In this paper,we propose an analytical stochastic dynamic programming(SDP)algorithm to address the optimal management problem of price-maker community energy *** a price-maker,energy storage smooths price differences,thus decreasing energy arbitrage ***,this price-smoothing effect can result in significant external welfare changes by reduc-ing consumer costs and producer revenues,which is not negligible for the community with energy storage *** such,we formulate community storage management as an SDP that aims to maximize both energy arbitrage and community *** incorporate market interaction into the SDP format,we propose a framework that derives partial but sufficient market information to approximate impact of storage operations on market *** we present an analytical SDP algorithm that does not require state *** from computational efficiency,another advantage of the analytical algorithm is to guide energy storage to charge/discharge by directly comparing its current marginal value with expected future marginal *** studies indicate community-owned energy storage that maximizes both arbitrage and welfare value gains more benefits than storage that maximizes only *** proposed algorithm ensures optimality and largely reduces the computational complexity of the standard *** Terms-Analytical stochastic dynamic programming,energy management,energy storage,price-maker,social welfare.

从单体系统迁移到微服务系统是当前业界对遗留系统实施再工程化的主流选项之一,基于单体遗留系统的微服务体系架构重构则是实现该迁移的关键步骤.目前学界多集中在微服务识别方法的研究上;业界虽有许多面向微服务架构的遗留系统重构的实践,但缺乏系统性的方法及高效鲁棒的工具.鉴于此,在微服务识别与模型驱动开发方法前期研究的基础上,研发一种模型驱动的、可用于单体遗留系统微服务化重构的集成设计平台MSA-Lab.它通过分析单体遗留系统运行日志中的方法调用序列,对其中的类和数据表进行类型识别和聚类以构造抽象微服务,同时生成包括微服务图和微服务序列图在内的系统架构设计模型.它包括用于微服务自动识别与设计模型自动生成的核心部件MSA-Generator,以及用于微服务静态结构模型与动态行为模型可视化展现、交互式建模、模型语法约束检验的核心部件MSA-Modeller.在MSA-Lab平台上,通过对4个开源项目实施有效性、鲁棒性、功能转换完备性等实验以及对3个同类型工具实施性能对比实验,结果表明:所提平台拥有很好的有效性、鲁棒性及实现面向日志的功能转换完备性,且性能更加优越.

This paper presents a comprehensive review of the wave-flmction approach for derivation of the number- resolved Master equations, used for description of transport and measurement in mesoseopie systems. The review contains important amendments, clarifying subtle points in derivation of the Master equa- tions and their validity. This completes the earlier works on the subject. It is demonstrated that the derivation does not assume weak coupling with the environment and reservoirs, but needs only high bias condition. This condition is very essential for validity of the Markovian Master equations, widely used for a phenomenological description of different physical processes.

自20世纪70年代以来,位于构造活跃区的盆地沉积序列的岩性、粒度与沉积速率的正向突变,常被用来指示区域新构造活动。然而,这种常规方法已经受到国内外学者强有力的质疑——用来推断构造活动的沉积学证据也可由气候因素引起。因而,需寻找某种独立于气候因素的沉积学证据来可靠地指示新构造活动。震积岩,由地震震动引起的、保存于湖相或海相地层序列中的事件沉积,能可靠的指示区域新构造活动。新兴的交叉研究方向——湖泊/海洋古地震学,通过研究保存于水下沉积序列中的震积岩,可延长强震记录,加深对断裂带活动性的认识。文章以死海盆地(中东地区)和柴达木盆地(青藏高原东北缘)为例,从水下事件沉积响应的视角,借助超长尺度的震积岩序列,理解千年-构造尺度上的区域新构造活动特性。基于死海湖心457 m长的ICDP 5017-1岩芯保存的震积岩序列,我们建立了一条由151个M_(W)≥7地震事件组成的,全球最长的(220 ka)连续大地震记录,该记录揭示了缓慢滑动的死海断裂带上的大地震具有聚类式的复发特征,以及不同断层分支相互作用、聚类活动的模式;基于青藏高原东北缘柴达木盆地西部的碱山背斜顶部SG-1b岩芯上部260 m沉积序列,我们建立了一条由164个震积岩层位构成的覆盖3.6~1.6 Ma的震积岩序列,该序列在3.6~2.7 Ma时段内相对较为连续,由126个地震事件和5个地震集合组成,揭示了与强烈区域变形有关的晚上新世幕式逆冲过程。

What do we know about biological nitrogen fixation in insects? Evidence and implications for the insect and the ecosystem

Many insects feed on a low‐nitrogen diet,and the origin of their nitrogen supply is poorly *** has been hypothesized that some insects rely on nitrogen‐fixing bacteria(diazotrophs)to supplement their *** fixation by diazotrophs has been extensively studied and convincingly demonstrated in termites,while evidence for the occurrence and role of nitrogen fixation in the diet of other insects is less ***,we summarize the methods to detect nitrogen fixation in insects and review the available evidence for its occurrence(focusing on insects other than termites).We distinguish between three aspects of nitrogen fixation investigations:(i)detecting the presence of potential diazotrophs;(ii)detecting the activity of the nitrogen‐fixing enzyme;and(iii)detecting the assimilation of fixed nitrogen into the insect *** show that although evidence from investigations of the first aspect reveals ample opportunities for interactions with potential diazotrophs in a variety of insects,demonstrations of actual biological nitrogen fixation and the assimilation of fixed nitrogen are restricted to very few insect groups,including wood‐feeding beetles,fruit flies,leafcutter ants,and a wood *** then discuss potential implications for the insect's fitness and for the ecosystem as a *** suggest that combining these multiple approaches is crucial for the study of nitrogen fixation in insects,and argue that further demonstrations are desperately needed in order to determine the relative importance of diazotrophs for insect diet and fitness,as well as to evaluate their overall impact on the ecosystem.

In plants, the phloem is the component of the vascular system that delivers nutrients and transmits signals from mature leaves to developing sink tissues. Recent studies have identified proteins, mRNA, and small RNA within the phloem sap of several plant species. It is now of considerable interest to elucidate the biological functions of these potential long-distance signal agents, to further our understanding of how plants coordinate their developmental programs at the whole-plant level. In this study, we developed a strategy for the functional analysis of phloem-mobile mRNA by focusing on IAA transcripts, whose mobility has previously been reported in melon （Cucumis melo cv. Hale＇s Best Jumbo）. Indoleacetic acid （IAA） proteins are key transcriptional regulators of auxin signaling, and are involved in a broad range of developmental processes including root development. We used a combination of vasculature-enriched sampling and hetero-grafting techniques to identify IAA18 and IAA28 as phloemmobile transcripts in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Micro-grafting experiments were used to confirm that these IAA transcripts, which are generated in vascular tissues of mature leaves, are then transported into the root system where they negatively regulate lateral root formation. Based on these findings, we present a model in which auxin distribution, in combination with phloem-mobile Aux/IAA transcripts, can determine the sites of auxin action.
