Using photodynamic therapy(PDT)to treat deep-seated cancers is limited due to inefficient delivery of photosensitizers and low tissue penetration of *** nanocarriers are widely used for photosensitizer delivery,while the self-quenching of the encapsulated photosensitizers would impair the PDT ***,the generated short-lived reactive oxygen spieces(ROS)can hardly diffuse out of nanocarriers,resulting in low PDT ***,a smart nanocarrier system which can be degraded by light,followed by photosensitizer activation can potentially overcome these limitations and enhance the PDT efficacy.A light-sensitive polymer nanocarrier encapsulating photosensitizer(RB-M)was *** implantable wireless dual wavelength microLED device which delivers the two light wavelengths sequentially was developed to programmatically control the release and activation of the loaded *** transmitter coils with matching resonant frequencies allow activation of the connected LEDs to emit different wavelengths *** irradiation time,dose,and RB-M concentration were determined using an agent-based digital simulation *** vitro and in vivo validation experiments in an orthotopic rat liver hepatocellular carcinoma disease model confirmed that the nanocarrier rupture and sequential low dose light irradiation strategy resulted in successful PDT at reduced photosensitizer and irradiation dose,which is a clinically significant event that enhances treatment safety.

Iron-metal clusters are crucial in a variety of critical biological and material systems,including metalloenzymes,catalysts,and magnetic storage ***,a synthetic high-nuclear iron cluster has been absent due to the extreme difficulty in stabilizing species with direct iron-iron *** this work,we have synthesized,crystallized,and characterized a（Tp*）4W4S12(Fe@Fe12) cluster(Tp*=tris（3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl）borate（1-）),which features a rare trideca-nuclear,icosahedral[Fe@Fe12] cluster core with direct multicenter iron-iron bonding between the interstitial iron（Fei） and peripheral irons（Fep）,as well as Fep…Fepferromagnetic *** chemistry studies reveal that the stability of the cluster arises from the 18-electron shell-closing of the [Fe@Fe12]16+core,assisted by its bonding interactions with the peripheral tridentate [（Tp*）WS3]4-ligands which possess both S→Fe donation and spin-polarized Fe-Wσ *** ground-state electron spin is theoretically predicted to be S=32/2 for the *** existence of low oxidation-state（OS～+1.23） iron in this compound may find interesting applications in magnetic storage,spintronics,redox chemistry,and cluster catalysis.

Detection and analysis of landslide geomorphology based on UAV vertical photogrammetry

High-resolution landslide images are required for detailed geomorphological analysis in complex topographic environment with steep and vertical landslide *** study proposed a vertical route planning method for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),which could achieve rapid image collection based on strictly calculated route *** effectiveness of this method was verified using a DJI Mavic 2 Pro,obtaining high-resolution landslide images within the Dongchuan debris flow gully,in the Xiaojiang River Basin,Dongchuan District,Yunnan,China.A three-dimensional(3D)model was constructed by the structure-from-motion and multi-view stereo(SfM-MVS).Micro-geomorphic features were analyzed through visual interpretation,geographic information system(GIS),spatial analysis,and mathematical statistics *** results demonstrated that the proposed method could obtain comprehensive vertical information on landslides while improving measurement *** 3D model was constructed using the vertically oriented flight route to achieve centimeter-level accuracy(horizontal accuracy better than 6 cm,elevation accuracy better than 3 cm,and relative accuracy better than 3.5 cm).The UAV technology could further help understand the micro internal spatial and structural characteristics of landslides,facilitating intuitive acquisition of surface *** slope of landslide clusters ranged from 36°to 72°,with the majority of the slope facing east and *** elevation levels were relatively consistent while middle to lower elevation levels gradually decreased from left to right with significant variations in lower elevation *** the rainy season,surface runoff was abundant,and steep topography exacerbated changes in surface *** route method is suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)landslide surveys in complex mountainous *** geomorphological analysis methods used will provide references for identifying and describing topographic

Highly anti-corrosive NiFe LDHs–NiFe alloy hybrid enables long-term stable alkaline seawater electrolysis

