Evolution of inclusions in vacuum induction melting of superalloys containing 70%return material

The variation law of inclusions type and size in the vacuum induction melting process and ingot of Ni-based superalloy containing 70%return material was studied by industrial test sampling,and the mechanism of inclusions formation was analyzed with thermodynamic *** results show that there are mainly two types of composite inclusions in the vacuum induction melting of Ni-based superalloys,which are nitride-and oxide-based composite inclusions,like Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-Cr_(2)O_(3),TiN-(Mo,Nb)C,*** type and proportion of inclusions from the center to the edge of the vacuum induction ingot did not change *** number density of inclusions from the center to the edge of the ingot varied less,and the size of inclusions became smaller from the center to the *** addition,thermodynamic calculations show that oxides(M_(2)O_(3))are present in the liquid phase and mainly contain Al,Ti,Cr,Fe and O *** nitride consists mainly of Ti and N and contains small amounts of Cr,C,Nb,and Mo *** is consistent with the results of industrial *** the temperature decreases,the precipitation phases such as M_(2)O_(3),MN,γ,MC,δ,γ'andμphases are gradually precipitated,where oxides and nitrides are present in the liquid *** contents of O and N elements are the main influencing factors for the inclusions content and precipitation temperature;when the nitrogen content is reduced to below 0.0015%,it can make MN precipitate below the liquid-phase line.

Organic conjugated polymers have received extensive attention due to their unique electronic ***,there have been relatively few reports on the dark photocatalytic reactions utilizing organic conjugated ***,we report the successful synthesis of an organic conjugated polymer based on poly(heptazine imide)nanocrystals(CNNCs)for H_(2)O_(2)evolution and biomedical applications using a simple salt molten method and sonication-centrifugation *** results show that these colloid CNNCs have the characteristics of photogenerated electrons accumulation and realize dark photocatalysis with high reducibility under visible light ***,these accumulating photogenerated electrons can reduce O_(2)in darkness to produce H_(2)O_(2).in addition,cytotoxicity tests were conducted and it was found that H_(2)O_(2)produced under dark conditions could oxidize L-arginine(L-Arg)to NO,which effectively killed tumors in the *** work provides an important strategy to construct organic conjugated semiconductor nanocrystals and applying them to future energy and biomedical fields.

A vortex-induced vibration(ViV)experiment of rough risers with coupling interference effect under a side-by-side arrangement was carried out in a wave-current combined *** roughness of the riser was characterized by arranging different specifications of surface attachments on the surface of the *** risers with three different roughnesses were arranged side by side with smooth risers to explore the ViV response of the riser under the combined action of roughness and interference effect,and to reveal the coupling mechanism between roughness and interference *** experimental results show that,compared with that of a smooth riser,the ViV of a rough riser under the coupling interference effect has a wider"lock-in"region,and the displacement decreases more significantly at a high reduced velocity,which is more likely to excite higher-order modes and frequency *** addition,the displacement response and frequency response of the smooth riser are not significantly affected by wake interference from the rough riser,which is caused by the decrease of the wake region due to the delay of the boundary layer separation point of the rough riser.

Electroacupuncture Promotes Angiogenesis in Mice with Cerebral ischemia by inhibiting miR-7

Modulation of phase boundary and domain structures to engineer strain properties in BNT-based ferroelectrics

