针对实际流程工业过程存在动态时变和概念漂移特性,导致软测量模型预测精度下降的问题,提出基于低秩重构表示的动态迁移回归模型.为了更好地描述动态过程,在动态内模型偏最小二乘框架下,将高维过程数据映射到低维潜变量空间中,以捕获质量变量与潜变量之间的动态相关性.为了减小概念漂移,在获得动态相关性的同时,通过增强不同工况质量变量估计值之间的相关性实现数据的条件分布对齐.在3个公开工业数据集上的实验结果表明:所提出模型的预测精度与静态基模型和动态基模型相比均有所提升,可以有效地提高模型的预测精度和泛化能力.

Reduced magma generation and its implications for the Pulang giant porphyry Cu-polymetallic deposit in Northwest Yunnan,China

The Pulang giant porphyry Cu-Mo polymetallic deposit is located in the Zhongdian area in the center of the Sanjiang Tethys tectonic domain,which was formed by the westward subduction of the Garze-Litang oceanic slab beneath the Zhongza ***-pyrrhotite-pyritemolybdenite occurs as disseminations,veins,veinlets,and stockworks distributed in the K-silicate alteration zone in the monzonite porphyry,which is superimposed by *** chemical compositions of biotite and amphibole analyzed by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA)indicate that the ore-forming magma and exsolved fluids experienced a continuous decrease in the oxygen fugacity(fO_(2)).Primary amphibolite and biotite(type i)crystallized at relatively high temperatures(744-827°C)and low fO_(2)(log fO_(2)=−12.26 to−11.91)during the magmatic *** fluids exsolved from the magma have a relatively lower temperature(621-711°C)and fO_(2)(log fO_(2)=−14.36 to−13.32)than the original *** addition,the presence of a high abundance of pyrrhotite and an insufficiency of primary magnetite and sulfate in the ore(i.e.,anhydrite and gypsum)indicate that the deposit may be a reduced porphyry *** and fluid fO_(2)results,combined with previous research on magmatic fO_(2)at the Pulang deposit,indicate that the magma associated with the reduced Pulang ore assemblages was initially generated as a highly oxidized magma that was subsequently reduced by sedimentary rocks of the Tumugou Formation.

目的探讨生长激素受体(GHR)阳性神经元在新生小鼠大脑中的分布及功能。方法选取6只GHR-CreERT;mTOMATO/mGFP荧光报告基因小鼠,均在出生后第3天使用他莫昔芬诱导,在第10天和第17天分别取材3只,观察不同发育阶段大脑中GHR阳性神经细胞的分布。构建GHR floxed小鼠,通过与神经元特异性Thy1-CreERT;YFP小鼠杂交,诱导性敲除神经元中GHR。对照小鼠(GHR fl/fl 4只)和条件敲除小鼠(Thy1;GHR fl/fl 4只),在出生后第3天诱导,于第10天取材,用于观察神经元GHR信号对大脑发育的影响。结果GHR荧光报告基因小鼠显示GHR阳性细胞在新生小鼠大脑中广泛表达,GHR阳性神经元集中在下丘脑室旁核(PVN);特异性敲除新生小鼠大脑神经元中的GHR,神经元以及各类胶质细胞的单位面积数量未见明显差异。结论GHR阳性神经元主要集中在下丘脑PVN,敲除发育大脑神经元的GHR不能明显改变各种神经元和神经胶质等细胞的形态和密度。

Understanding the nonlinear relationship between hydrological response and key factors and the cause behind this relationship is vital for water resource management and earth system *** this study,we undertook several steps to explore the ***,we partitioned runoff response change(RRC)into multiple components associated with climate and catchment properties,and examined the spatial patterns and smoothness indicated by the Moran's index of RRC across the contiguous United States(CONUS).Subsequently,we employed a machine learning model to predict RRC using catchment attribute predictors encompassing climate,topography,hydrology,soil,land use/cover,and ***,we identified the primary factors influencing RRC and quantified how these key factors control RRC by employing the accumulated local effect,which allows for the representation of not only dominant but also secondary ***,we explored the relationship between ecoregion patterns,climate gradients,and the distribution of RRC across *** findings indicate that:(1)RRC demonstrating significant connections between catchments tends to be well predicted by catchment attributes in space;(2)climate,hydrology,and topography emerge as the top three key attributes nonlinearly influencing the RRC patterns,with their second-order effects determining the heterogeneous patterns of RRC;and(3)local Moran's i signifies a collaborative relationship between the patterns of RRC and their spatial smoothness,climate space,and ecoregions.

