The flow curves of an ultra-high nitrogen austenitic steel containing niobium(Nb) and vanadium(V) were obtained by hot compression deformation at temperatures ranging from 1000°C to 1200°C and strain rates ranging from 0.001 s-1 to 10 s-1. The mechanical behavior during hot deformation was discussed on the basis of flow curves and hot processing maps. The microstructures were analyzed via scanning electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction. The relationship between deformation conditions and grain size after dynamic recrystallization was obtained. The results show that the flow stress and peak strain both increase with decreasing temperature and increasing strain rate. The hot deformation activation energy is approximately 631 k J/mol, and a hot deformation equation is proposed.(Nb,V)N precipitates with either round, square, or irregular shapes are observed at the grain boundaries and in the matrix after deformation. According to the discussion, the hot working should be processed in the temperature range of 1050°C to 1150°C and in the strain rate range of 0.01 to 1 s-1.

The retained austenite content(RAC),the mechanical properties,and the resistance to cavitation erosion(CE)of the00Cr13Mn8Mo N steel after quenching and partitioning(Q&P)processing were *** results show that the Q&P process affected the RAC,which reached the maximum value after partitioning at 400°C for 10 *** tensile strength of the steel slightly decreased with increasing partitioning temperature and ***,the elongation and product of strength and elongation first increased and then *** sample partitioned at 400°C for 10 min exhibited the optimal property:a strength-ductility of 23.8 GPa?%.The resistance to CE for the 00Cr13Mn8Mo N steel treated by the Q&P process was improved due to work hardening,spalling,and cavitation-induced martensitic transformation of the retained austenite.

The phase diagram of an Nb- and V-containing 18Mnl8Cr0.5N steel was investigated using thermodynam ic calculation. The compositions and characteristics of precipitates were investigated by scanning electron microsco- py, energy dispersive spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, and differential scanning calorimetry. Under equilibrium con- ditions, MX precipitates at 1 350 ℃. MX is a substitutional solid solution of Nb4 N3.38, and its composition （at. %） is approximately.. Nb 40, N 40, V 8, and Fe, Cr, and Mn balance. The precipitates, with shapes including irregular bulk, rod, and ellipsoid, are primarily distributed at grain boundaries and triple junctions, and their size is approxi- mately 5 10 μm. Finally, the microalloying of high nitrogen CrMn austenite steels, control of precipitate size, and the effect of precipitate on hot formin~ were discussed.

The partitioning of nitrogen atoms and its effect on the retained austenite content(RAC)during quenching and partitioning(Q&P)process were investigated by dilatometry,X-ray diffraction,and field emission transmission electron microscopy with energy-dispersive spectrometer mapping in a 00Cr13Mn8N *** partitioning by diffusion of N atoms from martensite to austenite occurred at 400℃after quenching.N atoms are enriched in austenite after partitioning,and the stability of these N-rich austenite is improved and retained at room temperature during subsequent *** different quenching temperatures(QTs)result in different phase fractions after *** the increase in QT,RAC first increases and then decreases,and the maximum RAC is 28.5 vol.%after quenching at 80℃.A mathematical model was developed to rapidly and accurately characterize the phase fraction in Q&P process based on the relative length change of the samples partitioned after quenching at different QTs.

The pseudo-equilibrium phase diagram and continuous cooling transformation diagram of an N-containing 8％ Cr roller steel were investigated by using thermodynamic calculation,differential scanning calorimetry,Ⅹ-ray diffraction,expansion method,and so *** equilibrium conditions,the main carbonitrides are MX,M7C3,and M23C6 *** measured Ac1,Ac3,start temperature of martensitic transformation,and M7C3 transformation temperatures are 811,855,324,and 1100 ℃,*** appears at cooling rates ranging from 0.5 to 5 ℃/s and ferrite forms at grain boundaries at a cooling rate lower than 0.5 ℃/***,the effects of adding N and lowering the C content on workability and mechanical properties of common 8％Cr steel were discussed.

The hot deformation behavior of as-cast AISI M2 high-speed steel containing mischmetal （RE） has been investigated on a Gleeble-3500 simulator in the temperature range of 1000--1 150 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.01- 10 s 1 at true strain of 1.0. The mechanical behavior has been characterized using stress-strain curve analysis, kinetic analysis, processing maps, etc. Metallographic investigation was performed to evaluate the mechanism of flow insta- bility. The results show that the deformation activation energy decreases with increasing deformation temperature; the efficiency of power dissipation increases with decreasing strain rate and increasing temperature; flow instability is observed at low-to-medium temperature and higher strain rate region when the strain is smaller, but extends to lower strain rate and high temperature regions with the increment of strain, in which it is manifested as flow localization near the grain boundary. Hot deformation equations and processing maps are obtained. The optimal processing window is suggested and the deformation mechanism is dynamic recrystallization （DRX）.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

Bloch oscillations(BOs),an important transport phenomenon,have been studied extensively in static systems but remain mysterious in Floquet ***,by harnessing notions from photonic analogy,we propose a generalization of the existing BOs in photonic Floquet lattices,namely the“photonic Floquet–Bloch oscillations”,which refer to rescaled photonic Bloch oscillations with a period of extended least common multiple of the modulation period and the Bloch oscillation ***,we report the first visual observation of such photonic Floquet–Bloch oscillations(FBOs)by employing waveguide fluorescence *** significantly,the FBOs surpass the existing BOs in Floquet systems and exhibit exotic properties on their own,including fractal spectrum and fractional Floquet *** new transport mechanism offers an intriguing method of wave manipulation that may contribute to rapidly developing fields in photonics,condensed matter physics,and quantum physics.
