Two-dimensional(2D) materials have been demonstrated to exhibit unique properties originating from its 2D nature. In recent years, the construction of 2D materials has become a topic of great interest. This article summarizes the recent advance of 2D supramolecular organic frameworks(SOFs) which are homogeneously constructed in solution phase through self-assembly of rationally designed building blocks. These 2D SOFs are soluble and still maintain stable network structures in solutions, which exhibit uniqueness not only in structures but also in properties. In this concise review, the SOFs-related background is briefly introduced firstly, followed by outlining the research progress of soluble 2D SOFs from the perspective of monomer design, assembly, and structural *** article ends with a personal outlook on the future development of this new class of supramolecular polymers.

Solution-phase self-assembly of two-dimensional(2D)networks with a high degree of internal order and long-range periodicity is a great ***,we report a rational design to improve 2D self-assembly in water through amphiphilic modification of the building *** amphiphilic tritopic molecule(1)is designed and synthesized by introducing three hydrophilic oligo(ethylene glycol)moieties and three hydrophobic hexyl *** assembly of 1 and cucurbit[8]uril(CB[8])leads to the formation of a Janus 2D supramolecular organic framework(SOF),which further creates unique bilayer supramolecular networks and exhibits an unprecedentedly high degree of internal order and long-range *** contrast,the assembly of a nonamphiphilic analog(2)with CB[8]only generates a 2D SOF with a lower degree of internal order,suggesting that the inherent amphiphilicity of 1 plays a crucial role in improving its 2D self-assembly in aqueous phase.

To handle the effects of single event upsets（SEU）,which are common to computers in space radiation environment,a new fault-tolerant system with dual-module redundancy is proposed using dynamic reconfigurable technique of field programmable gate array（FPGA）. This system contains detection and backup alternative functions,that is,the self-detection and self-healing functions can be completed,and consequently a system design with low hardware redundancy and high resource utilization can be achieved successfully. So it can not only detect fault but also repair the fault effectively after failure. Hence,this method is especially practical to the dynamically reconfigurable computers based on FPGAs. Design methodology has been verified by Virtex-4 FPGA on Xilinx Ml403 development platform.

Since the successful introduction of the jet flotation cell in the 80s of the last century,extensive theoretical and experimental work has been continuously conducted for the optimization and renovation of the structural parameters of the trough,aerator-agitator mechanism,the pattern of pulp flow in cell and the pulp feeding mode of this kind of cell. Based on the result of the study and through optimum selection of a pulp circulating pump capable of working with a higher efficiency and longer service life in collaboration with the specialized pump producer,the 3rd-generation FJC series jet flotation cell (FJC cell for short) was successfully developed. Now,7 sizes of the FJC cells are available,with a unit volume per cell ranging from 4m3 to 20m3 (See Table 1). These cells are now in operation at 130-odd coal preparation plants.

＜正＞The paraventricular nuclues of the hypothalamus（PVN） is a central site for the integration of the neuroendocrine system and the autonomic nervous *** PVN appears to be an important regulatory region of the hypothalamus that plays a critical role in the regulation of cardiovascular ***,the neurochemical mechanisms in the PVN that are responsible for the regulation of cardiaovascular responses have not been fully ***,in the present study,we use microdialysis,microinjection and high-performance liquid chromatography technique to investigate the possible involvement of several amino acids of the PVN on cardiovascular responses in freely moving conscious rats. The results will contribute to clarify the central mechanism of the cardiaovascular regulation.

This study presents a novel method to fabricate metal-decorated,sulfur-doped layered double hydroxides （M/SLDH） through spontaneous redox and sulfurization *** developed Ag/SLDH and Pt/SLDH catalysts with abundant heterogeneous interfaces and hierarchical nanostructures demonstrated outstanding oxygen evolution reaction （OER） and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） performance,achieving low overpotentials of 212 and 35 mV at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M KOH,*** both anode and cathode in water splitting,they required only 1.47 V to reach 10 mA cm-2and exhibited high structural robustness,maintaining stability at 1000 mA cm-2for 300 ***-situ Raman analysis revealed that the synergistic effects of metal nanoparticles and S doping significantly promote the transformation into the S-Co1-xFexOOH layer,which serves as the active phase for water ***,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy （UPS） and density functional theory （DFT） analyses indicated that incorporating metal nanoparticles and S doping increase electron density near the Fermi level and reduce reaction energy barriers,thus enhancing intrinsic OER and HER *** study provides a scalable strategy for synthesizing high-performance electrocatalysts for water splitting,with promising potential for broader applications.

The dominant annual cycle of sea surface temperature(SST)in the tropical Pacific exhibits an antisymmetric mode,which explains 83.4%total variance,and serves as a background of El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO).However,there is no consensus yet on its anomalous impacts on the phase and amplitude of *** on data during 1982-2022,results show that anomalies of the antisymmetric mode can affect the evolution of ENSO on the interannual scale via Bjerknes feedback,in which the positive(negative)phase of the antisymmetric mode can strengthen El Niño(La Niña)in boreal winter via an earlier(delayed)seasonal cycle transition and larger(smaller)annual *** magnitude of the SST anomalies in the equatorial eastern Pacific can reach more than±0.3◦C,regulated by the changes in the antisymmetric mode based on random sensitivity *** reveal the spatial pattern of the annual cycle associated with the seasonal phase-locking of ENSO evolution and provide new insight into the impact of the annual cycle of background SST on ENSO,which possibly carries important implications for forecasting ENSO.

Hydrogen sulfide reduces oxidative stress in Huntington's disease via Nrf2

The pathophysiology of Huntington's disease involves high levels of the neurotoxin quinolinic acid. Quinolinic acid accumulation results in oxidative stress, which leads to neurotoxicity. However, the molecular and cellular mechanisms by which quinolinic acid contributes to Huntington's disease pathology remain unknown. In this study, we established in vitro and in vivo models of Huntington's disease by administering quinolinic acid to the PC12 neuronal cell line and the striatum of mice, respectively. We observed a decrease in the levels of hydrogen sulfide in both PC12 cells and mouse serum, which was accompanied by down-regulation of cystathionine β-synthase, an enzyme responsible for hydrogen sulfide production. However, treatment with NaHS(a hydrogen sulfide donor) increased hydrogen sulfide levels in the neurons and in mouse serum, as well as cystathionine β-synthase expression in the neurons and the mouse striatum, while also improving oxidative imbalance and mitochondrial dysfunction in PC12 cells and the mouse striatum. These beneficial effects correlated with upregulation of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 expression. Finally, treatment with the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2inhibitor ML385 reversed the beneficial impact of exogenous hydrogen sulfide on quinolinic acid-induced oxidative stress. Taken together, our findings show that hydrogen sulfide reduces oxidative stress in Huntington's disease by activating nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,suggesting that hydrogen sulfide is a novel neuroprotective drug candidate for treating patients with Huntington's disease.
