Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion is a process in which the blood supply to the brain is temporarily interrupted and subsequently ***,it is highly likely to lead to further aggravation of pathological damage to ischemic tissues or the nervous system.,and has accordingly been a focus of extensive clinical *** a traditional Chinese medicinal formulation,Sanhua Decoction has gradually gained importance in the treatment of cerebrovascular *** main constituents include Citrus aurantium,Magnolia officinalis,rhubarb,and Qiangwu,which are primarily used to regulate *** the treatment of neurological diseases,the therapeutic effects of the Sanhua Decoction are mediated via different pathways,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and neurotransmitter regu-latory pathways,as well as through the protection of nerve cells and a reduction in cerebral *** the studies conducted to date,many have found that the application of Sanhua Decoction in the treatment of neurological diseases has clear therapeutic *** addition,as a natural treatment,the Sanhua Decoction has received widespread attention,given that it is safer and more effective than traditional Western ***,research on the mechanisms of action and efficacy of the Sanhua Decoctions in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is of considerable *** this paper,we describe the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and review the current status of its treatment to examine the therapeutic mechanisms of action of the Sanhua *** hope that the findings of the research presented herein will contribute to a better understanding of the efficacy of this formulation in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,and provide a scientific basis for its application in clinical practice.

Objective:To understand the status of nursing students'professional attitudes,professional identity,and employment intention under the new coronary pneumonia pandemic,and to analyze the factors influencing nursing students'employment ***:A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 689 nursing students using a questionnaire,and the results were analyzed by multiple unordered and ordered ***:47.17%of the nursing students chose to work in clinical nursing in the future;95.5%of the nursing students preferred to work in Grade III class hospital hospitals;0.73%of the nursing students actively chose to work in the infectious disease unit in the background of COVID-19 *** the analysis of professional attitudes,female nursing students scored higher than male nursing students;Senior students and above scored significantly higher than junior nursing students;nursing students who had internship experience scored higher than those who had not;nursing students who had someone close to them who was involved in the rescue work of the COVID-19 pandemic scored higher in professional *** analysis showed that the higher the professional identity score,the more likely the nursing students were to choose a nursing-related job and expect a higher salary;nursing students who chose nursing because it was easy to find a job,followed the advice of others,or had a family income of less than 3000 yuan per capita also expected a higher *** the context of the pandemic,nursing students with high career attitude scores were less likely to choose clinical nursing jobs;students without nursing practitioners at home were less likely to choose hospitals and health management organizations;nursing students with high career identity were more likely to choose Grade III class ***:The outbreak of COVID-19 has influenced the employment intention of nursing students,in the background of pandemic,about half of them still choose to eng

In the field of intelligent education,the integration of artificial intelligence,especially deep learning technologies,has garnered significant *** tracing(KT)plays a pivotal role in this field by predicting students’future performance through the analysis of historical interaction data,thereby assisting educators in evaluating knowledgemastery and tailoring instructional *** knowledge tracingmethods,largely based on Recurrent Neural Networks(RNNs)and Transformer models,primarily focus on capturing long-term interaction patterns in sequential ***,these models may neglect crucial short-term dynamics and other relevant *** paper introduces a novel approach to knowledge tracing by leveraging a pure Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)*** proposeMixerKT,a knowledge tracing model based on theHyperMixer framework,which uniquely integrates global and localMixer feature *** architecture enables more effective extraction of both long-terminteraction trends and recent learning behaviors,addressing limitations in currentmodels thatmay overlook these key *** evaluations on twowidely-used datasets,ASSIS Tments2009 and Algebra2005,demonstrate that MixerKT consistently outperforms several state-of-the-art models,including DKT,SAKT,and Separated Self-Attentive Neural Knowledge Tracing(SAINT).Specifically,MixerKT achieves higher prediction accuracy,highlighting its effectiveness in capturing the nuances of learners’knowledge *** results indicate that our model provides a more comprehensive representation of student learning patterns,enhancing the ability to predict future performance with greater precision.