Straw return can effectively improve farmland soil microenvironment and ***,excessive straw in the topsoil adversely affects seed germination and crop *** present,the characteristics and key driving factors of straw decomposition in dry farmlands are *** on the interactions between tillage practices including zero tillage(ZT),chisel tillage(CT),and plow tillage(PT)and nitrogen(N)fertilization,i.e.,low N(N1,180 kg ha^(-1)),normal N(N2,240 kg ha^(-1)),and high N(N3,300 kg ha^(-1)),quantitative polymerase chain reaction technology and an enzymatic detection kit were used to investigate the effects of key straw C-degrading enzyme activities and microbial abundance in soil on maize straw decomposition during the growth period of winter wheat in the winter wheat/summer maize double cropping system in a dry farmland of the Loess Plateau,*** 2018 and 2020,ZT and CT significantly increased winter wheat yield(by 10.94%and 12.79%,respectively)and straw decomposition velocity(by 20%and 26.67%,respectively),compared with *** to N1 and N3,N2 significantly increased wheat yield(by 4.65%and 5.31%,respectively)and straw decomposition velocity(by 26.33%and 13.21%,respectively).The partial least squares pathway modelling showed significant positive direct effects of soil moisture,NO3-,NH4+,total N,bacteria,and cellulase,laccase,and xylanase activities on straw decomposition,while soil pH,fungi,and Actinomycetes had significant negative direct ***,conservation tillage(ZT and CT)combined with N2 was beneficial for straw decomposition in the drylands of the Loess Plateau and improved straw resource utilization and basic soil *** results of the study clarified the key drivers of straw decomposition in dry farmlands and provided new ideas for developing updated soil management practices and adaptive N application strategies to promote the resource utilization of straw and achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon ne

With abundant potassium resources and high capacity,potassium metal batteries(PMBs)present a compelling option for the next generation of energy storage ***,PMBs suffer from an unstable anode interface caused by uncontrolled dendrite growth,which results in unsatisfactory cyclability and safety *** investigations suggest that significant progress has been made in enhancing the interfacial stability of *** various effective strategies for stabilizing interfaces can ultimately be attributed to the regulation of the sluggish ion transfer kinetics and irregular deposition,i.e.,the arrangement of ion transport behaviors at the *** modulation of ions transport rate and ions deposition directions makes it possible to obtain a dendrite-free and smooth deposition ***,the influencing factors and action mechanism of K^(+)interface transport behaviors are discussed to understand the nature of material design for constructing stable anode interfaces,including regulating the solvation and desolvation structures,accelerating K^(+)transport kinetics and controlling K^(+)deposition *** addition,the deficiencies and prospects of the research on electrolyte,separators and designed electrode involved in the manufacturing and testing and ion transport process of PMBs are *** review is expected to provide some possible directions for constructing dendrite-free interfaces in advanced PMBs-related research and offer significant insights for prospective experimental research and commercial applications.

The anomalous valley Hall effect(AVHE)can be used to explore and utilize valley degrees of freedom in materials,which has potential applications in fields such as information storage,quantum computing and *** exists in two-dimensional(2D)materials possessing valley polarization(VP),and such 2D materials usually belong to the hexagonal honeycomb ***,it is necessary to achieve valleytronic materials with VP that are more readily to be synthesized and applicated *** this topical review,we introduce recent developments on realizing VP as well as AVHE through different methods,i.e.,doping transition metal atoms,building ferrovalley heterostructures and searching for ferrovalley ***,2D ferrovalley systems under external modulation are also discussed.2D valleytronic materials with AVHE demonstrate excellent performance and potential applications,which offer the possibility of realizing novel low-energy-consuming devices,facilitating further development of device technology,realizing miniaturization and enhancing functionality of them.

Dissipative soliton resonance(DSR) was previously studied in separated mode-locked fiber lasers within different dispersion regimes including anomalous, near-zero and normal dispersion. Here we propose a method to study DSR in a single mode-locked laser in these different dispersion regimes. This is achieved by virtue of a waveshaper which can control the laser dispersion readily using software, avoiding the usual tedious cutback method. We find that dispersion has a negligible effect on DSR since the pulse duration keeps constant while dispersion is varied. Moreover, we examine the dynamics of DSR on the parameters of the SA including modulation depth and saturation power, and find that the pulse duration can be changed in a large range when the saturation power is decreased. Our numerical simulations could be important to guide relative experimental studies.
