We utilize molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the microstructures of ions and polyelectrolytes in aqueous solutions under external electric *** focusing on the multi-body interactions between ionic components and H_(2)O molecules,as well as their responses to the external electric fields,we clarify several nontrivial molecular features of the ionic and polyelectrolyte solutions,such as the solvations of cations and anions,clustering of the ions,and dispersions/aggregations of polyelectrolyte chains,as well as the corresponding responses of H_(2)O molecules in these *** simulations illustrate the variations in structures of ionic solutions caused by reversing the charge sign of the ions,and elucidate the disparity in structures between anionic and cationic polyelectrolyte solutions in the presence of the external electric *** work clarifies the mechanism for the alternations in complex multi-body interactions in aqueous solutions caused by the application electric field,which can contribute to the fundamental understanding of the physical and chemical natures of ion-containing and charged polymeric systems.

为了研究初始孔隙对气孔杏仁状玄武岩力学行为的影响规律,提出了一种考虑计算孔隙率、体积参数、形状参数、角度参数和构造参数的气孔杏仁状玄武岩随机三维模型构建方法,基于建立的随机模型开展了五因素五水平的单轴压缩正交数值模拟,分析不同模型的应力-应变曲线、破坏模式和破坏特征。结果表明:计算孔隙率、角度参数和构造参数对于岩石的单轴抗压强度和弹性模量有较大影响,岩石的单轴抗压强度和弹性模量均与计算孔隙率、角度参数呈负相关,与构造参数呈正相关,与其余因素相关性较弱;随着模型孔隙率的增加,气孔杏仁状玄武岩应力-应变曲线中塑性应变占比随之增加,破坏模式由单剪切破坏面、多剪切破坏面转为局部粉碎状破坏,岩石由脆性破坏逐渐转为延性破坏,5%和12.5%可近似作为强脆性―脆性―延性转换的临界孔隙率;建立的损伤统计本构方程能够根据初始孔隙特征较好地预测气孔杏仁状玄武岩的力学行为,对于玄武岩地层中多孔岩石力学性质的确定具有重要意义。

土压平衡盾构在黏性地层掘进时易产生刀盘结泥饼、堵塞等问题,不仅会导致排渣不畅降低掘进效率,并且频繁的开仓处理会增加工程风险,而掘进会产生大量热量影响土体黏附性。采用自主研发的刀盘旋转黏附试验系统,探究刀盘温度与含水率、黏土含量、黏土类型等因素联合作用下刀盘黏附效果,并分析了泡沫剂、抗黏剂在不同掺入比下堵塞防治效果。研究结果表明:温度升高会使得旋转扭矩与刀盘表面的土体黏附量降低,但会加速黏土硬化;土体含水率、黏土含量对于扭矩影响趋势相反,但对黏附量影响规律相同,随着土体含水率或黏土含量增加,黏附量先增加后降低,含水率在20%、黏土含量在30%时黏附性最强;膨润土比高岭土黏附性更强;土体含水率、黏土含量与黏土类型对于黏附量的影响可以使用稠度指数进行表征,随着稠度增加黏附量会出现先增加后降低的趋势,稠度指数在0.50~0.75时土体黏附性最强,低稠度指数土体对温度敏感性更强;单独添加泡沫剂会降低土体黏附量,但在注入比为70%时,仍存在大量土体黏附;使用泡沫剂+抗黏剂联合改良在注入比为50%时改良效果较好,继续增加注入比对土体改良效果影响较小。研究成果对于评估黏性地层土压平衡盾构掘进堵塞风险与黏性土渣土改良方案选择具有一定的指导意义。

为研究卸载速率对水泥注浆加固节理花岗岩卸载诱发滑移行为的影响,利用TATW-2000岩石三轴试验系统对接近临界应力状态下的注浆加固节理花岗岩进行了恒轴压分级卸围压的诱发滑移试验,卸载速率分别为0.1、0.5、1、5、10 MPa/min。研究表明:(1)在剪切滑移过程中,岩-浆黏结界面会相互磨损,花岗岩会在水泥断面表面留下大量微划痕。随着卸载速率升高,节理粗糙度系数(joint roughness coefficient,JRC)值分别为17.52、16.25、15.65、12.82、10.72,这表明卸载速率越大,水泥断面表面的微划痕越小。(2)各围压卸载期内的平均剪切滑移速率随卸载速率变化关系符合幂函数关系,平均剪切滑移速率随卸载速率的升高而升高,但升高速率逐渐减小。在应力-应变滞后效应的影响下,各围压保持期内的平均剪切滑移速率也随卸载速率的增加而增加。卸载速率为0.5、1、5、10 MPa/min时,围压保持期的平均剪切滑移速率远小于围压卸载期的平均剪切滑移速率;卸载速率为0.1 MPa/min时,围压卸载期和围压保持期的平均剪切滑移速率相对差距较小。(3)动态滑移的平均剪切滑移速率比蠕变滑移的平均剪切滑移速率高一个数量级。蠕变滑移和动态滑移的平均剪切滑移速率随卸载速率的升高而升高,持续时间随卸载速率的升高而减小。(4)卸载速率小于1 MPa/min时,试样发生失稳滑移时对应的围压与卸载速率呈正相关,卸载速率大于1 MPa/min时呈负相关。

