Leflunomide: A versatile additive for defect reduction, enhanced optoelectronic properties and environmental stability of perovskite films

The development of perovskite photoelectric devices with excellent performance is largely dependent on the defects in the perovskite *** address this issue,a specific drug,leflunomide(LF,C_(12)H_(9)F_(3)N_(2)O_(2)),was incorporated into the perovskite to reduce defects and improve its photoelectric *** is believed that the C=O bond on LF molecule can interact with the uncoordinated Pb2+of the perovskite,thereby reducing non-radiative *** novel approach of incorporating LF into perovskite films has the potential to revolutionize the development of high-performance perovskite photoelectric *** trifluoromethyl functional(–CF_(3))group on LF can form a protective layer on the surface of the perovskite film,shielding it from water ***,LF can be utilized to alter the nucleation position of perovskite,thus minimizing the number of defects and optimizing the film ***,the LF-doped perovskite film displays low trap density and high photoelectric *** LF-doped perovskite film showed a trap density of 8.28×10^(11),which is notably lower than the 2.04×10^(12) of the perovskite film without *** responsivity and detectivity of the LF-doped perovskite photodetector were 0.771 A/W and 2.81×10^(11) Jones,respectively,which are much higher than the 0.23 A/W and 1.06×10^(10) Jones of the LF-undoped perovskite ***,the LF-doped photodetector maintained an initial photocurrent of 86%after 30 days of storage in air,indicating drastically increased environmental *** strongly suggests that LF is an effective additive for perovskites utilized in optoelectronic devices with high performance.

Feasibility of Chain Conveyor Cutter for Ocean Disposal Site＇s Construction

The concept of ocean disposal site is proven technology. One of the most concerns in ocean disposal site is the leakage ofpollutants into the ocean from waste materials. In order to prevent its happening, technically, a vertical impermeable wall is constructedaround the disposal site. However, the conventional method fails to guarantee zero leakage due to method＇s limitation. This paperpresents the use of CCC （chain conveyor cutter） method to construct vertical impermeable wall. The feasibility of CCC for oceandisposal site is evaluated by means of pollutant dispersion model, and moreover, the result is compared with conventional method. Theresult indicates that the CCC method is technically feasible for ocean disposal site＇s construction. Additionally, this method showsbetter as for technique and economic point of view than that of the conventional method. One of advantage of CCC method is the abilityto construct homogeneous wall in regard to strength and permeability, which cannot be found in the conventional ocean disposaltechnology.

Needle chlorosis(NC)in Pinus taeda *** in Brazil becomes more frequent after second and third harvest rotation *** a study to identify factors contributing to yellowing needle chorosis(YNC),trees were grown in soils originating from contrasting parent materials,and soils and needles(whole,green and chlorotic portions)from 1-and 2-year-old branches and the first and second needle flush release at four sites with YNC on *** were analyzed for various elements and *** soils had very low base levels(Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)and K^(+))and P,suggesting a possible lack of multiple *** symptoms started at needle tips,then extended toward the needle base with *** flush needles had longer portions with YNC than second flush needles *** from the lower crown also had more symptoms along their length than those higher in the *** were similar to those reported for *** chlorotic portions,Mg and Ca concentrations were well below critical values;in particular,Mg levels were only one third of the critical value of 0.3 g kg^(-1).Collectively,results suggest that Mg deficiency is the primary reason for NC of *** in various parent soils in Brazil.

针对高层建筑剪力墙方案设计中的墙肢过长、结构布置不合理的问题,结合某高层住宅楼项目,分析剪力墙的设计方案及工程应用。剪力墙的合理布置影响建筑结构的刚度、强度和抗震性能,应遵循均衡、连续、整齐的原则布置剪力墙,尽量将剪力墙设计成T形、L形。在保证刚度和强度的前提下,对剪力墙布置方案进行优化,减少不必要的墙肢长度。有限元分析数据表明,经过优化后的剪力墙布置方案,最大顶点位移明显减小,层间位移角和层间位移也得到不同程度的降低,各层的剪力明显降低。

