由于医学图像分割领域缺乏高质量的标注数据,半监督学习方法在医学图像语义分割任务中受到高度重视.为了充分利用卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)和Transformer在半监督学习中的优势,本文提出一种基于CNN与Transformer交叉教学的半监督医学图像分割方法.该方法将经典的深度协同训练从一致性正则化简化为交叉教学,利用循环伪标签方案使两个网络的预测差异转换为无监督损失,以鼓励两个网络具有一致的低熵预测.所提方法在ISIC 2018数据集上进行实验,在采用20%的标注比例时,Dice系数和Jaccard系数分别达到87.25%和79.17%,相比于监督U-Net++的训练结果分别提升了2.89%和3.53%,并且优于目前主流的半监督学习方法,验证了所提方法在半监督医学图像分割上的有效性和泛化性.

The variability in multi-pulse gamma-ray bursts(GRBs)may help to reveal the mechanism of underlying processes from the central *** investigate whether the self-organized criticality(SOC)phenomena exist in the prompt phase of GRBs,we statistically study the proper ties of GRBs with more than 3 pulses in each burst by fitting the distributions of several observed physical variables with a Markov Chain Monte Carlo approach,including the isotropic energy E_(iso),the duration time T,and the peak count rate P of each *** sample consists of 454 pulses in 93 GRBs observed by the CGRO/BATSE *** best-fitting values and uncertainties for these power-law indices of the differential frequency distributions are:α_(E)^(d)=1.54±0.09,α_(T)^(d)=1.82_(-0.15)^(+0.14)andα_(P)^(d)=2.09_(-0.19)^(0.18),while the power-law indices in the cumulative frequency distributions are:α_(E)^(c)=1.44_(-0.10)^(+0.08),α_(T)^(c)=1.75_(-0.13)^(0.11)andα_(P)^(c)=1.99_(-0.19)^(+0.16).We find that these distributions are roughly consistent with the physical framework of a Fractal-Diffusive,Self^Organized Criticality(FD-SOC)system with the spatial dimension S=3 and the classical diffusionβ=*** results support that the jet responsible for the GRBs should be magnetically dominated and magnetic instabilities(e.g.,kink model,or tearing-model instability)lead the GRB emission region into the SOC state.

Recently software crowdsourcing has become a viable development paradigm for Software-as-a-Service （SaaS） ecosystems. TopCoder, one of the largest competi- tive programming communities, enables enterprises to tap into its global talent pool and crowdsource a variety of SaaS development tasks including requirement analysis, architec- ture design, code, and testing. Many researchers have pro- posed auction-based modelling methods to characterize gen- eral software crowdsourcing. But there are few papers on the comprehensive analysis of SaaS crowdsourcing process and developer community. This paper introduces a holistic analysis framework to model the SaaS-oriented software crowdsourcing from two dimensions： individual behavior in crowdsourcing contests and collective competition in the community. The framework includes a game-theoretical model to describe the compet- itive nature of software crowdsourcing process. Moreover, the framework defines a competition network to characterize the topological properties of a crowdsourcing community for SaaS development. The analysis of this model indicates that the success of a competitive software crowdsourcing project essentially depends upon the networks of key participants with sufficient skills and dedication for the project. This is validated by a large historical data collected from the Top- Coder website over a ten-year period.

Marginal Land-based Biomass Energy Production in China

Fast economic development in China has resulted in a significant increase in energy demand. Coal accounts for 70% of China＇s primary energy consumption and its combustion has caused many environmental and health problems. Energy security and environmental protection requirements are the main drivers for renewable energy development in China. Small farmland and food security make bioenergy derived from corn or sugarcane unacceptable to China： the focus should be on generating bioenergy from lignocellulosic feedstock sources. As China cannot afford biomass energy production from its croplands, marginal lands may play an important role in biomass energy production. Although on a small scale, marginal land has already been used for various purposes. It is estimated that some 45 million hm2 of marginal land could be brought into high potential biomass energy production. For the success of such an initiative, it will likely be necessary to develop multipurpose plants. A case study, carried out on marginal land in Ningnan County, Sichuan Province with per capita cropland of 0.07 ha, indicated that some 380 000 tons of dry biomass could be produced each year from annual pruning of mulberry trees. This study supports the feasibility of producing large quantities of biomass from marginal land sources.

