We fabricated the spheroid neutron diffractometer with 79 neutron detector rings using the transparent rubber sheet type Eu:LiCaAlF6 scintillators and wavelength-shifting *** confirmed that the fabricated detector shows a clear neutron peak and can discriminate neutron and gamma-ray events in a signal pulse *** additionally checked that the fabricated diffractometer can detect a neutron diffraction peak of ferrite powder at Kyoto University Accelerator-driven Neutron ***,it can be expected that crystal structural analysis will be possible even by small accelerator neutron sources.

With the increasing interest in highly concentrated electrolyte systems,correct determination of the cation transference number is ***-field gradient NMR technique,which measures self-diffusion coefficients,is often applied on liquid electrolytes because of the wide accessibility and simple sample ***,since the assumptions of this technique,that is,complete salt dissociation,all ions participating in motion,and all of them moving independently,no longer hold true in concentrated solutions,the transference numbers,thus obtained are often *** the present work,impedance spectroscopy at a frequency range of 1 MHz to 0.1 mHz was used to examine the concentration effect on lithium-ion transference number under anion-blocking conditions T abc Liþfor two electrolytes:lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide(LiFSI)in sulfolane(SL)and lithium bis(trifluorosulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI)in tetraglyme(G4).The T abc Liþof the former was almost an order of magnitude higher than that of the *** also appeared to increase with increasing concentration while the latter followed an opposite *** faster Li^(+)transport in the SL system is attributed to the formation of a liquid structure consisting of extended chains/bridges of SL molecules and the anions,which facilitate a cation-hopping/ligand-exchanged-typed diffusion mechanism by partially decoupling the cations from the anions and solvent *** G4 system,in contrast,is dominated by the formation of long-lived,stable[Li(G4)]+solvation cages that results in a sluggish Li+*** difference between the two transport mechanisms is discussed via comparison of the bulk ionic conductivity,viscosity,ion self-diffusion coefficients,and the Onsager transport coefficients.

This article presents a narrative review of cystic lesions around the hip and primarily consists of 5 sections:Radiological examination, prevalence, pathogenesis, symptoms, and treatment. Cystic lesions around the hip are usually asymptomatic but may be observed incidentally on imaging examinations, such as computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Some cysts may enlarge because of various pathological factors, such as trauma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or total hip arthroplasty(THA), and may become symptomatic because of compression of surrounding structures, including the femoral, obturator, or sciatic nerves, external iliac or common femoral artery, femoral or external iliac vein, sigmoid colon, cecum, small bowel, ureters, and bladder. Treatment for symptomatic cystic lesions around the hip joint includes rest, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug administration, needle aspiration, and surgical excision. Furthermore, when these cysts are associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and THA, primary or revision THA surgery will be necessary concurrent with cyst excision. Knowledge of the characteristic clinical appearance of cystic masses around the hip will be useful for determining specific diagnoses and treatments.

This study explored the seismic response of a house supporting base sides with a polymeric displacement control material and by magnetically levitating the foundation base. In this paper, we explore the possibility and efficacy of a seismic-isolated detached house as described above from both a shaking table experiment of model and three-dimensional finite element analysis. The seismic-isolated model showed stable response and its acceleration response was significantly reduced compared to the base-fixed model in the shaking table test. Three-dimensional finite element analysis was possible to simulate the experimental results. In the seismic response analysis of a full-scale detached house, the seismic-isolated model showed response reduction and its residual displacement was smaller than that of the sliding-base isolation model.

Surgical resection of a solitary para-aortic lymph node metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma

Lymph node (LN) metastases from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are considered uncommon. We describe the surgical resection of a solitary para-aortic LN metastasis from HCC. A 65-year-old Japanese man with B-type liver cirrhosis was admitted for the evaluation of a liver tumor. He had already undergone radiofrequency ablation, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, and percutaneous ethanol injection therapy for HCC. Despite treatment, viable regions remained in segments 4 and 8. We performed a right paramedian sectionectomy with partial resection of the left paramedian section of the liver. Six months later, serum concentrations of alpha-fetoprotein (189 ng/mL) and PIVKA-2 (507 mAU/mL) increased. Enhanced com- puted tomography of the abdomen revealed a tumor (20 mm in diameter) on the right side of the abdominal aorta. Fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography revealed an increased standard uptake value. There was no evidence of recurrence in other regions. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy revealed no malignant tumor in the gastrointestinal tract. Para-aortic LN metastasis from HCC was thus diagnosed. We performed lymphadenectomy. Histopathological examination revealed that the tumor was largely necrotic, with poorly differentiated HCC on its surface, which confirmed the suspected diagnosis. After 6 mo tumor marker levels were normal, with no evidence of recurrence. Our experience suggests that a solitary para-aortic LN metastasis from HCC can be treated surgically.