纤维沥青混凝土具有优异的抵抗变形能力,耐久性较好,受到业内广泛关注。文章选用一种新型矿物纤维——镍铁矿渣纤维作为SMA-13混合料的纤维改性剂,通过马歇尔试验和车辙试验对改性后SMA-13沥青混合料的高温稳定性进行研究。结果表明:1#镍铁矿渣纤维掺量为0.4%时,对SMA-13沥青混合料马歇尔模数的提升效果最为明显,其改性效果优于木质素纤维;1#和3#镍铁矿渣纤维均可较好提升SMA-13沥青混合料的车辙动稳定度,且掺量达到0.4%以上时效果略优于木质素纤维的改善效果。综合高温性能测试结果,1#镍铁矿渣纤维提升SMA-13混合料高温性能的效果最佳,其最优掺量为0.4%。

Needle chlorosis(NC) in Pinus taeda L. systems in Brazil becomes more frequent after second and third harvest rotation cycles. In a study to identify factors contributing to yellowing needle chorosis(YNC), trees were grown in soils originating from contrasting parent materials, and soils and needles(whole, green and chlorotic portions) from 1-and 2-year-old branches and the first and second needle flush release at four sites with YNC on P. taeda were analyzed for various elements and properties. All soils had very low base levels(Ca2+, Mg2+and K+) and P, suggesting a possible lack of multiple elements. YNC symptoms started at needle tips, then extended toward the needle base with time. First flush needles had longer portions with YNC than second flush needles did. Needles from the lower crown also had more symptoms along their length than those higher in the canopy. Symptoms were similar to those reported for Mg. In chlorotic portions, Mg and Ca concentrations were well below critical values; in particular, Mg levels were only one third of the critical value of 0.3 g kg-1. Collectively, results suggest that Mg deficiency is the primary reason for NC of P. taeda in various parent soils in Brazil.

Evolution of Invertebrate Deuterostomes and Hox/ParaHox Genes

Transcription factors encoded by Antennapedia-class homeobox genes play crucial roles in controlling development of animals, and are often found clustered in animal genomes. The Hox and ParaHox gene clusters have been regarded as evolutionary sisters and evolved from a putative common ancestral gene complex, the ProtoHox cluster, prior to the divergence of the Cnidaria and Bilateria （bilaterally symmetrical animals）. The Deuterostomia is a monophyletic group of animals that belongs to the Bilateria, and a sister group to the Protostomia. The deuterostomes include the vertebrates （to which we belong）, invertebrate chordates, hemichordates, echinoderms and possibly xenoturbellids, as well as acoelomorphs. The studies of Hox and ParaHox genes provide insights into the origin and subsequent evolution of the bilaterian animals. Recently, it becomes apparent that among the Hox and ParaHox genes, there are significant variations in organization on the chromosome, expression pattern, and function. In this review, focusing on invertebrate deuterostomes, I first summarize recent findings about Hox and ParaHox genes. Next, citing unsolved issues, I try to provide clues that might allow us to reconstruct the common ancestor of deuterostomes, as well as understand the roles of Hox and ParaHox genes in the development and evolution of deuterostomes.

Analytical Solution for 3D Tidal Flow with Vertically Varying Eddy Viscosity

In this study, a 3D idealized model of tidal flow, in which the tidal elevation and velocities are solved analytically, is developed. The horizontal eddy viscosity is neglected, and the vertical eddy viscosity used in the study is assumed to be independent of time and only varies as a parabolic function in the vertical direction. The analytical solution is obtained in a narrow rectangular bay, with the topography varying only across the bay. The model results are compared with the field observations in the Xiangshan Bay. The results show that the influence of varying vertical eddy viscosity mainly has two aspects. On one hand, it amplifies the magni- tude of the tidal elevation, particularly the amplitude near the head of the bay. On the other hand, it adjusts the axial velocity profile, resulting in an obvious frictional effect. Furthermore, the tidal elevation and velocities are more sensitive to the magnitude of the eddy viscosity near the bottom than the structure in the upper water layer.
