This paper presents a numerical study to improve the understanding of the complex subject of penetration and perforation of concrete targets impacted by low-velocity *** main focus is on the damage mechanisms and the major factors that account for the target resistance of the *** improved continuous surface cap model recently proposed wa. *** model wa. first equipped with element erosion criteria and wa. adequately validated by comparisons with ballistic *** numerical simulations were carried out where the individual influence of tensile,shear,and volumetric behaviors(pore collapse)of a concrete target on its ballistic performance wa. *** demonstrated that cratering on the front face and scabbing on the rear face of the concrete target were mainly dominated by its tensile *** major target resistance came from the second tunneling stage which wa. primarily governed by the shear and volumetric behaviors of the ***,this study captured the pore collapse-induced damage phenomenon during the high-pressure tunneling stage,which has been extensively reported in experiments but has usually been neglected in previous numerical investigations.

Accurate trajectory prediction of surrounding road users is the fundamental input for motion planning,which enables safe autonomous driving on public *** this paper,a safe motion planning approach is proposed based on the deep learning-based trajectory prediction *** begin with,a trajectory prediction model is established based on the graph neural network(GNN)that is trained utilizing the INTERACTION ***,the validated trajectory prediction model is used to predict the future trajectories of surrounding road users,including pedestrians and *** addition,a GNN prediction model-enabled motion planner is developed based on the model predictive control ***,two driving scenarios are extracted from the INTERACTION dataset to validate and evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed motion planning approach,i.e.,merging and roundabout *** results demonstrate that the proposed method can lower the risk and improve driving safety compared with the baseline method.

Electrocatalytic wa.er splitting is an essential and effective means to produce green hydrogen energy structures,so it is necessary to develop non-precious metal catalysts to replace precious ***-based catalysts present effective alternatives due to the diverse valence states,adjustable electronic structures,and plentiful *** this review,the catalytic mechanisms of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)for electrocatalytic wa.er splitting are ***,the synthesis strategies of various cobalt-based catalysts are systematically summarized,followed by the relationships between the structure and performance ***,the effects of d-band center and spin regulation for cobalt-based catalysts are also ***,the dynamic electronic and structural devolution of cobalt-based catalysts are elucidated by combining a series of in-situ ***,we highlight the challenges and future developed directions of cobalt-based catalysts for electrocatalytic wa.er splitting.

This study is carried out to promote the precise supervision of dangerous goods transportation training,improve the efficiency of civil aviation supervision and further ensure the safety of air ***,from the perspective of behaviour interaction and interest demands,evolutionary game theory is used to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model of dangerous goods transportation training institutions,the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC)and the ***,the evolutionary game equilibrium of the system is further analysed under the joint action of the three ***,the influences of important parameters of the model on the behavioural strategy selection of the three parties are investigated via MATLAB numerical *** conclusions reveal that the system has three evolutionarily stable strategies under different parameters,namely(non-compliant training,supervision,non-participation in supervision),(non-compliant training,supervision,participation in supervision)and(compliant training,supervision,non-participation in supervision).Moreover,the CAAC supervision cost,the fine amount,the supervision cost of public participation,the supervision success rate and the reporting rewa.d amount are the main parameters that affect the behavioural strategy selection of the tripartite game *** conclusions and suggestions of this study provide a decision-making basis and guidance for the supervision and management of civil aviation dangerous goods transportation training.

A resolved CFD-DEM method is proposed to simulate the fluid-particle interaction for large complex *** airflow in a vertical sinter fixed bed is numerically studied using this *** multi-sphere clumped method is used to create irregular sinter particles in *** immersed boundary method and dynamic cell refinement are applied to describe the fluid flow around particles with higher resolution,by which the fluid-particle interaction can be simulated more *** simulation results presented the packing voidage distributions and the airflow fields in the sinter beds of different single and mixed particle size *** bed pressure drops were simulated and the results were compared with the corresponding experimental *** good agreement indicated that the proposed resolved CFD-DEM method is an effective tool to model the fluid-particle interaction for irregular large granules in the gas-solid multi-phase systems.

