Molecular subtyping of breast cancer may provide additional prognostic information regarding patient outcome. The epidermal growth factor receptor （HER2） overexpressing breast cancers are designated as HER2-postive （HER2＋） breast cancer and carry a particularly unfavorable prognosis. We present two cases of HER2-postive metastatic breast cancer （MBC） who are found to be a challenge to treat, especially due to the occurrence of brain metastasis. Trastuzumab-based therapy improves clinical outcomes, even if the patient has undergone multi-line treatment. These case reports also emphasize the importance of retesting HER2 status because it can be discordance in receptor status between primary and recurrent breast cancer.

The role of multigene assays in chemotherapy decision-making in patients with early invasive breast cancer has been widely *** 2017,the American Society of Clinical Oncology(ASCO)clinical guidelines for multigene profiling assays focused on increasing the intensity of recommendations for the clinical use of MammaPrint®.[1]The 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)staging system,officially launched in 2018,established the concept of prognostic staging for the first time,adding the use of non-anatomical information to evaluate the ***,Oncotype Dx®was recommended for suitable patients based on Level I ***,five testing techniques,Oncotype Dx®,MammaPrint®,EndoPredict®,PAM50®,and BCI,were formally incorporated into the system.[2]To assist breast disease specialists in China in their selection of appropriate multigene profiling assays and detection methods for patients,and also to instill caution on decision-making with reference to multigene assays,the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery(CSBrS)has,through literature investigation and expert discussion,provided information on the key clinical problems and guidelines for the use of multigene assays,evaluating the evidence with reference to the Grades of Recommendations Assessment development and Evaluation(GRAde)*** with the availability of these assays in China,the clinical practice guidelines for multigene assays were formulated and *** purpose of this guideline is to provide a reference for clinicians specializing in breast diseases in China.

Porous carbon fibers are promising cathodes for zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHSs)owing to their abundant active sites,great conductivity,and stable physical and chemical ***,designing a proper preparation technique to regulate the microstructure of carbon fibers still remains a great ***,a poly vinylpyrrolidone/po-lyacry lonitrile(PVP/PAN)-derived porous carbon fiber is developed via the PVP/PAN blend electrospinning and hydrothermal selective PVP removal *** hydrothermal selective PVP removal strategy can effectively avoid a cross-linking between PVP and PAN during the traditional stabilization at air *** PVP/PAN-derived porous carbon fiber,the sufficient micropores provide abundant space for the Zn^(2+)storage,whereas the proper mesopores contribute to the fast ion *** hierarchical porous structures endow ZHSs with high specific capacity and high-rate *** ZHS assembled with the optimal PVP/PAN-derived porous carbon fiber(PVP-PANC-0.8)displays an outstanding specific capacity of 208 mAh·g^(-1),high rate capability(49.5%)from 0.5 to 5 A·g^(-1),and 72.25%capacity retention after 10,000 cycles at 0.5 A·g^(-1).

Many countries have adopted higher-valent pediatric combination vaccines to simplify vaccination schedules and minimize health expenditures and social ***,China is conservative in the use of pediatric combina-tion *** reviewing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data,in this commentary we identify gaps and challenges to combination vaccine use and make recommendations for promoting use of higher-valent pediatric combination vaccines in *** are in four dimensions:(1)legislation and regulation,(2)immunization schedule design,(3)vaccine awareness and price,and(4)research and development *** optimize the use of combination vaccines to reduce vaccine-preventable disease burden,we make recommendations that address key challenges:(1)develop policies and regulations to strengthen enforcement of the Vaccine Administration Law and remove regulatory hurdles that hinder combination vaccine research and development,(2)establish an evi-dence-informed policy-making mechanism for combination vaccines,(3)resolve immunization schedule conflicts between monovalent and combination vaccines,and(4)implement effective interventions to increase vaccine awareness and reduce price.

Gas turbines play core roles in clean energy supply and the construction of comprehensive energy *** control performance of primary frequency modulation of gas turbines has a great impact on the frequency control of the power ***,there are some control difficulties in the primary frequency modulation control of gas turbines,such as the coupling effect of the fuel control loop and speed control loop,slow tracking speed,and so *** relieve the abovementioned difficulties,a control strategy based on the desired dynamic equation proportional integral(Dde-PI)is proposed in this *** on the parameter stability region,a parameter tuning procedure is *** is carried out to address the ease of use and simplicity of the proposed tuning ***,Dde-PI is applied to the primary frequency modulation system of an MS6001B heavy-duty gas *** simulation results indicate that the gas turbine with the proposed strategy can obtain the best control performance with a strong ability to deal with system *** proposed method shows good engineering application potential.

