Cu-bearing stainless steel is widely used in the fields of food,medical and household sanitary equipment because of its surface finish and corrosion resistance.However,the growth of bacteria on stainless steel leads to the formation of biofilms,which causes corrosion.Therefore,the antibacterial property of stainless steel is a worthy research topic.Reviews of breakthroughs in the field of corrosion resistance and antimicrobial properties are still lacking.Herein,due to the scarcity of publications on the antibacterial mechanisms and processing methods of antibacterial Cu-bearing stainless steel,we review the current state of relevant research and progress.The toxicity of Cu,corrosion resistance mechanism of stainless steel,and antibacterial mechanism and preparation method of antibacterial stainless steel are reported.In addition,alloying,surface modification and other methods are found to have limitations in balancing the toxicity and antibacterial properties of copper and the relationship between the antibacterial properties and corrosion resistance of Cu-bearing stainless steel.A new preparation method of antibacterial stainless steel associated with selective laser melting(SLM)is proposed.SLM is becoming a powerful additive manufacturing technology that can be used to manufacture customized and complex metals.The research status of SLM applied in antibacterial stainless steel preparation is described.Finally,the future research direction of Cu-bearing antibacterial stainless steel is discussed.

In this paper,we consider a full-duplex(FD)millimeter wave(mmWave)multiuser integrated access and backhaul(IAB)system with massive MIMO,and the system asymptotic performance and interference cancellation schemes are investigated.First,the asymptotic performance of the IAB system with massive MIMO is analyzed.As the number of macro base station(MBS)and small base station(SBS)antennas approaches infinity,the FD selfinterference(SI),inter-tier interference and noise can be eliminated,which means that only multiuser interference remains in the system.Then,multiuser interference can be suppressed by the base band(BB)precoders.Since all interference and noise are suppressed,the spectral efficiency of the SBS and users are infinite in theory.Then,two interference suppression precoding schemes are proposed.A block diagonalization(BD)-based interference cancellation scheme is designed based on the channel characteristics and null space projection.The FD SI,intertier interference and multiuser interference are eliminated by BB precoders.Instead of eliminating interference completely,a signal to leakage and noise ratio(SLNR)-based precoding scheme is derived to suppress both interference and noise.By utilizing the Rayleigh-Ritz theorem,the SLNRs of the SBS and users are optimized.Simulation results show that all the interference can be effectively eliminated by the BD-based scheme at the cost of spectral efficiency performance loss,while the SLNR-based scheme can balance interference and noise and achieve higher spectral efficiency with comparatively low interference level.Therefore,the BD-based scheme is more suitable for interference elimination cases,and the SLNRbased scheme can improve the system performance in low interference scenarios.

This study utilizes large-scale shell model calculations with the extended pairing and multipole–multipole force model(EPQQM)to investigate low-lying states in the nuclei of^(42)Ca,^(42)Sc,and^(42−44)Ti.The model space in this study includes the fp shell as well as the intruder g_(9/2)orbit,which accurately reproduces the positive parity levels observed in the aforementioned nuclei and predicts high energy states with negative parity coupled with the intruder g_(9/2).The study further predicts two different configurations in^(43)Ti at around 6 MeV,specificallyπf_(7/2)^(2)νg_(9/2)andπf_(7/2)g_(9/2)νf_(7/2),both of which involve the intruder orbit g_(9/2).The levels coupled with the intruder g_(9/2)in^(44)Ti are predicted to lie between 7 and 11 MeV.The inclusion of the intruder orbit g_(9/2)is crucial for the exploration of high energy states in the northeast region of the doubly magic nucleus^(40)Ca.

