Charge density wave(CDw)is a phenomenon that occurs in materials,accompanied by changes in their intrinsic electronic *** study of CDw and its modulation in materials holds tremendous significance in materials research,as it provides a unique approach to controlling the electronic properties of ***_(2) is a typical layered material with a CDw phase at low *** V substitution for Ti in TiSe_(2),we tuned the carrier concentration in V_(x)Ti_(1-x)Se_(2) to study how its electronic structures ***-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES)shows that the band-folding effect is sustained with the doping level up to 10%,indicating the persistence of the CDw phase,even though the band structure is strikingly different from that of the parent compound TiSe_(2).Though CDw can induce the band fold effect with a driving force from the perspective of electronic systems,our studies suggest that this behavior could be maintained by lattice distortion of the CDw phase,even if band structures deviate from the electron-driven CDw *** work provides a constraint for understanding the CDw mechanism in TiSe_(2),and highlights the role of lattice distortion in the band-folding effect.

Due to their simple hardware,sensor nodes in IoT are vulnerable to attack,leading to data routing blockages or malicious tampering,which significantly disrupts secure data *** Intelligent Active Probing and Trace-back Scheme for IoT Anomaly Detection(APTAD)is proposed to collect integrated IoT data by recruiting Mobile Edge Users(MEUs).(a)An intelligent unsupervised learning approach is used to identify anomalous data from the collected data by MEUs and help to identify anomalous nodes.(b)Recruit MEUs to trace back and propose a series of trust calculation methods to determine the trust of nodes.(c)The last,the number of active detection packets and detection paths are designed,so as to accurately identify the trust of nodes in IoT at the minimum cost of the network.A large number of experimental results show that the recruiting cost and average anomaly detection time are reduced by 6.5 times and 34.33%respectively,while the accuracy of trust identification is improved by 20%.

The development of core-shell nanoclusters with controllable composition is of utmost importance as the material properties depend on their constituent ***,precisely tuning their compositions at the atomic scale is not easily achieved because of the difficulty of using limited macroscopic synthetic methods for atomic-level *** this work,we report an interesting example of precisely regulating the core composition of an inorganic core-shell-type cobalt polyoxoniobate[Co_(26)nb_(36)O_(140)]^(32−)by controlling reaction conditions,in which the inner Co-core composition could be tune while retaining the outer nb-shell composition of resulting product,leading to a series of isostructural species with a general formula of{Co_(26-n)nb_(36+n)O_(140)}(n=0–2).These rare species not only can display good powder and single-crystal proton conductivities,but also might provide helpful and atomic-level insights into the syntheses,structures and composition modifications of inorganic amorphous core-shell heterometal oxide nanoparticles.

0 InTRODUCTIOn To relieve the short supply of suitable land for residing,cultivating,and commerce,it is accepted to reclaim land from lakes,river estuaries,and coastal regions in many countries(Mancini et al.,2020).The large-scale reclamation activities have an irreversible effect on the mico-geomorphology and hydrodynamic system of seasonally flooded areas(Zhang et al.,2019;Yu et al.,2018).For example,coastal regions reclaimed extended the groundwater flow paths,as well as created groundwater level rise,resulting in water-logging in the reclaimed area(Hu et al.,2008).Similar changes in groundwater flow systems may alter groundwater-lake water interactions,and it can ultimately affect the water cycle in the lake ***,such detailed studies are presently *** addition,natural exchanges between the lake and groundwater systems can be strongly affected by physical hydrological processes(Javadzadeh et al.,2020),chemical properties(Kamtchueng et al.,2015),and bioto behavior(Hancock et al.,2005).

Interfacial stress engineering toward enhancement of ferroelectricity in Al doped HfO2 thin films

Ferroelectric HfO2 has attracted much attention ow.ng to its superior ferroelectricity at an ultra-thin thickness and good compatibility with Si-based complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) technology. However, the crystallization of polar orthorhombic phase (o-phase) HfO2 is less competitive, which greatly limits the ferroelectricity of the as-obtained ferroelectric HfO2 thin films. Fortunately, the crystallization of o-phase HfO2 can be thermodynamically modulated via interfacial stress engineering. In this paper, the growth of improved ferroelectric Al doped HfO2 (HfO2:Al) thin films on (111)-oriented Si substrate has been reported. Structural analysis has suggested that nonpolar monoclinic HfO2:Al grown on (111)-oriented Si substrate suffered from a strong compressive strain, which promoted the crystallization of (111)-oriented o-phase HfO2 in the as-grown HfO2:Al thin films. In addition, the in-plane lattice of (111)-oriented Si substrate matches well with that of (111)-oriented o-phase HfO2, which further thermally stabilizes the o-phase HfO2. Accordingly, an improved ferroelectricity with a remnant polarization (2P(r)) of 26.7 mu C/cm(2) has been obtained. The results shown in this work provide a simple way toward the preparation of improved ferroelectric HfO2 thin films.

针对乌龙江段受海水倒灌影响出现的周期性咸潮污染现象,通过中试考察了超滤-纳滤双膜工艺在该种水质下的运行适应性以及膜污染情况。结果表明,双膜工艺在周期性咸潮污染水质情况下具有较好的污染物去除能力,保障出水安全的能力较强。在原水浊度为310 nTU、电导率为5 960μS/cm、Cl^(-)浓度为1 987 mg/L和SO_(4)^(2-)浓度为327 mg/L时,出水各常规水质指标仍能稳定达标,出水浊度保持在0.1 nTU以下,电导率、Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)去除率分别达到98.96%、99.32%和99.89%,且在长期运行过程中较为稳定。对其他离子指标如Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)和F-也均能实现较好的去除,平均去除率分别达到97.55%、99.60%和97.68%,且出水中各项微生物指标也均未检出。超滤工艺的膜污染以滤饼层污染为主,污染物质堆积在膜表面形成滤饼,并堵塞一部分膜孔。