Bismuth sodium titanate(BNT)ceramics exhibit outstanding strain responses but are unfavorable for application in high-sensitivity displacement actuators due to the large negative strain resulting from irreversible changes in their phase transition and domain ***,(1−x)Bi_(0.50)Na_(0.41)K_(0.09)TiO_(3)-xNaNbO_(3)(BNKT−xNN)solid solutions were prepared to improve the strain properties through the strategy of modulating the phase boundary and domain *** introduction of sodium niobate could effectively regulate the relative content of the tetragonal(P4bm)and rhombohedral(R3c)phases in the phase boundary *** ferroelectric-to-relaxor phase transition(TF−R)was reduced,and the ergodic relaxor(ER)state was nurtured at room *** zero-negative strain properties of S=0.41%and d33*=742 pm/V were achieved from the reversible transition between the ER and ferroelectric states under an applied electric field(x=0.04).Additionally,understanding the domain states via piezoelectric force microscopy(PFM)and firstorder reversal curve(FORC)revealed that the superior strain responses originated from the reversible inter-transformation of substable macrodomains and polar nanoregions(PNRs)in the phase *** study provides new insight into the interplay between the evolution of phase boundaries and domain structures and the strain properties of BNT-based ceramics.

Ki-67 Change in Anthracyline-containing Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Response in Breast Cancer

Severe immunosuppression is a hallmark of colorectal cancer(CRC).Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs),one of the most abundant components of the tumor stroma,play an important role in the invasion,metastasis,and immune escape of *** create an immunosuppressive microenvironment by inhibiting the proliferation and activation of immunoreactive cells,including T and natural killer cells,as well as by inducing the proliferation of immunosuppressive cells,such as regulatory T cells and tumor-associated macrophages,which,in turn,promote the growth of cancer ***,MDSCs are key contributors to the emergence of an immunosup-pressive microenvironment in CRC and play an important role in the breakdown of antitumor *** this narrative review,we explore the mechanisms through which MDSCs contribute to the immunosuppressive microenvironment,the current therapeutic approaches and technologies targeting MDSCs,and the therapeutic potential of modulating MDSCs in CRC *** study provides ideas and methods to enhance survival rates in patients with CRC.

Structure Regulation of Electric Double Layer via Hydrogen Bonding Effect to Realize High-Stability Lithium-Metal Batteries

The interfacial chemistry of solid electrolyte interphases （SEi） on lithium （Li）electrode is directly determined by the structural chemistry of the electric double layer （EDL） at the ***,a strategy for regulating the structural chemistry of EDL via the introduction of intermolecular hydrogen bonds has been proposed (p-hydroxybenzoic acid （pHA） is selected as proof'of-concept).According to the molecular dynamics （MD） simulation and density functional theory （DFT） calculation results,the existence of hydrogen bonds realizes the anion structural rearrangement in the EDL,reduces the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital （LUMO） energy level of anions in the EDL,and the number of free solvent molecules,which promotes the formation of inorganic species-enriched SEi and eventually achieves the dendrite-free Li *** on this strategy,Li‖Cu cells can stably run over 185 cycles with an accumulated active Li loss of only 2.27mAhcm-2,and the long-term cycle stability of Li‖Li cells is increased to 1200 *** addition,the full cell pairing with the commercial LiFePO4（LFP） cathodes exhibits stable cycling performance at 1C,with a capacity retention close to90%after 200 cycles.

Src homology-2-containing protein tyrosine phosphatase 2(SHP2)is a promising therapeutic target for cancer *** this work,we presented the structure-guided design of 5,6-fused bicyclic allosteric SHP2 inhibitors,leading to the identification of pyrazolopyrazine-based TK-642 as a highly potent,selective,orally bioavailable allosteric SHP2 inhibitor(SHP2WT iC_(50)=2.7 nmol/L)with favorable pharmacokinetic profiles(F=42.5%;t_(1/2)=2.47 h).Both dual inhibition biochemical assay and docking analysis indicated that TK-642 likely bound to the“tunnel”allosteric site of ***-642 could effectively suppress cell proliferation(KYSE-520 cells iC_(50)=5.73μmol/L)and induce apoptosis in esophageal cancer cells by targeting the SHP2-mediated AKT and ERK signaling ***,oral administration of TK-642 also demonstrated effective anti-tumor effects in the KYSE-520 xenograft mouse model,with a T/C value of 83.69%.Collectively,TK-642 may warrant further investigation as a promising lead compound for the treatment of esophageal cancer.
