The present work focuses on the structural stability upon hydrogenation of three typical La-Mg-Ni-based alloys： La2 MgNi9, LaaMgNi14 and La4MgNi19. Structural changes during gaseous and electrochemical cycles were characterized, and the influence of the structure distortion on the hydrogen storage properties was concerned. Hydrogen-induced amor- phization （HIA） and disproportionation of the three alloys have occurred during both the gaseous and electrochemical cycles. Structural stability of the phase structures in the La-Mg-Ni system is found to follow the order： LaNi5- 〉（La,Mg）5Ni19 〉（La,Mg）2Ni7 〉（La,Mg）Ni3 〉（La,Mg）Ni2. HIA increases thermal stability of the metal hydrides and difficulty to dehydrogenation and leads to degradation of both the gaseous and electrochemical capacities. Interestingly, LaEMgNi9 with poor stability presents elevated discharge capability even at 60 ℃ which can be attributed to increase in the hydrogen desorption capability and inhibition of the self-discharge induced by severe HIA at higher temperatures. In addition, HIA in the electrochemical reactions is obviously weaker than the extent during the gaseous cycles, which is mainly due to the slower hydrogenation speed. The development of HIA in the gaseous and electrochemical process is considered to follow the direct and gradual modes, respectively.

A new six-membered cyclic carbonate monomer, 5-allyloxytrimethylene carbonate （ATMC）, was synthesized starting from glycerol, and the corresponding polycarbonates, poly（5-allyloxytrimethylene carbonate）（PATMC） were further synthesized by ring-opening polymerization in bulk at 150℃ using stannous octanoate as an initiator. The structures of the monomer and the polymers were confirmed by IR, IH-NMR, 13C-NMR, and GPC analysis.

2-（Dimethylamino）-1,3-dithiocyanatopropane（1） has been prepared as a key intermediate synthesizing a natural insecticide Cartap by the reaction of 1-dimethylamino-2,3-dichloropropane with sodium thiocyanate. The crystal structures of compound 1 and its isomer 1-（dimethylamino）-2,3-dithiocyanotopropane（2） formed during the reaction were determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Bond lengths in both the compounds are common and fall within normal ranges. There are some weak C―H×××N hydrogen bonds in the lattice of compound 1, which makes it form a three-dimensional network, which stabilize the crystal structure. No classic hydrogen bonds were founded in its isomer（2）, only van der Waals forces contribute to the stability of the structure. In addition, DFT and MP2 calculations with 6-311＋G（d, p） basis set have also been carried out to investigate the thermodynamic properties of compounds 1 and 2. The research will be applied to the further investigation of the tautomerization of compounds 1 and 2.

Objective: To study the relevant risk factors of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) of Li People so as to provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment of PCOS. Methods: With casecontrol study method, 285 cases of PCOS of Li People were as recruited case group, and 580 cases of non-PCOS of female Li People as control group. Questionnaire was adopted to collect data regarding risk factors of PCOS, then the risk factors of PCOS was searched by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of PCOS included in menstrual cycle disorder(OR=5.824), bad mood(OR=2.852), family history of diabetes(OR=7.008), family history of infertility(OR=11.953), menstrual irregularity of mother(OR=2.557) and lack of physical exercise(OR=1.866). Conclusions: To target the high risk factors of menstrual cycle disorder, family history of diabetes, family history of infertility, family history of diabetes, bad mood and lack of physical exercise of female population, we should implement early screen, diagnose and treatment of POCS in order to reduce the incidence rate of PCOS and improve prognosis of PCOS.