提升农村女性数字素养是助力数字乡村建设、全面推进乡村振兴的重要内容。采用中国综合调查2017年数据,基于1 272个有效样本,从操作域、信息域、交流域、内容创作域和安全伦理域5个递进的素养域层面,不仅关注农村女性自身数字素养表现,还通过城乡女性对比以及农村男性和女性对比,全方位深刻探究当前中国农村女性群体数字素养现状。在此基础上,提出从全面加强农村数字化基础设施建设、扎实强化操作域数字素养、重点提升商务交易数字素养以及聚焦个体特征差异化分类施策4个方面科学助力农村女性数字素养提升,促进农村女性高质量发展。

【目的】利用果蝇作为宿主比较单增李斯特菌Listeria monocytogenes、格氏李斯特菌L. grayi以及威尔斯李斯特菌L. welshimeri侵染后触发果蝇S2细胞基因表达模式的异同,为探究宿主的先天免疫防御机制以及不同种李斯特菌的致病差异机制提供一定的研究基础。【方法】单增李斯特菌、格氏李斯特菌以及威尔斯李斯特菌分别侵染果蝇S2细胞3 h后,利用转录组测序技术检测果蝇S2细胞中的mRNA表达谱,并利用生物信息学方法筛选出差异表达基因(DEGs),然后对这些基因进行GO注释和KEGG分析,最后采用qRT-PCR技术验证5个Toll和Imd通路相关的抗菌肽基因的转录水平。【结果】单增李斯特菌、格氏李斯特菌和威尔斯李斯特菌侵染3 h后果蝇S2细胞中共有18个DEGs,特有DEGs分别为104、28和33个。3种李斯特菌侵染组共有的DEGs被注释到代谢过程、细胞过程、细胞器、对刺激反应和免疫系统过程等共有的GO条目;此外,单增李斯特菌侵染组特有的DEGs被注释到生物黏附、参与化学突触传递的突触前过程、生物过程的负调节、核酸结合转录因子活性和信号转导器活性等特有GO条目;格氏李斯特菌侵染组特有的DEGs被注释到多个生物体过程、细胞外区域等特有GO条目;威尔斯李斯特菌侵染组特有的DEGs则被注释到发育过程及膜包裹腔等特有GO条目。KEGG分析结果显示,3种李斯特菌侵染组的DEGs均富集到了Toll/Imd信号通路。qRT-PCR验证5个Toll和Imd通路相关的抗菌肽基因转录水平,定量结果与测序结果基本吻合。【结论】3种不同李斯特菌侵染后触发S2细胞的转录表达模式具有一定的相似性,但同时也存在不同之处,这些差异存在的信号通路可能与3种李斯特菌在S2细胞中的致病力强弱存在相关性。

Applying functional differentiation to the density field with Newtonian gravity,we obtain the static,nonlinear equation of the three-point correlation functionζof galaxies to the third order density *** make the equation closed and perform renormalization of the mass and the Jeans *** the boundary condition inferred from observations,we obtain the third order solutionζ(r,u,θ)at fixed u=2,which is positive,exhibits a Ushape along the angleθ,and decreases monotonously along the radial r up to the range r≤30 h^(-1)Mpc in our *** corresponding reduced Q(r,u,θ)deviates from 1 of the Gaussian case,has a deeper U-shape alongθ,and varies non-monotonously along *** third order solution agrees with the SDSS data of galaxies,quite close to the previous second order solution,especially at large *** indicates that the equations of correlation functions with increasing orders of density perturbation provide a stable description of the nonlinear galaxy system.

目的分析合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对子宫内膜癌患者组织中P53、卵泡抑素样蛋白1(FSTL1)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、细胞分裂周期蛋白2(Cdc2)表达的影响。方法将2020年11月-2023年11月荆州市中心医院收治的98例子宫内膜癌患者为研究组,另选取同期106例子宫肌瘤患者为对照组,比较两组患者组织中HPV感染情况及P53、FSTL1、NF-κB、Cdc2表达水平,分析HPV感染、P53、FSTL1、NF-κB、Cdc2蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌患者临床特征的关系及HPV感染与P53、FSTL1、NF-κB、Cdc2蛋白表达的关系。结果与对照组比较,研究组HPV、P53、NF-κB、Cdc2阳性比例(33.67%vs.2.83%、44.90%vs.0.00%、78.57%vs.30.19%、38.78%vs.0.00%)更高(P<0.05),FSTL1阳性比例(20.41%vs.67.92%)更低(P<0.05)。HPV阳性子宫内膜癌患者国际妇产科联合会(FIGO)分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期占比更高(P<0.05);FIGO分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、肌层浸润程度≥1/2子宫内膜癌患者P53、NF-κB阳性占比更高(P<0.05);FIGO分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移子宫内膜癌患者FSTL1阳性占比更低(P<0.05);FIGO分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期子宫内膜癌患者Cdc2阳性占比更高(P<0.05);HPV阳性子宫内膜癌患者P53、NF-κB、Cdc2阳性占比更高(P<0.05),FSTL1阴性占比更高(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者HPV感染风险高,可影响P53、FSTL1、NF-κB、Cdc2在组织中的表达,进而促进疾病的发生及发展。
