Multiple enzymes-induced biological cascade catalysis is indispensable in biotechnology and industrial processes. Nevertheless,the drawbacks of most natural enzymes, including poor stability and recyclability and sensitivity to the environment, have hindered their broader application. Here, we report a facile strategy to prepare a biomimetic cascade reaction system by combining the advantages of enzyme immobilization and biomimetic catalysis in a one-pot reaction system based on the hierarchically porous metal-organic frameworks(HP-MOFs). The hierarchically porous zirconium-porphyrin-based MOF(HPPCN-222(Fe)) synthesized by modulator-induced strategy possessed tunable hierarchical porous and peroxidase-like activity,permitting them to act as not only an efficient immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase(GOx) but also peroxidase mimics to catalyze the cascade for glucose detection. A stable, anti-interference and reusable colorimetric biosensor for glucose detection was successfully established through GOx@HP-PCN-222(Fe) on the basis of the artificial tandem catalysis. Moreover, the GOx@HP-PCN-222(Fe)-fabricated electrode was available for glucose detection by electrochemical method. This work provides a potentially universal method to design functional multi-enzymatic cascade reaction systems by integrating the merits of enzyme encapsulation and biomimetic catalysis in HP-MOFs.

Specialized households serve as the primary units within specialized villages in China,and their capacity to withstand risks and external influences significantly shapes the future trajectory of specialized villages and the overall vitality of the rural *** this study,we established a measurement indicator system based on the definition of specialized households’resilience,elucidating the logical connection between specialized households’resilience and rural industrial development in *** musical instrument industry in Lankao County,Henan Province of China,was employed as a case;survey data,the entropy method,and an obstacle diagnosis model were used to examine how instrument production specialized households responded to the challenges posed by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the tightening of national environmental protection policies,yielding the following key findings:1)there exists substantial variation in the comprehensive resilience levels among different specialized households;2)the ability to learn and adapt is the most significant contributor to the overall resilience level of specialized households;3)technological proficiency and access to skilled talent emerge as pivotal factors influencing specialized households’resilience;4)the positioning of specialized households within the industrial supply chain and the stability of their income have a direct bearing on their resilience *** influence of specialized households’resilience on industrial development primarily manifests in the following ways:stronger resilience correlates with increased stability in production and sales,fostering a more proactive approach to future ***,heightened exposure to the external macroeconomic environment can lead to a higher rate of export *** enhance the development resilience of entities like specialized households and family farms,and to invigorate rural economic development,escalating investments in rural science and technology

In this work,a variety of Cu_(x)Ni_(2-x)Fe(CN)_(6)(x=0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2)cathodes for ammonium ion batteries are prepared and their electrochemical performances are *** the introduction of copper in nickel hexacyanoferrate,the electrochemical performance varies without changing the structure of nickel *** increase of Cu content in nickel hexacyanoferrate leads to the enhancement of reaction potential and *** results suggest that the substitution of Cu for Ni has a positive effect on improving the cycling stability and rate capacity of nickel hexacyanoferrate when x in Cu_(x)Ni_(2-x)Fe(CN)_(6)is less than ***,Cu_(0.4)Ni_(1.6)Fe(CN)_(6)exhibits the best cycling per-formance(capacity retention of 97.54%at 0.3 C)and the highest rate capacity(41.4 mAh g^(-1)at 10 C)in Cu_(x)Ni_(2-x)Fe(CN)_(6).Additionally,the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)tests also reveal that the structural evolution of Cu_(0.4)Ni_(1.6)Fe(CN)_(6)is highly reversible upon NH_(4)^(+)***,this work proposes a candidate material for ammoniumion batteries and offers a novel avenue for adjusting the operating potential of the material.

Purpose:The present study aimed to analyze the influence of muscle activation on lumbar injury under aspecific+Gz ***:A hybrid finite element human body model with detailed lumbar anatomy and lumbar muscleactivation capabilities was *** the specific+Gz loading acceleration as input,the kinematicand biomechanical responses of the occupant's lower back were studied for both activated and deactivated states of the lumbar ***:The results indicated that activating the major lumbar muscles enhanced the stability of theoccupant's torso,which delayed the contact between the occupant's head and the *** activation led to higher strain and stress output in the lumbar spine under+Gz load,such as themaximum Von Mises stress of the vertebrae and intervertebral discs increased by 177.9%and 161.8%,respectively,and the damage response index increased by 84.5%.Conclusion:In both simulations,the occupant's risk of lumbar injury does not exceed 10%***,the activation of muscles could provide good protection for maintaining the lumbar spine andreduce the effect of acceleration in vehicle travel direction.

Impact of non-ideal UE hardware on cell-free massive MIMO network with centralized operation

This paper investigates the impact of non-ideal user equipment(UE) hardware on a cell-free(CF) massive MIMO(mMIMO) network with centralized operation under spatially correlated channels. The minimum mean-squared error(MMSE) estimator can be derived with the help of the generic non-ideal UE hardware model. It is demonstrated that even if the effective signal-to-noise ratio approaches infinity, pilot contamination and imperfect hardware can cause a non-zero estimation error floor. After that, a lower bound is determined for the ergodic uplink capacity of the centralized CF mMIMO network under non-ideal UE hardware. Moreover, the optimal receive combining vector is obtained to maximize the uplink spectral efficiency(SE). The maximum ratio(MR) and regularized zero-forcing(RZF) combining schemes are offered as alternatives in light of the computational complexity of the MMSE receiver. Comparing the RZF to the MMSE scheme under different levels of hardware impairments, our findings indicate that the RZF receiver suffers a negligible loss in total SE. For MR combining, a novel closed-form uplink achievable SE expression is obtained based on the MMSE estimator and the use-and-then-forget bounding technique. This expression gives vital insights into the achievable uplink performance with UE hardware impairments. Besides, for various hardware impairment factors, the impact of pilot sequence length on average sum SE is disclosed for different receive combining schemes. To increase the overall SE of the max-min fairness scheme, a heuristic fractional power control scheme with UE hardware impairments is developed, which can essentially avoid sacrificing the SE of other UEs while maximizing the SE of the unluckiest UE in the whole network. Finally,our theoretical performance analysis and power control algorithm are validated by simulation results, and fundamental design guidelines are provided for selecting hardware satisfying the practical UE requirements.

The aim of this study was to design and construct an improved response surface method(RSM) based on weighted regression for the anti-slide reliability analysis of concrete gravity *** limitation and lacuna of the traditional RSM were briefly ***,based on small experimental points,research was devoted to an improved RSM with singular value decomposition ***,the method was used on the basis of weighted regression and deviation coefficient correction to reduce iteration times and experimental points and improve the calculation method of checking ***,a test example was given to verify this *** with other conventional algorithms,this method has some strong advantages:this algorithm not only saves the arithmetic operations but also greatly enhances the calculation efficiency and the storage efficiency.