Owing to the significant potential of alkalin seawater electrolysis for converting surplus power into eco friendly hydrogen fuel,we developed bifunctional elec trodes that integrate low-crystalline NiFe LDHs and amorphous NiFe alloy on a Ni foam （NF） substrate to enhance this *** by the battery-like charac teristics of NiFe LDHs,an anti-corrosive and active oute layer of NiFevacOOH continuously forms over time in th hybrid on the anode for the oxygen evolution reaction（OER）,effectively mitigating powder shedding caused by corrosion induced by multiple anions in *** while,the strong bond between the hybrid and the NF substrate maintains intact hybrid coatings to ensure a rel atively high overall conductivity of the electrodes,signif icantly reducing the negative effects of structura degradation during the OER and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER）,as well as the accumulation of contami nants on the electrode *** long-term tests,thes bifunctionalhybridelectrodesmaintained stable performance,even at a high current density o500 mA·*** cell voltage increased by only 88 m V over 1000 h to 1.970 V during saline electrolysis and by103 mV over 500 h to 2.062 V during seawater electroly ***,this study provides valuable insights into efficient and stable seawater electrolysis using NiFe LDHs–NiFe alloy hybrids.

Background:Based on network pharmacology and molecular docking,the present study investigated the mechanism of curcumin(CUR)in diabetic retinopathy ***:Based on the DisGeNET,Swiss TargetPrediction,GeneCards,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,Gene Expression Omnibus,and Comparative Toxicogenomics Database,the intersection core targets of CUR and diabetic retinopathy were *** intersection target was imported into the STRING database to obtain the protein-protein interaction *** to the Database for Annotation,Visualization and Integrated Discovery database,the intersected targets were enriched in Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes *** Cytoscape 3.9.1 is used to make the drug-target-disease-pathway *** mechanism of CUR and diabetic retinopathy was further verified by molecular docking and molecular dynamics ***:There were 203 intersecting targets of CUR and diabetic retinopathy identified.1320 GO entries were enriched for GO functions,which were primarily involved in the composition of cells such as identical protein binding,protein binding,enzyme binding,*** was found that 175 pathways were enriched using Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment methods,which were mainly included in the lipid and atherosclerosis,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,pathways in cancer,*** the molecular docking analysis,CUR was found to have a good ability to bind to the core targets of albumin,IL-1B,and *** binding of albumin to CUR was further verified by molecular dynamics ***:As a result of this study,CUR may exert a role in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy through multi-target and multi-pathway regulation,which indicates a possible direction of future research.

利用高光谱数据对湿地植被进行识别历来是植被遥感研究的重点之一。高光谱遥感数据包含更加细致的植被光谱特征,为高光谱植被识别提供了强有力的手段。以洱海东岸海滨为研究区,测取了3种典型湿地植被(菰、芦、槐叶蘋)的高光谱数据作为目标样本。对原始光谱进行一阶微分、包络线去除变换并分析其光谱特征,采用连续投影(SPA)、竞争性自适应重加权采样(CARS)两种特征变量选择算法选取原始光谱及其变换光谱中的特征波长,最后基于全波段数据以及特征波长选取后的数据分别建立支持向量机(SVM)、随机森林(RF)、径向基(RBF)神经网络的识别模型。结果表明:SPA与CARS算法对高光谱数据都有良好的降维效果,选取出的特征波长数量在5~18之间。对比组合不同的光谱变换处理与特征波长提取方法进行模建实验,包络线去除-SPA-SVM模型识别三类目标样本表现最好,其识别精度为0.9375,此时选取用于输入建模的特征波长数量仅为10个,占全波段的4.7%,极大的降低了模型的运算时间,而且选取的特征波长中,70%都位于特征吸收带内,其分布可以较好的反应植被化学成分差异导致的光谱吸收特征规律。实验结果表明利用光谱变换、特征选择后建模的高光谱植被识别是可行的,可以为其他湿地植被识别方法提供参考。

