BACKGROUND Tracheobronchial tuberculosis(TBTB)is a common subtype of pulmonary *** diseases often obscure the diagnosis of senile *** To characterize senile patients with TBTB and to identify the potential causes of *** One hundred twenty patients with senile TBTB who were admitted to the Anhui Chest hospital between May 2017 and May 2019 were retrospectively *** were classified as diagnosed group(n=58)and misdiagnosed group(n=62).Clinical manifestations,laboratory results,radiographic data,and endoscopic findings were compared between the two *** Patients in the misdiagnosed group were most commonly diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis(non-TBTB,29/62,46.8%),general pneumonia(9/62,14.5%),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(8/62,12.9%),and tracheobronchial carcinoma(7/62,11.3%).The time elapsed between disease onset and confirmation of diagnosis was significantly longer in the misdiagnosed group[median(first quartile,third quartile):6.32(4.94,16.02)mo vs 3.73(2.37,8.52)mo].The misdiagnosed group had lower proportion of patients who underwent bronchoscopy[33.87%(21/62)vs 87.93%(51/58)],chest computed tomography(CT)scan[69.35%(43/62)vs 98.28%(57/58)],and those who showed CT signs of tuberculosis[27.91%(12/62)vs 50%(29/58)]as compared to that in the diagnosed group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Insufficient or inaccurate radiographic or bronchoscopic assessment was the predominant cause of delayed diagnosis of *** implementation and better interpretation of CT scan and early implementation of bronchoscopy can help reduce misdiagnosis of senile TBTB.

An optimization method for sound absorption of gradient(multi-layered) sintered metal fiber felts is presented. The theoretical model based on dynamic flow resistivity is selected to calculate the sound absorption coefficient of the sintered metal fiber felts since it only requires three key morphological parameters: fiber diameter, porosity and layer thickness. The model predictions agree well with experimental measurements. Objective functions and constraint conditions are then set up to optimize separately the distribution of porosity, fiber diameter, and simultaneous porosity and fiber diameter in the metal fiber. The optimization problem for either a sole frequency or a pre-specified frequency range is solved using a genetic algorithm method. Acoustic performance comparison between optimized and non-optimized metal fibers is presented to confirm the effectiveness of the optimization method. Gradient sintered metal fiber felts hold great potential for noise control applications particularly when stringent restriction is placed on the total volume and/or weight of sound absorbing material allowed to use.

The paper focuses on Cassini oval pressure hulls under uniform external pressure. The Cassini oval pressure hull is proposed based on the shape index of Cassini oval. The buckling of a series of Cassini oval pressure hulls with the shape index of 0.09–0.30 and one spherical pressure hull with the diameter of 2 m is devoted. Such hulls are numerically studied in the case of constant volume, material properties, and wall thickness. The results show that Cassini oval pressure hulls with the shape index of 0.10–0.11 can resist about 4% more external pressure than the spherical one. This deviates from the classical mechanics conclusion that spherical shell is the optimal shape for underwater pressure resistant structures.

Hot stamping has been widely used in car industry to produce safety components. Most existing re- searches focused on the stamping and quenching process, but less on the mechanical properties of stamped parts. The fracture behaviors of hot stamped boron steel B1500HS have been studied, and other four commonly used sheet metals with different strengths, including Q235, TRIP780, QP980 and MS1300, were also introduced for comparison. Both uniaxial tests and mechanical trimming tests were performed, and the fracture surfaces under different stress states were observed and discussed. The SEM observations showed that the fracture models are closely related to the stress states, i. e., the tensile surfaces have ductile rupture characters while the trimming surfaces have brittle rupture characters. Compared with other steels, the quenched boron steel has smaller dimple size accompa- nied by shear planes in the tensile surface, and has smaller burnish zone in the trimming surface, and its cutting surface with ＇S＇ like shape is also very different with others. Furthermore, two fitted em pirical models were derived to describe the quantitative correlations between the average dimple diam- eter and the steel strength and between the percentage of burnish zone and the steel strength.

在实际应用中,单视角摄像头采集数据由于物体存在遮挡而失去对某些区域的可见性,因此结合多个视角下的数据进行行为分析对于维护社会稳定及民生安全至关重要。针对多视角行为识别中存在的偏置问题,即不同视角下空间语义不一致导致的视角间行为表征差异以及同一行为执行过程中的时序语义不一致导致的行为表征差异,提出一种渐进去偏置的多视角方法。首先,在多视角下的同一行为样本中以证据理论为引导,结合不同视角下的行为同构性进行视角间行为去偏置,优化不同视角下关注的行为特征权重,以获得更全面的无偏行为表示。其次,结合多粒度解耦策略,分析不同粒度对行为特征无偏表达的影响,准确分离行为相关和行为无关特征,以避免视角内行为无关信息扰乱行为表征导致的显著差异。最后,在时序维度上构建不同行为特征权重,增强同一视角内行为特征一致性,减弱同一行为的行为表征差异。在多个数据集上的实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性,在N-UCLA和NTU-RGB+D数据集上的跨视角准确率分别达到了97.4%和96.4%,并且所提方法在满足多视角下对行为识别进行准确分析应用需求的同时通过一种新的去偏置思路为多视角行为识别问题提供了一种有效的解决方案。

Background There are limited data on long-term （〉 5 years） outcomes of drug-eluting stent （DES） implantation compared with coro- nary artery bypass grafting （CABG） for ostial/rnidshaft left main coronary artery （LMCA） lesions. Methods Of the 259 consecutive pa- tients in Beijing Anzhen Hospital with ostial/midshaff LMCA lesions, 149 were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） with DES and 110 were with CABG. The endpoints of the study were death, repeat revascularization, myocardial infarction （MI）, stroke, the composite of cardiac death, and major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events （MACCE, the composite of cardiac death, MI, stroke or repeat revascularization）.The duration of follow-up is 7.1 years （interquartile range 5.3 to 8.2 years）. Results There is no significant differ- ence between the PCI and CABG group during the median follow-up of 7.1 years （interquartile range： 5.3-8.2 years） in the occurrence of death （HR： 0.727, 95% CI： 0.335-1.578; P = 0.421）, the composite endpoint of cardiac death, MI or stroke （HR： 0.730, 95% CI： 0.375-1.421; P = 0.354）, MACCE （HR： 1.066, 95% CI： 0.648-1.753; P = 0.801）, MI （HR： 1.112, 95% CI： 0.414-2.987; P = 0.833）, stroke （HR： 1.875, 95% CI： 0.528-6.659; P = 0.331）, and repeat revascularization （HR： 1.590, 95% CI： 0.800-3.161; P = 0.186）. These results remained after multivariable adjusting. Conclusion During a follow-up up to 8.2 years, we found that DES implantation had similar endpoint outcomes compared with CABG.
