达2.01 MPa,拱顶位置超前小导管内力值最大为10 kN,两侧拱腰位置管棚内力最高为20 kN,拱腰及拱脚位置钢拱架内力最大为113 kN,拱肩位置锁脚锚杆内力在第66开挖施工步达到18 kN;初支结构测点应力峰值为2.4 MPa;初支拱顶、拱肩部位沉降峰值分别为12.4、6.8 mm;管棚、锁脚锚杆等结构联合支护效果明显.
