These da.s, the most relia.le wa. to detect a.d mea.ure MI is via.ca.diova.cula. ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing (CMR). a.ms a.d Objectives : To eva.ua.e the effectiveness of the Electroca.diogra. DETERMINE Score in predicting the severity of corona.y a.tery disea.e (Ca.) in pa.ients who ha.e experienced a. a.ute Myoca.dia. Infa.ction (a.I) & to a.sess improvements in left ventricula. function a. 6 months following corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.ting (Ca.G). Subjects a.d Methods : This Observa.iona. cohort study wa. done a. the Ca.diology a.d Ra.iology depa.tment a.d ca.dia. surgery depa.tment, a.-a.ha. university hospita.s a.d Helwa. University hospita.. The study involved 700 ca.es who pa.ients dia.nosed with a.ute Myoca.dia. Infa.ction a.d fulfilled specific criteria.for selection. Result : There wa. highly sta.istica.ly significa.t rela.ion between Myoca.dia. infa.ction size a.d ECG Ma.ker Score a. mea. infa.ct size eleva.ed When the number of ECG ma.kers increa.ed. There wa. a.highly sta.istica.ly significa.t rela.ion between myoca.dia. infa.ct segments, myoca.dia. infa.ction size a.d improvement of ca.dia. function 6 months post-Ca.G. Conclusion: The study found tha. la.ger myoca.dia. infa.ctions corresponded with higher DETERMINE Scores. It concluded tha. a. ECG-ba.ed score better estima.es infa.ct size tha. LVEF a.one. a.ditiona.ly, there wa. a.significa.t sta.istica. correla.ion between the size a.d segmenta.ion of myoca.dia. infa.ction a.d better ca.dia. function six months a.ter Ca.G.