developing highly sensitive optical thermometers is of great significance due to their capability to enable remote and non-contact temperature measurements, rendering them highly applicable in diverse and harsh environments. Herein we report a temperature-dependent phosphor of 0D metal halide hybrid by incorporating Bi^(3+)into the(MePPh_(3))_(2)ZnCl_(4) matrix. Through Bi^(3+)doping,the initially non-luminescent(MePPh_(3))_(2) ZnCl_(4) matrix exhibits a deep-blue emission centered at 453 nm, with a photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) of 5.71% and a Stokes shift of 75 nm at room temperature. Experimental characterization demonstrates that exciton-like luminescence of Bi^(3+)is mainly responsible for the blue emission. Single crystals of Bi^(3+)-doped(MePPh_(3))_(2)ZnCl_(4) show an unusual correlation between photoluminescence(PL) lifetime and temperature. Particularly, the dependence of luminescence lifetime on temperature is most remarkable in the temperature range of 80 to 100 K with an exceptional sensitivity up to 0.09 K^(-1), representing one of the best levels for thermometry based on PL decay lifetime. Our work not only provides a viable strategy for designing a novel, environmentally friendly, and stable blue emitter, but also paves the way for precise thermometric application at low temperature.

Thermoelectric materials possess the unique capability to convert thermal energy into electric energy and vice versa, making them promising for waste heat recovery and efficient cooling systems. Currently, extensively investigated thermoelectric materials such as Bi2Te3,PbTe and GeTe exhibit superior thermoelectric properties at room temperature and medium temperature ***, the broad application of these thermoelectric materials has been impeded by the high cost and restricted accessibility of Te and Ge in the earth's crust. Over the past few years, researchers have shown increasing interest in PbSe-and PbS-based materials, primarily attributed to their abundant elemental supply and relatively low costs. The assessment of research progress and a comprehensive overview of optimization strategies in time can significantly contribute to further improving the thermoelectric performance. These strategies include optimizing carrier concentration(aliovalent doping, dynamic doping and defect state), enhancing density-of-state effective mass(band convergence, band flattening and energy filtering effect), optimizing carrier mobility(band sharpening and band alignment) and reducing lattice thermal conductivity(all-scale hierarchical defect structures designing). This systematic summary and analysis provide novel insights and perspectives for the development of thermoelectric materials.

Iron-metal clusters are crucial in a variety of critical biological and material systems,including metalloenzymes,catalysts,and magnetic storage ***,a synthetic high-nuclear iron cluster has been absent due to the extreme difficulty in stabilizing species with direct iron-iron *** this work,we have synthesized,crystallized,and characterized a（Tp*）4W4S12(Fe@Fe12) cluster(Tp*=tris（3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl）borate（1-）),which features a rare trideca-nuclear,icosahedral[Fe@Fe12] cluster core with direct multicenter iron-iron bonding between the interstitial iron（Fei） and peripheral irons（Fep）,as well as Fep…Fepferromagnetic *** chemistry studies reveal that the stability of the cluster arises from the 18-electron shell-closing of the [Fe@Fe12]16+core,assisted by its bonding interactions with the peripheral tridentate [（Tp*）WS3]4-ligands which possess both S→Fe donation and spin-polarized Fe-Wσ *** ground-state electron spin is theoretically predicted to be S=32/2 for the *** existence of low oxidation-state（OS～+1.23） iron in this compound may find interesting applications in magnetic storage,spintronics,redox chemistry,and cluster catalysis.

Bimetallic oxides are attractive anode materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to their large theoretical ***,the low conductivity,short cycle life,and poor rate capability are the bottlenecks for their further *** overcome above issues,the basket-like polymolybdate(NiP_(6)Mo_(18))and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were uniformly embedded on the urchin-shaped CoNiO_(2)nanospheres to yield a ternary composites CoNiO_(2)@NiP_(6)Mo_(18)/CNTs via electrostatic *** multi-level morphology of urchin spinules accelerates the diffusion rate of Li^(+);CNT improves the conductivity and enhances cycle stability of the material;and heteropoly acid contributes more redox activity ***,CoNiO_(2)@NiP_(6)Mo_(18)/CNTs as an anode of LIBs exhibits a high initial capacity(1396.7 mA h g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1)),long-term cycling stability(750.2 mA h g^(−1)after 300 cycles),and rate performance(450.3 mA h g^(−1)at 2 A g^(−1)),which are superior to reported metallic oxides anode of *** density functional theory(DFT)and kinetic mechanism suggest that CoNiO_(2)@NiP_(6)Mo_(18)/CNTs delivers an outstanding pseudocapacitance and rapid Li^(+)diffusion behaviors,which is due to the rich surface area of the urchin-like CoNiO_(2)with the uniform embeddedness of NiP_(6)Mo_(18)and *** study provides a new idea for optimizing the performance of bimetallic oxides and developing high-rate lithium-ion battery composites.
