The first Mars exploration mission of China(Tianwen-1)is scheduled to be launched in 2020;a charged particle telescope,the Mars Energetic Particle Analyzer(MEPA),is carried as one of the payloads on the *** MEPA is designed to measure solar energetic particles(SEPs)and galactic cosmic rays(GCRs)in the near-Mars space and in the transfer orbit from Earth to *** the launch,the MEPA was calibrated in ground experiments with radioactive sources,electronic pulses,and accelerator *** calibration parameters,such as energy conversion constants,threshold values for the triggers,and particle identification criteria,were determined and have been stored for onboard *** validity of the calibration parameters has been verified with radioactive sources and *** calibration results indicate that the MEPA can measure charged particles reliably,as designed,and that it can satisfy the requirements of the Tianwen-1 mission.

The progress of researches going on in the Group of Rare Isotope Beam Physics(RIB),Experimental Physics Research Center,in 2016 is in the following three *** in-orbit calibration and data analysis works for the plastic scintillator detector(PSD)of the Dark Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE).The DAMPE satellite has been launched and got into its desired orbit successfully in Dec.17,2015,and we focused on the calibration and data analysis works for the whole *** than 1 billion high energy events have already been detected by DAMPE and we also get some preliminary *** analysis results show that the PSD works very stable in the whole year,and the performance,such as efficiency and charge resolution shown in Fig.1,are even better then we obtained on earth.

Background In China,the prevalence of chronic kidney disease has increased *** studies shows that the spectrum of kidney disease had changed in recent *** retrospectively analyzed the pathological types of renal biopsy and its spectrum change at the General Hospital of the Chinese People＇s Liberation Army from December 1987 to December 2012,in order to offer new supporting evidences for further specifying the distribution of renal pathological types in *** According to the ＂Revised Protocol for the Histological Typing of Glomerulopathy＂（WHO,1995）,pathological diagnosis of renal biopsy was classified,detection rate of each pathological type was summarized （i.e.,percentage of total renal biopsy cases）,study period was divided at an interval of 5 years,and age-stratified distribution change of main pathological types was *** The proportion of pathological types in 11 618 cases of renal biopsy was as follows：primary glomerulonephritis （PGN,70.7％）,secondary glomerulonephritis （SGN,20.7％）,tubular-interstitial nephropathy （4.0％）,hereditary/rare nephropathy （0.3％）,end-stage renal disease （0.9％）,and unclassified renal disease （3.3％）.Among PGN,there was IgA nephropathy （IgAN,37.0％）,membranous nephropathy （MN,11.8％）,mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis （MsPGN,8.9％）,minimal change disease （MCD,6.6％）,and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis （3.9％）.Among SGN there was lupus nephritis （LN,5.5％）,Henoch-Sch（o）nlein purpura glomerulonephritis （5.3％）,hepatitis B virus-associated nephritis （HBVAN,3.03％）,diabetic nephropathy （2.2％）,and hypertension/malignant hypertension-associated renal damage （1.9％）.Pathological data were analyzed from 1987-1992 to 2008-2012 （after age adjustment）.Detection rate of IgAN tended to rise （P ＜0.001）.Detection rates of MN and MCD rose significantly （P ＜0.001）,but detection rate of MsPGN dropped significantly （P ＜0.001）.Among SGN,detection rate of HBVAN tended to drop （P ＜0.001）.Conclusion In China,PGN was the

Silicon photomultipliers(SiPMs)have obtained a growing attention as an alternative to the traditional photomultiplier tubes in application on the fast detection of scintillation light thanks to their compactness,low cost,low operating voltage,high gain,high photon detection efficiency,excellent resolution for single photon detection,and insensitivity to magnetic fields[1].In considering larger detector sizes,however,the main drawback of the SiPM readout is their small active *** with an active area in the range between 1 and 36 mm2 are now widely ***,the small size of SiPMs can be compensated by using several SiPMs connected in parallel or in series,which is equivalent to a single large SiPM from the circuit *** this report the effect of different connections on the shapes of output signals will be discussed.

The External Target Facility of CSRm[1??3],a magnetic spectrometer with a large angular and momentum acceptance,is a basic and critical device of the CSR experimental *** device provides large opportunities for nuclear spectroscopic studies using high energy radioactive ion beams[4].A schematic view of the ETF is shown in *** obtain an overall performance of the newly commissioned ETF,an 40Ar beam with an energy of 320 MeV/u has been used to test the detectors on *** primary beam 40Ar was accelerated to 320 MeV/u by the synchrotron CSRm and then extracted and delivered to the entrance of ETF.A 5 mm thick carbon reaction target was mounted at the entrance of ETF.

The progress of research going on in Group of Rare Isotope Beam Physics(RIB),Experimental Physics Research Center,in 2017 is in the following three *** in-orbit calibration and data analysis works for the plastic scintillator detector(PSD)of the DArk Matter Particle Explorer(DAMPE).The DAMPE satellite has worked more than 2 years in the desired orbit till *** we continued the calibration and data analysis works for the whole *** the year,the calibration methods for the PSD were improved and even better performance were obtained,both in charge resolution and efficiency,which leads to a less contamination for the Z=1 charged particles and better e/*** important results have already been obtained and published by the DAMPE collaboration group,such as the more accurate high energy electron spectrum up to 4.6 TeV,which comes from the obtained data of 530 days in orbit(Fig.1).
