The stability of a voltage source converters(VSC)system based on phase-locked loop(PLL)is very important issue during asymmetric grid faults.This paper establishes a transient synchronous stability model of a dual-sequence PLL-based VSC system during low voltage ride-through by referring to the equivalent rotor swing equation of syn-chronous generators.Based on the model,the synchronization characteristics of the VSC system under asymmetric grid faults are described,and the interaction mechanisms,as well as the transient instability phenomena of positive and negative sequence PLL during asymmetric faults are explained.Using the equal area criterion,the influences of sequence control switching action,detection delay,and interaction between the positive and negative sequence PLL on the transient synchronous stability of the VSC system are analyzed,respectively.In addition,a transient stabil-ity assessment criterion based on the critical fault clearance angle and time and an enhancement control strategy based on the improved positive and negative sequence PLL are proposed.Finally,the analytical results are validated through simulation and experiments.

Changes in metal concentrations in the litter of Potamogeton crispus were monitored during a consecutive 40-day in situ decomposition experiment using the litterbag method.The accumulation index was calculated and used to indicate the changes in the metals in litter.The results showed that the concentrations of Al,Cd,Cr,Fe,Mn,and Pb in litter increased significantly during the decomposition,while Cu and Zn concentrations decreased dramatically.Significant positive correlations were found between the concentrations of Al,Cr,Fe,and Mn and between Cu and Zn.Moreover,Cu and Zn both negatively correlated with Al and Fe.The remaining dry mass was negatively correlated with Al and Fe concentrations but positively correlated with Cu and Zn concentrations.Generally the accumulation index values of metals other than Al were less than one,indicating that the litter of P.crispus acted as a source of metals to the surrounding water body.Al was the only metal that showed continuous net accumulation in litter.The net accumulation of Fe and Mn in litter during the last 10 days of the experiment may indicate the precipitation of Feand Mn-oxides.It was estimated that 160 g/m^2（dry weight）P.crispus was decomposed in40 days.This was equivalent to releasing the following amounts of metals：0.01 mg Cd,0.03 mg Cr,0.71 mg Cu,0.55 mg Mn,0.02 mg Pb and 13.8 mg Zn into surrounding water,and accumulating 149 mg Al and 11 mg Fe,in a 1 m^2 area.

Asthma,a chronic respiratory disease with a global prevalence of approximately 300 million individuals,presents a significant societal and economic burden.This multifaceted syndrome exhibits diverse clinical phenotypes and pathogenic endotypes influenced by various factors.The advent of omics technologies has revolutionized asthma research by delving into the molecular foundation of the disease to unravel its underlying mechanisms.Omics technologies are employed to systematically screen for potential biomarkers,encompassing genes,transcripts,methylation sites,proteins,and even the microbiome components.This review provides an insightful overview of omics applications in asthma research,with a special emphasis on genetics,transcriptomics,epigenomics,and the microbiome.We explore the cutting-edge methods,discoveries,challenges,and potential future directions in the realm of asthma omics research.By integrating multi-omics and non-omics data through advanced sta-tistical techniques,we aspire to advance precision medicine in asthma,guiding diagnosis,risk assessment,and personalized treatment strategies for this heterogeneous condition.

Metal sulfide is considered as a potential anode for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),due to the high theoretical capacity,strong thermodynamic stability and low-cost.However,their cycle capacity and rate performance are limited by the excessive expansion rate and low intrinsic conductivity.Herein,heterogeneous hollow sphere NiS-Cu_(9)S_(5)/NC(labeled as(NiCu)S/NC)based on Oswald ripening mechanism was prepared through a simple and feasible methodology.From a structural perspective,the hollow structure provides an expansion buffer and raises the electrochemical active area.In terms of electron/ion during the cycles,Na^(+)storage mechanism is optimized by NiS/Cu_(9)S_(5)heterogeneous interface,which increases the storage sites and shortens the migration path of Na^(+).The formation of built-in electric field strengthens the electron/ion mobility.Based on the first principle calculations,it is further proved the formation of heterogeneous interfaces and the direction of electron flow.As the anode for SIBs,the synthesized(NiCu)S/NC delivers high reverse capacity(559.2 mA h g^(-1)at 0.5 A g^(-1)),outstanding rate performance(185.3 mA h g^(-1)at 15 A g^(-1)),long-durable stability(342.6 mA h g^(-1)at 4 A g^(-1)after 1500cycles,150.0 m A h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1)after 20,000 cycles with 0.0025%average attenuation rate).The matching cathode electrode Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C is assembled with(NiCu)S/NC for the full-battery that achieves high energy density(253.7 W h kg^(-1))and reverse capacity(288.7 mA h g^(-1)).The present work provides a distinctive strategy for constructing electrodes with excellent capacity and stability for SIBs.

