This paper considers the optimal control problem for a general stochastic system with general terminal state constraint. Both the drift and the diffusion coefficients can contain the control variable and the state constraint here is of non-functional type. The author puts forward two ways to understand the target set and the variation set. Then under two kinds of finite-codimensional conditions, the stochastic maximum principles are established, respectively. The main results are proved in two different ways. For the former, separating hyperplane method is used; for the latter, Ekeland＇s variational principle is applied. At last, the author takes the mean-variance portfolio selection with the box-constraint on strategies as an example to show the application in finance.

Recently,rapid multiwavelength photometry and flash spectra of supernova(SN)2013fs imply that the progenitor stars of regular type Ⅱ supernovae(SNe Ⅱ)may be commonly surrounded by a confined,dense stellar wind ejected from the progenitor star at a large mass loss rate over few years before the *** on the assumption that the pre-SN progenitor stars of SNe Ⅱ emit wind similar to SN 2013fs,with a mass loss rate■,we investigated neutrino emissions during the wind breakouts of SN *** find that a typical SNe Ⅱ can convert～10^(-3)of their bulk kinetic energy into neutrino emissions,contributing a significant fraction of the IceCube-detected neutrino flux at ■300 ***,■200 TeV IceCube neutrinos can be accounted for by the cosmic rays produced by shocks of all SN remnants,losing energy in their host galaxies,i.e.,the starburst *** future follow-up observations of high energy neutrinos and gamma-rays from nearby individual SNe Ⅱ,days to weeks after the explosions,will test this model.

The cotton aphid,Aphis gossypii Glover(Hemiptera:Aphididae),is an important insect pest of cotton crops *** objectives of this study were to determine the acute toxicity of afidopyropen and whether there are any effects of sublethal concentrations of afidopyropen on the biological characteristics of *** results showed that afidopyropen possesses high acute toxicity to adult *** with a 72 h LC_(50) value of 1.062 mg L^(–1).A sublethal concentration(LC_(10))of afidopyropen significantly decreased adult longevity,fecundity and oviposition days of female adults in both F0 and F1 *** total pre-adult survival of F_(1) progeny was also significantly reduced by 30%at the LC_(10) of *** addition,the nymph developmental time,pre-adult period,adult pre-reproductive period(APRP),and total pre-reproductive period(TPRP)of the F1 progeny were significantly prolonged compared with the *** population parameters,including the net reproductive rate(R_(0)),intrinsic rate of increase(r)and finite rate of increase(λ)of F_(1) progeny were significantly decreased by a sublethal afidopyropen concentration *** results indicated that sublethal concentration of afidopyropen can significantly suppress *** population *** would be useful for assessing the overall effects of afidopyropen on ***.

以三嵌段共聚物F127为模板剂制备介孔碳,并用N2吸附和透射电子显微镜对介孔碳样品进行分析。所制备介孔碳材料的孔呈无序蠕虫状,平均孔径为6.8nm,比表面积为400m2/g。用介孔碳作为I-/I3-氧化还原反应的催化剂制备染料敏化太阳电池对电极,用电化学阻抗谱对介孔碳电极的催化活性进行了分析。介孔碳电极对I-/I3-氧化还原反应具有很高的催化活性,电荷迁跃电阻为0.8Ω.cm2。用介孔碳电极作为对电极组装染料敏化太阳电池,电池的开路电压、短路电流密度及光电转换效率分别达到0.613V、15.5mA/cm2和6.18%。

Fertility and biochemical activity in sodic soils 17 years after reclamation with flue gas desulfurization gypsum