The early Cambrian pentamerous microfossil Olivooides/Punctatus in South China, which is characterized by a diagnostic stellate tubular apex, has been well-known for its almost complete development sequence that can be confidently traced from embryos and hatched juveniles, to conical adults. However, its zoological affinity remains highly controversial. Here we describe the internal microanatomic structures of the soft-body inside the peridermal theca of Olivooides multisulcatus Qian, 1977, including interradial pairs of tentacles, adradial and perradial frenula, perradial oral marginal lappets and twins of perradial gastric saccule-like humps as well as a circular velarium with striated coronal muscles. Particularly, one specimen shows bifurcated velarial canals along the bell aperture. Both the components of the soft-body and the external theca （or cyst） are arranged in perfect pentaradial symmetry. These characteristics are more compatible with those of living cubomedusans and co-occurring Cambrian athecate embryonic cubozoans. Concerning the presence of peridermal theca, Olivooides most likely represents an extinct thecate stem-group cubomedusae but devoid of both perradial eyes and specialized pedalia. The well-grown soft body inside the peridermal tube displays a set of mixed features of both polyp and medusa.

目的以diquat诱导的小鼠氧化应激为模型,研究微生物源性抗氧化剂(MA)对小鼠肝脏氧化应激、内质网应激、细胞凋亡和功能的影响。方法选择体质量16~18 g的C57BL/6雌性小鼠18只,随机分为3组,每组6只。抗氧化剂组小鼠灌胃MA,对照组和模型组小鼠灌胃等量等渗盐水,饲养22 d后,模型组和抗氧化剂组腹腔注射diquat溶液,对照组小鼠注射等量等渗盐水,处理3h后处死小鼠采集肝组织。肝脏组织制成10%匀浆后,依据试剂盒说明书检测自由基含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性,用qRT-PCR检测内质网应激和细胞凋亡相关基因表达情况。肝脏组织制成10%匀浆后,依据试剂盒说明书检测自由基含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、抗氧化酶活性、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性,用qRT-PCR检测内质网应激和细胞凋亡相关基因表达情况。多组间数据比较采用单因素方差分析。结果过氧化氢在对照组、模型组、抗氧化剂组分别为(8.74±1.38)、(11.44±1.01)、(9.81±0.98)mmol/g,组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=7.640,P<0.05)。对照组、模型组和抗氧化剂组MDA的含量分别为(0.65±0.07)、(0.86±0.18)、(0.70±0.05)nmol/mg,组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.406,P<0.05)。模型组AST活性为(146.68±4.29)U/g,显著高于对照组的(125.64±15.69)U/g与抗氧化剂组的(126.57±1.82)U/g,F=6.192,P<0.05。实时定量PCR结果显示,与对照组相比,模型组蛋白激酶R样内质网激酶(PERK)和活化转录因子6(ATF6)基因相对表达量显著升高,分别为1.880±0.442和1.800±0.380(F值分别为7.702、10.815,P值均<0.05);与模型组相比,抗氧化剂组PERK和ATF6基因相对表达量显著降低,分别为1.310±0.333、1.180±0.204(P值均<0.05)。细胞凋亡相关基因表达结果显示,抗氧化剂组caspase3和caspase8基因相对表达量分别为1.136±0.381、1.593±0.407,与模型组的1.572±0.127和2.843±0.973相比,显著降低(F值分别为12.800、7.657,P值均<0.05)。结论微生物源性抗氧化剂减弱diquat诱导的小鼠肝脏氧化应激、内质网应激和肝细胞凋亡,改善肝脏功能。