Characteristics and Controlling Factors of Shale Oil Reservoir Spaces in the Bohai Bay Basin

The Cenozoic continental strata of the Bohai Bay Basin are rich in shale oil resources, and they contain various types of reservoir spaces that are controlled by complex factors. Using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), automatic mineral identification and characterization system(AMICS), CO2 and N2 gas adsorption, and focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy(FIB-SEM), the types of shale reservoir spaces in the Bohai Bay Basin are summarized, the spatial distribution and connectivity of the various types of pores are described in detail, the microscopic pore structures are characterized, and the key geological mechanisms affecting the formation and evolution of the reservoir spaces are determined. Three conclusions can be drawn in the present study. First, the shale reservoir spaces in the Bohai Bay Basin can be divided into three broad categories, including mineral matrix pores, organic matter pores, and micro fractures. Those spaces can be subdivided into seven categories and fourteen sub-categories based on the distribution and formation mechanisms of the pores. Second, the complex pore-throat structures of the shale reservoir can be divided into two types based on the shape of the adsorption hysteresis loop. The pore structures mainly include wedge-shaped, flat slit-shaped, and ink bottle-shaped pores. The mesopores and micropores are the main contributors to pore volume and specific surface area, respectively. The macropores provide a portion of the pore volume, but they do not significantly contribute to the specific surface area. Third, the factors controlling the development of microscopic pores in the shale are complex. The sedimentary environment determines the composition and structure of the shale and provides the material basis for pore development. Diagenesis controls the types and characteristics of the pores. In addition, the thermal evolution of the organic matter is closely related to inorganic diagenesis and drives the formation and evolution of the pores.

In recent years,great attention has been paid to oil and gas exploration in the Carboniferous–Permian strata of the Bohaiwan basin,especially the Carboniferous–Permian marine transgression,using data from drilling,outcrops and carbonate acid-insoluble residue experiments together with the tectonic evolutionary history of the peripheral orogenic zones of the North China plate and the Tan-Lu fault zones.The study concludes that marine transgressions took place on six occasions during Carboniferous–Permian time in the Jiyang Depression.The marine transgressions were concentrated in the Late Carboniferous:two marine transgressions occurred in the early Late Carboniferous,and the scale of the first was smaller and the time was shorter than those of the second.The other four marine transgressions happened in the late Late Carboniferous,the first and the fourth of which were larger in scale and longer in time than the second and the third.The seawater came from the Jiaobei area,the eastward part of the Qinling–Dabie residual sea basin,and invaded progressively as a planar flow from south to north and from east to west.These findings have great significance for thorough analysis of the sedimentary characteristics and evolution of the Carboniferous–Permian strata in the Jiyang Depression.

A novel PIK3CD C896T mutation detected in bilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss using next generation sequencing:An indication of primary immunodeficiency

Objective:To investigate immune-related genetic background in bilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL). Case report and methods: The case is a 45-year-old man presenting with a 7-year history of bilateral profound SSNHL. Blood biochemical testing demonstrated increased levels of total cholesterol (5.88 mmol/L). Tests for hepatitis B showed a positive antibody against the hepatitis B core antigen. Complement C3 was below the normal value, and complement C4 and IgG were in the lower range of normal values. CT images showed a normal inner ear and vestibular aqueduct but round window membranous ossification on both sides. A total number of 232 immune-associated genes were sequenced using the next generation sequencing technique. Results: Mutations were detected in 5 genes, including the phosphoinositide 3-kinase catalytic subunit delta (PIK3CD), caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 9 (CARD9), complement factor H-related (CFHR2), immunoglobulin lambda-like polypeptide 1 Protein (IGLL1), and transmembrane channel-like gene family 8 (TMC8). In the PIK3CD gene, a C896T substitute in exon 7 was detected. This mutation causes primary immunodeficiency and is an autosomal dominant disease. Conclusion: The PIK3CD C896T mutation responsible for primary immunodeficiency may contribute to the onset of bilateral SSNHL with subsequent rapid progression.