Previous studies have mainly focused on changes in soil physical and chemical properties to evaluate the reclamation of sodic soils using flue gas desulfurization(FGD)***,information on the effects of this reclamation method on microbial-based indicators of soil quality is limited,particularly after many years of FGD gypsum *** study aimed to investigate the long-term effects of FGD gypsum on soil organic carbon(SOC),nutrients,microbial biomass and enzyme *** were collected from soils of three exchangeable sodium percentage(ESP)classes(i.e.,low-,middle-and hjgh-ESP classes of 6.1-20,20-30 and 30-78.4%,respectively)17 years after FGD gypsum treatment in Inner Mongolia,*** across the three ESP classes,FGD gypsum application increased the SOC contents at the 0-20 and 20-40-cm soil depths by 18 and 35%,respectively,and increased available potassium at the 0-20-cm soil depth by 51%compared with the no-gypsum *** microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen contents at the 20-40-cm soil depth increased by 69 and 194%,respectively,under FGD *** in the high-ESP class,urease activities in the 0-40 cm soil profile were significantly higher in the FGD gypsum treatments than in the controls.A significant increase in alkaline phosphatase activity was concentrated in the 20-40 cm soil layer;few classes showed significant increases in catalase and invertase activities in the 0-20 cm soil *** correlation analysis showed that increases in soil fertility and biological activity could be attributed to reductions in electrical conductivity,pH and ESP caused by FGD gypsum *** results confirm that FGD gypsum application is a viable strategy for reclaiming sodic soils due to its positive effects on soil fertility and biochemistry and that it may contribute to soil ecosystem sustainability.

As the second common type of volcanic vent on Earth, maar-diatreme volcanoes and their post-eruptive lacustrine sediments are a main focus of volcanology, palaeolimnology, palaeoclimatology and palaeontology. A number of maar-type volcanoes have been found in Leizhou Peninsula, South China, but little is known about their eruption processes and detailed stratigraphy of the post-eruptive sediments. We present a combined geophysical and geological analysis to study the eruptive history and post-eruptive sediment stratigraphy of a large maar, the elliptical(1.8 × 3.0 km^(2)) Jiudouyang(JDY) maar. The lacustrine stratigraphy revealed by drilling cores shows that the JDY maar lake has three major stages of evolution:(i) deep-lake sedimentary environment characterized by high autochthonous diatom productivity;(ii) shallow lake to swamp with very low water levels, characterized by a high total organic carbon(TOC) and abundant wood fragments;and,(iii) intermittent shallow lake and alluvial deposits composed of clay minerals and sand. The electrical resistivity tomography(ERT) values and lithological features are highly consistent, which clearly reveal the presence of ca. 50 m thick lacustrine sediments, directly underlain by a ca. 70 m thick basaltic lava rather than diatreme breccia in the crater. This infill sequence implies an alternation of eruption style from phreatomagmatic to Strombolian and/or lava flow, due to high magma flux and ascent rate of the Hainan Plume during the middle Pleistocene. The ERT data also reveal the initial phreatomagmatic crater floor at ca. 120 m depth. The initial crater had a large diameter/depth ratio(ca. 17), with an elongated shape(major axis to minor axis = 0.6), implying possible lateral vent migration during the eruption. A significant erosion under tropical weathering condition during the last few hundred thousand years, accounted for the large size of the maar crater. In this paper,an intelligent energy management strategy is introduced to improve the fuel economy of a parallel plug-in hybrid electric vehicle（PHEV）.Based on the dynamic system analysis,a fuzzy controller is designed for the energy management of *** the combination of Simulated Annealing and Particle Swarm Optimization（SA-PSO） is applied to achieve the optimal parameters of the fuzzy *** improve the adaptability of the strategy under different road conditions,the hybrid driving cycle that composed of HWFET,LA92,Ftp75,Jal015 and NEDC driving cycles is taken as the driving cycle for ***,simulations under NEDC and UDDS driving cycles are taken to verify the effects of the proposed energy management *** results indicate that the proposed energy management strategy is effective in improving the fuel economy under different driving conditions.

Diisononyl phthalate （DINP）, considered to be an environmentally friendly plasticizer, is now widely used. However, the toxic effects of DINP need to be examined, particularly the effects of long-term dermal DINP exposure. Research into the mechanisms underlying these effects is urgently needed. In this study we examined the exacerbation effect of long-term dermal exposure to DINP in flnorescein isothiocyanate （FITC）-induced contact hypersensitivity （CHS） in mice, and sought the potential molecular mechanisms. Forty-nine male Balb/c mice were subjected to a 40-day dermal exposure to saline or one of three concentrations of DINP and then three rounds of sensitization with vehicle or 0.5% FITC. The results of a histopathological examination and measurement of ear swelling as well as immunological and inflammatory biomarkers （total-immunoglobulin （Ig）E and Th cytokines） supported the notion that high doses of DINP may aggravate atopic dermatitis. We also showed that melatonin, an antioxidant, could decrease the levels of oxidative stress and alleviate FITC-induced CHS suggesting that oxidative stress may be one of the molecular mechanisms to explain the exacerbation effect induced by DINP.