Objective:To screen,identify,and compare the serum biomarkers between anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(ADUB)and ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding(ODUB)in Lizu ***:The subjects included 128 ADLB patients,63 ODUB patients,and *** serum and supernate of the subjects'mense were collected and stored at-80°C until *** proteins in the sera of three groups were screened using surface-enhaneed laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass *** screened proteins were then identified by tricine-SDS-PAGE gel and *** expression levels in the menses of ADUB,ODUB,and control subjects were determined using ELISA,RT-PCR,and Western *** 14.1 was used for statistical analysis and chart drawing(a=0.05),Results:Three differentia)protein peaks with peak values of 11.80,13.59,and 14.68 km/z were,screened and identified as serum amyploid protein A(SAA),vascular endothelial growth factor,and vitamin K epoxide reductase,*** SAA was highly expressed in the menses of ADUB and ODUB patients but poorly expressed in the *** vascular endothelial growth factor was highly expressed in the menses of ODUB and controls but poorly expressed in ADUB ***,the vitamin K epoxide reductase was highly expressed in the menses of ADUB and control subjects but poorly expressed in ODUB ***:The SAA is the common serum biomarker of ADUB and *** may be related to angiogenesis impairment,whereas ODUB may be associated with blood coagulation disruption.

A novel camptothecin （CPT） prodrug was successfully synthesized by conjugating CPT to adamantanecarboxylic acid （AD） via a cleavable disulfide linkage. The resulting CPT-ss-AD prodrug could act as a low molecular weight gelator to form molecular gels in water/water-miscible organic solvent mixture. Meanwhile, biode- gradable amphiphilic block copolymer mPEG-b-P （MAC-co-DTC）（PPMD） was also employed as an organic framework together with CPT-ss-AD to form gel structure. CPT-ss-AD/PPMD gel exhibited less compact molecular arrangement but much more stability than CPT-ss-AD gel. The two kinds of gels could effectively release the original CPT under reductive condition at a near-constant rate without any initial burst. As compared to CPT-ss-AD single-component gel, the two-component gel, CPT-ss-AD/PPMD, had a significantly higher release rate of CPT, while 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） assays also indicated highly potent cytotoxic activity against HeLa cells.

In order to examine the effects of structure stability on the degradation behaviors of multiphase La0.7Mg0.3Ni3 alloy,changes of the crystal structure and hydrogen storage properties after gas-solid cycling were investigated in *** structural analysis identifies that（La,Mg）Ni3（PuNi3-type） phase transforms to amorphous,i.e.,hydrogen-induced amorphization（HIA） occurs whereas LaNi5（CaCu5-type）,（La,Mg）2Ni7（Ce2Ni7-type）,and（La,Mg）5Ni19（Pr5Co19-type） phases still keep crystalline upon hydriding/dehydriding *** amorphization remarkably affects both the gas-solid and electrochemical storage *** plateau of PCT curves becomes narrow and steep with ***,the maximum electrochemical capacity decreases notably after gas-solid hydrogenation *** electrochemical capacity reduction could be ascribed to both drop of the maximum storage capacity and the slope of plateau induced by partial *** direct electrochemical cycling,it is suggested that the capacity decay is mainly attributed to HIA in the initial stage.

Ordered mesoporous carbons CMK-3, CMK-I coated with poly（methyl methacrylate）（PMMA）（CMK-3- PMMA and CMK-1-PMMA） and pristine mesoporous carbons CMK-3, CMK-1 were employed to adsorb vitamin B12（VB12） from water solution. Adsorption isotherm and kinetics of adsorption were investigated via batch experiments. It was found that the adsorption capacity of VB 12 at 30, 40 and 50 ℃ can reach 688.2, 572.4 and 428.7 mg/g, respectively. The adsorption isotherm can be described by Langmuir model. The pseudo first- and second-order kinetic models were employed to fit the dynamic adsorption. It was found that the dynamic adsorption follows the pseudo second-order model. The thermodynamic equilibrium coefficients obtained at different temperatures were used to evaluate the thermodynamic constants △G^0, △H^0 and △S^0. The negative value of Gibbs free energy, △G^0 indicates that the adsorption occurred via a spontaneous process. The increase in the value of-△G^0 with increasing temperature indicates that higher temperatures were favourable to the sorption process. The enthalpy values of △H^0〉40 kJ/mol（66.36 kJ/mol and 56.43 kJ/mol） for CMK-3-PMMA and CMK-1-PMMA confirm that chemisorption were involved in the adsorption process. This is consistent with the IR spectra and is another evidence for the formation of hydrogen bond between PMMA in the pore of CMK-3 and VB 12.