Electrocatalytic oxidation reaction of biomass-based derivatives is an excellent candidate to replace wa.er oxidation for obtaining both value-added products and hydrogen(H_(2)),but the exploration of competent electrocatalysts is still highly ***,two new types of three-dimensional self-supported hollow microarrays containing CoNi layered double hydroxide(CoNi-LDH)and N-doped carbon nanosheets decorated with CoNi alloyed nanoparticles(CoNi-NC)on carbon cloth(CC)are prepared,which are further used as efficient electrocatalysts for tetrahydroisoquinoline(THIQ)electrooxidation and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),*** demonstrate that the Co-modulated electronic environment for Ni(II)/Ni(Ⅲ)redox-looping in CoNi-LDH is the main factor to boost the selectivity of 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline(DHIQ)for the indirect electrooxidation process of *** functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the Ni(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅲ)dual sites of CoNi-LDH exhibit enhanced adsorption for THIQ but poorer adsorption for DHIQ compared to pure Co(Ⅲ)or Ni(Ⅲ).Therefore,the Ni(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅲ)dual sites can effectively inhibit the peroxidation of DHIQ to isoquinoline(IQ)over CoNi-LDH,thus improving the selectivity of DHIQ to nearly 100%,much higher than that of its pure Ni ***,CC@CoNi-NC can deliver high HER activity with low overpotential(40 mV@10 mA·cm^(-2))and high exchange current density(3.08 mA·cm^(-2)).Impressively,the assembled flow-cell device with CC@CoNi-LDH anode and CC@CoNi-NC cathode only requires low cell voltage and electricity consumption of 1.6 V and 3.50 kWh per cubic meter of H_(2)(@25 mA·cm^(-2)).

In this paper,the recursive filtering problem is considered for stochastic systems over filter-and-forwa.d successive relay(FFSR)*** FFSR is located between the sensor and the remote filter to forwa.d the *** the successive relay,two cooperative relay nodes are adopted to forwa.d the signals alternatively,thereby existing switching characteristics and inter-relay interferences(IRI).Since the filter-and-forwa.d scheme is employed,the signal received by the relay is retransmitted after it passes through a linear *** objective of the paper is to concurrently design optimal recursive filters for FFSR and stochastic systems against switching characteristics and IRI of ***,a uniform measurement model is proposed by analyzing the transmission mechanism of ***,novel filter structures with switching parameters are constructed for both FFSR and stochastic *** the help of the inductive method,filtering error covariances are presented in the form of coupled difference ***,the desired filter gain matrices are further obtained by minimizing the trace of filtering error ***,the stability performance of the filtering algorithm is analyzed where the uniform bound is guaranteed on the filtering error ***,the effectiveness of the proposed filtering method over FFSR is verified by a three-order resistance-inductance-capacitance circuit system.

Real-Time 3D Ultrasound Imaging System Based on a Hybrid Reconstruction Algorithm

As a safe and convenient imaging technology in clinical routine diagnosis, ultrasound imaging can provide real-time 2D images of internal tissues and organs. To realize real-time 3D image reconstruction, pixel nearest neighbor interpolation(PNN) reconstruction algorithm and Bezier interpolation algorithm are combined into a hybrid reconstruction algorithm. On this basis, a real-time interactive 3D ultrasound imaging system is *** temporal calibration and spatial calibration, the six degrees of freedom poses of 2D ultrasound images can be accurately collected. The 3D volume reconstructed by the proposed 3D reconstruction algorithm is visualized by volume rendering. A multi-thread softwa.e system allows parallel operation of data acquisition, 3D reconstruction,volume visualization and other functions. 3D imaging experiments on a 3D printing femur model, a neck phantom and the neck of human volunteers were performed for systematic evaluation. When the reconstruction voxel size wa. set to be(0.53 mm3, 1.03 mm3, 1.53 mm3), the reconstruction errors of the femur and trachea model were respectively(0.23 mm, 0.31 mm, 0.56 mm) and(0.62 mm, 0.88 mm, 1.41 mm). Clinical feasibility wa. demonstrated by application of the 3D ultrasound imaging on the neck of human volunteers.

The characteristics of bioaerosols and their effects on human beings'health have become a major public concern in the recent *** study compared the characteristics of bioaerosols under different types of pollution(high-ozone[HO]episodes,haze episodes,and dust storms[DSs]),with those of bioaerosols on normal days(NDs)in Xi'an,*** concentrations,diurnal variations,and size distribution of bacteria,fungi,and total airborne microbes(TAMs)were *** results showed that the bacterial and fungal concentrations were the highest during DSs and on NDs,reaching 425.2 and 956.9 colony-forming units/m^(3),*** concentration of TAMs wa. the highest during HO episodes,reaching 10.7×10^(6)cells/m^(3),which wa. significantly higher than that during the other *** maximum concentrations of bacteria and fungi during HO episodes were observed in the morning,while they appeared separately in the morning and evening during haze *** and TAMs during DSs reached peak concentrations in the morning and evening,which is opposite to the particulate matter(PM)distribution *** NDs,temperature and relative humidity had significant effects on *** size distributions of airborne bacteria exhibited bimodal patterns,whereas unimodal distributions were observed for *** mainly attached in fine particles(<2.1μm)with proportions of 67.4%and 60.5%during haze episodes and DSs,respectively,which means that fungi were easily penetrated into the human respiratory *** evaluation of influence factors revealed that PM_(2.5) and PM10 had negative effects on fungal concentration during DSs,and ozone concentration and temperature were inversely correlated with fungal concentration during HO *** results provide valuable reference data for elucidating the formation and evolution of bioaerosols under different types of pollution.