The organotypic retinal explant culture has been established for more than a decade and offers a range of unique advantages compared with in vivo experiments and cell ***,the lack of systematic and continuous comparison between in vivo retinal development and the organotypic retinal explant culture makes this model controversial in postnatal retinal development ***,we aimed to verify the feasibility of using this model for postnatal retinal development studies by comparing it with the in vivo *** this study,we showed that postnatal retinal explants undergo normal development,and exhibit a consistent structure and timeline with retinas in ***,we used SOX2 and PAX6 immunostaining to identify retinal progenitor *** then examined cell proliferation and migration by immunostaining with Ki-67 and doublecortin,***-67-and doublecortin-positive cells decreased in both in vivo and explants during postnatal retinogenesis,and exhibited a high degree of similarity in abundance and distribution between ***,we used Ceh-10 homeodomain-containing homolog,glutamate-ammonia ligase(glutamine synthetase),neuronal nuclei,and ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 immunostaining to examine the emergence of bipolar cells,Müller glia,mature neurons,and microglia,*** timing and spatial patterns of the emergence of these cell types were remarkably consistent between in vivo and explant *** study showed that the organotypic retinal explant culture model had a high degree of consistency with the progression of in vivo early postnatal retina *** findings confirm the accuracy and credibility of this model and support its use for long-term,systematic,and continuous observation.

Combination of fruquintinib with venetoclax for the treatment of colorectal cancer

Background:As a novel blocker of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), fruquintinib has been approved for treating colorectal cancer (CRC). However, its dosage and therapeutic efficacy are limited by its widespread adverse reactions. Venetoclax, recognized as the initial inhibitor of B-cell lymphoma protein 2 (BCL2), has shown potential in boosting the effectiveness of immunotherapy against CRC. This study investigated the efficacy and mechanisms of fruquintinib combined with venetoclax in treating CRC.Methods and Materials:We developed a colon cancer mouse model with the CT26 colon cell line to demonstrate fruquintinib and venetoclax's efficacy against tumors. Then we employed various techniques to evaluate different aspects of the experimental outcomes. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect cell proliferation and angiogenesis in tumor tissues. Western blot analysis was utilized to examine the occurrence of cell apoptosis, and flow cytometry to quantitate immune cells within the tumor tissues. Moreover, immunofluorescence was employed to measure cytokine levels.Results:The strongest inhibition on tumor growth was achieved by the combination of fruquintinib with venetoclax, as opposed to individual drug use. Venetoclax was found to amplify the impact of fruquintinib, leading to decreased cancer cell proliferation, increased cancer cell apoptosis, lowered angiogenesis, better vascular structure normalization, and improved immune cell infiltration.Conclusion:Our findings indicate that the addition of venetoclax enhances the impact of fruquintinib on vascular normalization and modulation of the tumor immune microenvironment. Our study presents the justification for utilizing the fruquintinib and venetoclax combination in treating CRC. Venetoclax holds promise in being assimilated into anticancer medications for CRC.

目的:探讨急性原发性闭角型青光眼(APACG)首次发作后1a内视盘周围脉络膜厚度(pCT)的变化规律。方法:前瞻性队列研究。选取2015-10/2019-09于石家庄市人民医院眼科诊治的APACG患者31例(发作眼组31眼,对侧临床前期眼组31眼),正常对照组30例30眼,三组均在APACG发作期,术后1wk,1、3、6mo,1a测量pCT。结果:发作眼组pCT在术后1wk时比发作期增厚,之后1a内持续变薄(P<0.05)。发作眼组pCT较其余两组:在发作期,术后1wk时增厚,1a时变薄(P<0.05)。发作眼组发作期平均pCT与高眼压持续时间正相关,与前房深度负相关(P<0.05)。结论:首次发作的APACG患者,pCT在发作期和术后1wk弥漫增厚,1mo恢复正常,1a时变薄。发作期平均pCT与高眼压持续时间正相关,脉络膜厚度在APACG的发作中可能有重要作用。

Tunable light–matter interactions are exhibited by organic low-dimensional crystals, making these crystals a promising platform for organic photonics. However, the precise synthesis of organic low-dimensional crystals remains challenging due to the stochastic nature of molecular nucleation processes. Herein, the directed nucleation process is driven by the introduction of metastable seed-crystals as the trunk, which ultimately leads to branched-array organic heterostructures. The successful formation of organic heterostructures with high-density branched arrays is attributed to the highest attachment energy (Eatt（023）=-104.25 kcal mol-1) of the exposed （023） crystal plane during the seed-crystal growth route. Significantly, these as-prepared heterostructures inherently have an ultralow lattice mismatch ratio η of 0.7%between trunk and branch, which contributes to the multi-channel photon transportation. Therefore, this work provides valuable insights into a versatile synthetic strategy for accessing low-dimensional heterostructures for integrated optoelectronics.