在生产调度的过程中,设备常常因加工不同作业而承受不同负载即异构负载,设备受异构负载的影响导致其加工每项作业过程中的退化速率不同,从而影响生产调度与维修计划的排程,进而带来资源闲置和时间成本增加的问题.为了解决该问题,在考虑异构负载影响下,提出单机调度与预测性维修的联合策略,以最小总加权期望完成时间为目标构建相应的集成模型.对单机调度过程中受异构负载影响的设备,建立基于维纳过程的退化模型,根据其退化规律,推导相应设备剩余寿命的累积分布函数.通过数值实验,分别针对异构负载与平均负载的情况比较相应集成模型的优化结果,结果表明了在集成模型中考虑异构负载的必要性,并通过参数灵敏度分析验证了所建集成模型的有效性.

基于多成分含量测定的制何首乌煮散饮片与原饮片煎煮质量比较研究

【目的】建立制何首乌提取液多成分含量测定方法,比较制何首乌煮散饮片与传统饮片煎煮过程中化学成分的变化规律,为中药煮散饮片的制备和临床应用提供科学依据。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定没食子酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素等主要成分的含量,以出膏率、醇溶性浸出物作为评价指标,考察标准汤剂煎煮法和非标准汤剂煎煮法对制何首乌煮散饮片和原饮片提取液的影响。【结果】非标准汤剂煎煮法:制何首乌煮散饮片中没食子酸、5-羟甲基糠醛、2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素等指标性成分含量均显著性提高,提升比例分别为71.18%、141.67%、146.29%、150.00%、625.00%、296.00%,尤其是大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷提升了7.25倍。标准汤剂煎煮法:制何首乌煮散饮片中上述指标性成分含量均显著性提高,提升比例分别为28.09%、10.53%、66.01%、45.45%、316.67%、65.85%,尤其是大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷提升了4.17倍。采用标准汤剂煎煮法的煮散饮片各指标含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)在10%以内。【结论】制何首乌煮散饮片指标性成分溶出和质量均一性均优于原饮片,可提高临床用药的精准性,需酌情减量使用。

目的探讨栀子苷(geniposide,GE)改善风湿热痹证胶原性关节炎(collagen induced arthritis,CIA)大鼠血管新生的作用是否与调控热休克蛋白70(heat shock proteins 70,HSP70)的释放有关。方法在大鼠背部和尾根部多点皮内注射完全弗氏佐剂(complete Freund’s adjuvant,CFA)与鸡Ⅱ型胶原蛋白(chicken type II collagen,CCII)等体积混合物,构建CIA模型,在此基础上,给予风湿热刺激,建立风湿热痹证CIA大鼠(CIA rats with moist heat arthralgia spasm syndrome,CIA-S)模型。造模成功后随机分组,给药组分别用GE(60、120 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))、MTX(0.5 mg·kg^(-1)·3d^(-1))灌胃两周,取材。观察大鼠体质量、关节炎指数(arthritis index,AI)等评价模型情况,关节表面温度和血流变指标评价热痹模型热属性,HE染色观察大鼠滑膜病理,多普勒彩超检测血流信号,免疫组化和Westren blot法检测滑膜组织HSP70、CD31、VEGF含量,ELISA法检测大鼠血清HSP70含量。EdU染色、细胞划痕和Transwell迁移实验以及成管实验探究HSP70对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(human umbilic vein endothelial cells,HUVECs)的增殖、迁移、成管能力的影响。结果与空白组相比,CIA-S组关节肿胀,热属性明显,血管新生强烈,滑膜组织异常增生,炎性细胞浸润,可见微血管形成;CIA-S组与CIA组比较,关节红肿程度加重,炎症峰值提前、持续时间延长,消退缓慢,血管新生与HSP70表达更为强烈。GE给药组呈剂量依赖性,有效改善关节炎症状,减少HSP70含量。细胞实验结果表明,GE抑制HSP70的表达和释放,进而抑制HSP70诱导的HUVECs增殖、迁移和成管能力增强。结论GE有可能通过抑制HSP70的释放改善风湿热痹证CIA大鼠血管新生,进而改善关节炎。