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a neurodegenerative disease,and the molecular mechanism underlying its pathology remains poorly ***,inflammation is known to play an important role in the development of this *** identify driver genes that affect the inflammatory response in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,as well as potential treatment targets,it is crucial to analyze brain tissue samples from patients with both sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and C9orf72-related amyotrophic lateral ***,in this study we used a network-driven gene analysis tool,NetBID2.0,which is based on SJARACNe,a scalable algorithm for the reconstruction of accurate cellular networks,to experimentally analyze sequencing data from patients with sporadic amyotrophic lateral *** results showed that the OSMR gene is pathogenic in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and participates in the progression of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis by mediating the neuroinflammatory ***,there were differences in OSMR activity and expression between patients with sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and those with C9orf72-related amyotrophic lateral *** findings suggest that OSMR may be a diagnostic and prognostic marker for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Rethinking attribute localization for zero-shot learning

Recent advancements in attribute localization have showcased its potential in discovering the intrinsic semantic knowledge for visual feature representations, thereby facilitating significant visual-semantic interactions essential for zero-shot learning(ZSL). However, the majority of existing attribute localization methods heavily rely on classification constraints, resulting in accurate localization of only a few attributes while neglecting the rest important attributes associated with other classes. This limitation hinders the discovery of the intrinsic semantic relationships between attributes and visual features across all *** address this problem, we propose a novel attribute localization refinement(ALR) module designed to enhance the model's ability to accurately localize all attributes. Essentially, we enhance weak discriminant attributes by grouping them and introduce weighted attribute regression to standardize the mapping values of semantic attributes. This module can be flexibly combined with existing attribute localization *** experiments show that when combined with the ALR module, the localization errors in existing methods are corrected, and state-of-the-art classification performance is achieved.

Design and construction of suitable pore microenvironments for selective catalytic reactions of small guest molecules is a major goal for ***,we report control of competitive E–Z photoisomerization and photodimerization within porous metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)by fine-tuning the pore microenvironments using different dicarboxylate *** with small pores((E)-X_(MOF_(1))and(E)-X_(MOF_(1))′)favor the photoinduced E–Z isomerization of one encapsulated diaryl alkene substrate while those with large pores(((E)-X)_(2MOF_(2)))prefer the photodimerization of two encapsulated alkene *** reactions show broad functional group compatibility and proceed stereospecifically in good yields under mild *** local concentration of diaryl alkene ligands and their preorientation within pores facilitate stereoselective *** pore engineering strategy is applicable to control and create pore microenvironemnts for other photoinduced organic reactions within porous MOFs.

Enhanced recovery of high-purity Fe powder from iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue by slurry electrolysis

Iron-rich electrolytic manganese residue(IREMR)is an industrial waste produced during the processing of electrolytic metal manganese,and it contains certain amounts of Fe and Mn resources and other heavy *** this study,the slurry electrolysis technique was used to recover high-purity Fe powder from *** effects of IREMR and H2SO4 mass ratio,current density,reaction temper-ature,and electrolytic time on the leaching and current efficiencies of Fe were *** to the results,high-purity Fe powder can be recovered from the cathode plate,and the slurry electrolyte can be *** leaching efficiency,current efficiency,and purity of Fe reached 92.58%,80.65%,and 98.72wt%,respectively,at a 1:2.5 mass ratio of H2SO4 and IREMR,reaction temperature of 60℃,electric current density of 30 mA/cm^(2),and reaction time of 8 *** addition,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)analysis showed that the coercivity of electrolytic iron powder was 54.5 A/m,which reached the advanced magnetic grade of electrical pure-iron powder(DT4A coercivity standard).The slurry electrolytic method provides fundamental support for the industrial application of Fe resource recovery in IRMER.