Fine-grained rock fabric facies classification and its control on shale oil accumulation: a case study from the Paleogene Kong 2 Member, Bohai Bay Basin

Lacustrine shale oil resources in China are abundant,with remarkable exploration breakthroughs being achieved.Compared to marine shale oil in North America,efficient exploration of lacustrine shale oil is more difficult;thus,selecting favorable layer and optimization zone for horizontal wells is more important.In this study,based on systematic coring of approximately 500 m fine-grained deposits of the Kong 2 Member,combining laboratory tests and log data,source rock geochemistry and reservoir physical properties,the favorable rock fabric facies for oil accumulation was analyzed and classified.First,the dominant lithologic facies,organic facies,and bed combination facies were determined based on mineral composition from logging,total organic content(TOC),and sedimentary structure.Secondly,10 fabric facies were classified by combining these three facies,with 4 fabric facies were found to have high TOC content,high total hydrocarbon,and strong fluorescence features,indicating good shale oil enrichment.Thirdly,the distribution of the upon good fabric facies was identified to be located at the top of the Kong 2 Member,with evidences of seismic resistivity inversion,thermal maturity,structure depth,and strata thickness.And the favorable facies were found to be stably distributed lateral at the area of about 100 km2.High oil flow has been detected at this layer within this area by several wells,including horizontal wells.The exploratory study of fabric facies classification and evaluation provides a new research idea for lacustrine shale oil exploration and effectively promotes breakthroughs in lacustrine shale oil exploration in Bohai Bay Basin.

Understanding Miocene Climate Evolution in Northeastern Tibet: Stable Carbon and Oxygen Isotope Records from the Western Tianshui Basin, China

To investigate climate evolution during the Miocene, especially during the Middle Mio- cene climate transition on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau, stable oxygen and carbon isotopes of car- bonates from a 288-m-thick lacustrine-fluvial sediment sequence covering the period from 17.1 to 6.1 Ma from Tianshui Basin, China, were analyzed. The relatively low stable oxygen isotope values indicate the prevalence of wet climate conditions during the period of 17.1-13.6 Ma, an interval corresponding to the well-known Middle Miocene Climate Optimum. The interval between 13.6 and 11.0 Ma （i.e., the late Middle Miocene） is marked by a progressive increase in the δ18O values, indicative of a decrease in precipitation, probably linked to the expansion of the East Antarctic Ice Sheet and global cooling since about 14 Ma. The climate in the study area continued to get drier as shown by the enrichment of the heavy oxygen isotope from 11 Ma. We attribute these stepwise climatic changes as revealed by our car- bonate δ18Orecord from the northeastern Tibetan Plateau to the sustained global cooling that may have reduced moist transport to Central Asia, which in turn led to a permanent aridification.

对山西保德扒楼沟剖面二叠系曲流河砂体进行实测、精细解剖和岩相分析,建立不同类型河道砂体的构型模式,定量表征其内部沉积非均质性,预测不同类型河道砂体的剩余油聚集区。基于露头的岩性、粒度、沉积构造和颜色等特征,在扒楼沟二叠系曲流河砂体中识别出8种岩相类型,通过对砂体进行精细解剖与岩相分析,将河道下部槽状交错层理砂体从传统定义的边滩砂体中划分出来称为"底滩",而将河道上部板状层理砂体称为"边滩"。在精细刻画河道内底滩与边滩砂体沉积特征及叠置关系的基础上,识别出侧向迁移型、串沟截直型、颈项截直型及废弃河道型4种河道砂体。结合不同类型河道砂体构型与非均质性特征,认为侧向迁移型河道砂体非均质性较弱,剩余油分布较少;串沟截直型与废弃河道型河道砂体非均质性较强,剩余油相对富集;颈项截直型河道砂体非均质性最强,剩余油最为富集。
