他莫昔芬是一种内分泌治疗药物,被批准用于预防和治疗雌激素受体阳性的乳腺癌患者。他莫昔芬的重要次级代谢产物endoxifen,因其比他莫昔芬更强的雌激素受体亲和力,以及更强的抑制雌激素依赖性细胞增殖作用,引起研究人员的重视。Endoxifen的特性,如口服利用度高、不良反应发生率低以及对雌激素受体阳性且内分泌治疗耐药的乳腺癌患者具有抗肿瘤活性,使其成为治疗乳腺癌患者的潜在药物。本文就他莫昔芬转化为endoxifen的代谢过程、药理作用与临床研究进行概述,讨论endoxifen的应用前景。

目的观察替吉奥胶囊(S-1)单药用于老年胃癌患者术后辅助化疗的疗效及不良反应。方法 52例D2根治术后老年胃癌患者随机分为:治疗组(n=26)应用S-1单药辅助化疗(S-1 40～60mg口服,每天2次,d1～d28,6周为1周期),对照组(n=26)给予FOLFOX 4方案辅助化疗(奥沙利铂85mg/m2静滴,d1;亚叶酸钙200mg/m2静滴2h,d1～d2;氟尿嘧啶400mg/m2静滴,d1～d2;后续氟尿嘧啶600mg/m2持续静脉泵入22h,d1～d2,14天为1周期)。观察两组患者的1年、2年生存率及无复发生存率和不良反应情况。结果两组患者均完成6个月的辅助化疗,治疗组与对照组的1年生存率分别为69.23%和61.54%(P>0.05),1年无复发生存率分别为53.85%和57.69%(P>0.05);治疗组与对照组的2年生存率分别为34.62%和38.46%(P>0.05),2年无复发生存率分别为30.77%和23.08%(P>0.05)。治疗组的恶心呕吐、腹泻等消化道反应及周围神经毒性的发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论老年胃癌患者D2根治术后接受S-1单药辅助化疗的疗效不亚于FOLFOX 4方案联合化疗,毒副反应低,患者依从性好。

Introduction Notifiable infectious disease surveillance is important for understanding the trends in morbidity for certain diseases,especially detection of acute infectious disease outbreaks and changing epidemiology.A web-based reporting system was deployed in January 2004,which has improved data collection and speed *** report provides an updated analysis for reports published in 2013 and *** Data from the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System(NNDRS)was *** NNRDS shows data from 39 notifiable diseases split into three categories(A,B,and C)based on severity and importance.A descriptive analysis was conducted to analyze the morbidity of notifiable diseases in *** In 2018,the morbidity of national notifiable diseases was 559.41 per 100,000 population,an increase of 12.88% compared with the average of 2015–*** proportion of laboratory confirmed cases was 36.22%,which decreased 4.03% compared with the average of that in the recent three *** transmitted by direct contact/fecal–oral transmission accounted for the largest proportion,49.37% of the total reported cases,followed by the respiratory transmitted diseases,blood-borne/sexually transmitted diseases,and the zoonotic and vectorborne diseases with a proportion of 25.18%,24.60%,and 0.85%,*** descriptive analysis showed that the viral-infected cases accounted for 73.78% of the totals,followed by the bacterialinfected and parasitic *** The national morbidity of notifiable infectious diseases showed increases in 2018,mostly due to higher morbidity of category C diseases,such as HFMD,infectious diarrhea,and influenza,and these diseases need to be further prioritized in disease control and prevention *** confirmed cases remain low and need to be improved to improve data quality.

Understanding the spatial and temporal distribution of different paleontological communities in the southern South China Sea(SCS)is fundamental to explore its paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental *** this study,foraminifera,pollen and diatoms from 100 surface sediment samples covering 40000 km^(2) of sea floor in the southern SCS were comprehensively investigated in terms of their assemblage and *** results showed the existence of abundant foraminifera and pollen in most of the samples,although diatom communities were relatively *** were dominated by ***,***,***,while diatoms were characterized by ***,*** and ***,indicating a typical tropical marine *** pollen assemblages showed a better reflection of montane rainforest,tropical rainforest and *** spatial differences among foraminifera assemblages may indicate the effect of water depth and a warmer environment in the southeast part of the study area,while the spatial patterns of diatom and pollen assemblages imply the influence of coastal *** study also noted that the compositions of paleontological communities in the SCS can vary significantly in a short distance,and synthesized studies on multiple biological groups are needed to reconstruct the Quaternary climate and the oceanographic environment.

Correlation of Gluten Molecular Conformation with Dough Viscoelastic Properties during Storage

Significant correlations exist for the total sample between the dough viscoelastic properties and quality, but little information about these links is available. This study investigates the relationship between the gluten molecular conformation and the dough viscoelastic properties of the Zhengmai 379 wheat variety with different relative humidity(RH) values during *** results showed that protein extractability, free sulfhydryl(SH) groups, and wet gluten contents decreased to a certain degree during storage, while the glutenin quantity significantly varied. Significant negative correlation coefficients were found between the dough viscosity at 50% RH and the β-turn contents at 40% RH(-0.918) or 60% RH(-0.949)(P < 0.01), the dough viscosity at50% RH and the β-turn contents at 50% RH(-0.912)(P < 0.05), and the dough viscosity at 50% RH and the α-helix/β-sheet ratio at 40% RH(-0.875), 50% RH(-0.869), or 60% RH(-0.843)(P < 0.05). Significant correlation coefficients were further observed between the dough viscosity at 50% RH and the β-sheet contents at 60% RH(0.927)(P < 0.01) and between the dough viscosity at50% RH and the β-sheet contents at 40% RH(0.910) or 50% RH(0.908)(P < 0.05). A decrease in the free SH groups of gluten and an increase in the low-molecular weight contents suggested that gliadin was incorporated via SS crosslinking to the glutenin-like protein, which did not dissolve in ethanol.