High-frequency sinusoidal voltage excitation is proposed as a feasible method to solve the difficulty of partial discharge detection at the epoxy interface.In order to study the development process of partial discharge under high-frequency stress,a two-dimensional plasma simulation model of partial discharge for a needle-plate electrode structure is established by coupling particle transport equation,Poisson equation and plasma chemical reaction.The model adopts a reaction set to reduce the difficulty of modelling generation,transport and disappearance of charged particles.It realises dynamic simu-lation of the partial discharge at the epoxy interface.The spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of microscopic parameters such as electron density,electron temperature and surface charge are obtained.Based on this simulation model,the partial discharge characteristics of the epoxy interface at different frequencies are further studied in this work.The results show that with the increase of applied voltage frequency,the electron temperature shows an increasing trend,but its increasing rate gradually slows down;while surface charge accumulation decreases uniformly with the increase of applied voltage frequency.These two factors make the partial discharge severest under the frequency of 10 kHz.The results of the model are verified from two aspects of discharge form and discharge intensity by experimental means.

For the first time the preparation of the N-doped TiO2-coated NaY zeolite membrane（N-doped TiO2/NaY zeolite membrane） as an electrode material for photoelectrocatalysis has been achieved and reported.The XRD, SEM, UV–vis and XPS techniques were used to characterize the structure of the N-doped TiO2/NaY zeolite membrane. The results verified that the surface of the N-doped TiO2/NaY zeolite membrane was coated by TiO2 nanoparticles of ca. 20 nm size and exhibited a distinct red-shift in the UV–vis spectra compared to N-doped TiO2. The photoelectrocatalysis performance of the N-doped TiO2/NaY zeolite membrane electrode was evaluated by phenol degradation. The results revealed it is a promising novel electrode material for application of photoelectrocatalysis in the removal of organic contaminants in waste water.

Summary What is already known about this topic?Echinococcosis is a serious zoonotic parasitic disease that predominantly infects humans;domestic animals like cattle or sheep;as well as wild animals such as small rodents.To date,there is a lack of comprehensive information about all potential environmental transmission routes for Echinococcus.What is added by this report?This study assesses the importance of under-researched environmental factors for the transmission of Echinococcus.It concludes that hand hygiene is an important factor in the robust environmental transmission of Echinococcus granulosus.What are the implications for public health practice?This study suggests that residents are at risk of catching echinococcosis through hand-oral transmission routes.Health education given to local residents is thus a key intervention,as well as avoiding close contact with dogs and ensuring proper hand-washing practices are followed.

Despite extensive characterization of sex differences in the medial preoptic area(mPOA)of the hypothalamus,we know surprisingly little about whether or how male and female mPOA neurons differ electrophysiologically,especially in terms of neuronal firing and behavioral pattern generation.In this study,by performing whole-cell patch clamp recordings of the mPOA,we investigated the influences of sex,cell type,and gonadal hormones on the electrophysiological properties of mPOA neurons.Notably,we uncovered significant sex differences in input resistance(male>female)and in the percentage of neurons that displayed post-inhibitory rebound(male>female).Furthermore,we found that the current mediated by the T-type Ca^(2+)channel(IT),which is known to underlie post-inhibitory rebound,was indeed larger in male mPOA neurons.Thus,we have identified salient electrophysiological properties of mPOA neurons,namely IT and post-inhibitory rebound,that are male-biased and likely contribute to the sexually dimorphic display of behaviors.

Quail egg ovomucoid can inhibit activation of basophils and eosinophils,while hen egg ovomucoid has been shown to be a major allergen,named Gal d 1.At present,the differences in structure and function between two ovomucoid are unclear.We found the homology of ovomucoid in quail eggs and hen eggs reached77%.Compared with hen egg ovomucoid,the distribution of secondary structure was different in AA52-53,AA57-58,AA66-68,AA71-72,AA131-133,AA139-140,AA157-159 and AA184-185.Among 9 epitopes of egg ovomucoid,there were different amino acids from quail egg ovomucoid in 8 epitopes.Recombination quail egg ovomucoid had trypsin inhibition activity and quail egg ovomucoid didn't specifically bind to serum of eggs allergic patients.Quail egg ovomucoid can significantly inhibit RBL-2 H3 cells degranulation and protect cells morphology to a certain extent,indicating quail egg ovomucoid can inhibit cells activation and have potential anti-allergic effects,which is related to trypsin inhibitory activity.The difference in sensitization compare to hen egg ovomucoid may be due to amino acids differences affecting protein structure by changing antigenic epitopes.
