National navies equip their submarines with Autonomous Underwater Vehicle(AUV)*** has become an important component of submarine development in technologically-advanced *** advanced and reliable recovery systems directly improves the safety and operational efficiency of submarines equipped with *** this paper,based on aerial refueling technology,a cone-shaped recovery system with two different guiding covers(closed structure and frame structure)is applied to the *** taking the Suboff model as the research object,STAR-CCM was used to study the influence of the installation position of the recovery system,and the length of the rigid rod,on the Suboff *** was found that when the recovery system is installed in the middle and rear of the Suboff model at the same velocity and the same length of the rigid rod,the Suboff model has the good stability and less *** experiences the largest drag when being installed in the front of the rigid ***,when the recovery system is installed in the front and middle of the rigid rod,the drag increases as its length increases,and the lift decreases as its length *** with the closed structure guiding cover,the Suboff model will have less drag and better stability when the recovery system uses the frame structure guiding ***,the deflection and vibration of the rigid rod were also analyzed via mathematical theory.

OER catalyst of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C(NiFeSC series)mixed crystal composite nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning and atmospheric heat treatment *** testing results indicate that the diameters of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite nanofibers is about 200 nm,the grains size is about 1-3 nm,and the fiber surface is *** electrochemical test results show that the heterojunction of the prepared Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C hybrid crystal composite nanofiber has synergistic effect with sulfide,and exhibits good electrocatalytic activity of water decomposition and OER in alkaline *** OER electrocatalytic performance of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite electrode prepared via a heat treatment at 1000℃process was tested in 1 mol/L KOH *** results show that the overpotential is about 298 mV,the Tafel slope is about 74 mV?dec-1,and the surface resistance is about 1.69Ω·cm^(2),at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2).

Nickel Sulfide Modified NiCu Nanoalloy with Excellent Oxygen Evolution Reaction Properties Prepared through Electrospinning and Heat Treatment

Ni^(2+)/Cu^(2+)/SO_(4)^(2-)/polyvinyl alcohol precursor fibers with uniform diameters were prepared through ***-based composite nanoalloys containing Ni,Cu,and S were prepared through heat treatment in an Ar *** experimental results show that the main components of the prepared nanoalloys are NiCu,Ni_(3)S_(2),Ni,and *** nanoalloys exhibit fine grain sizes about 200-500 nm,which can increase with increasing heat treatment *** test results show that the nickel sulfidemodified NiCu nanoalloy composites exhibit excellent oxygen evolution reaction properties,and the oxygen evolution reaction properties gradually improve with the increasing heat treatment *** sample prepared at 1 000℃ for 40 min show a low overpotential of 423 mV and a small Tafel slope of 134 mV·dec^(-1) at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2).

Derivation of androgenetic embryonic stem cells from m-carboxycinnamic acid bishydroxamide (CBHA) treated androgenetic embryos

The androgenetic embyronic stem (aES) cells are useful models in studying the effects of imprinted genes on pluripotency maintaining and embryo development. The expression patterns of imprinted genes are significantly different between uniparental derived aES cells and zygote-derived embryonic stem (ES) cells, therefore, the imprinting related cell pluripotency needs further exploitation. Several approaches have been applied in generation of androgenetic embryos and derivation of aES cell lines. Here, we describe a method to generate androgenetic embryos by injecting two mature sperms into one enucleated oocyte. Then these androgenetic embryos were treated with a histone deacetylase inhibitor: m-carboxycinnamic acid bishydroxamide (CBHA). Further, aES cell lines were successfully derived from these treated androgenetic embryos at blastocyst stage. The CBHA could improve not only the quality of androgenetic embryos, but also the efficiencies of aES (CaES) cells derivation and chimeric mice generation. The imprinted gene expression pattern in the CBHA treated embryo-derived aES (CaES) cells was also highly similar to that of zygote-derived ES cells.

Nonaqueous Li-O2 batteries attract attention for their theoretical specific energy ***,due to the difficulty of decomposition of Li2 O2,Li-O2 batteries have high charge overpotential and poor cycling *** all kinds of catalysts have been studied on the *** to heterogeneous solid catalysts,soluble catalysts achieve faster and more effective transport of electrons by reversible redox ***,we first report ruthenocene(Ruc) as a mobile redox mediator in a Li-O2 battery.0.01 mol/L Ruc in the electrolyte effectively reduces the charging voltage by 610 ***,Ruc greatly increases the cycling life by four-fold(up to 83 cycles) with a simple ketjen black(KB) *** results of SEM,XPS and XRD confirm that less discharge product residue accumulated after *** verify the reaction mechanisms of the mediato r,free energy profiles of the possible reaction pathways based on DFT are provided.

In this paper,the problem of finite-time chaos synchronization for centrifugal flywheel governor with lumped perturbation and control input nonlinearity is ***,a terminal sliding surface is introduced and its finite-time convergence to the equilibrium point is ***,a fuzzy logic system is employed to approximate the lumped perturbation including model uncertainty and external disturbance,therefore,it relax the requirement of the exact ***,based on the adaptive laws and finite-time control idea,a robust adaptive terminal sliding mode controller is proposed to enforce the occurrence of the sliding motion in a given finite time and it also ensure the synchronization tracking-error on the terminal sliding surface to converge to a small neighborhood of equilibrium point in *** is mathematically proved that the introduced sliding mode technique has finite-time convergence and stability in both reaching and sliding mode ***,simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

As a universal pathogen leading to neonatal defects and transplant failure,human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)has strict species specificity and this has prevented the development of a suitable animal model for the pathogenesis *** mechanism of cross-species barrier remains elusive and there are so far no non-human cell culture models that support HCMV *** Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)is a small laboratory animal and evolutionary closely related with *** investigated the susceptibility of primary tree shrew dermis fibroblasts(TSDF)to HCMV *** with a GFP-expressing HCMV virus resulted in green fluorescence in infected cells with the expression of IE1,UL44 and *** titers of cell-free viruses reached 10^3 PFU/mL at 96 hpi,compared to titers of 10^4 PFU/mL observed in primary human foreskin *** results suggested that TSDF was semi-permissive for HCMV *** TSDF model could be further used to investigate key factors influencing cross-species multiplication of HCMV.

A novel adaptive second order sliding mode control（ASOSMC） scheme with finite-time strategy is proposed for the control of a nonlinear thrust active magnetic bearing（TAMB） system with system uncertainty and disturbance.A Proportional + Integral + Derivative（PID） sliding surface is utilized for the sliding *** employ finite-time strategy to obtain the properties of fast response and high *** obtain a better disturbance rejection property,a adaptive control law is introduced to compensate the system uncertainty and external *** proposed ASOSMC algorithms ensure that the occurrence of the sliding motion in finite-time and the trajectory of tracking-error converge to the small neighborhood of equilibrium ***,numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
