CeO_(x)-supported monodispersed MoO_(3) clusters for high-efficiency electrochemical nitrogen reduction under ambient condition

Developing efficient and low-cost electrocatalysts is essential for the electroreduction of N_(2) to NH_(3).Here,highly monodispersed MoO_(3) clusters loaded on a coral-like CeO_(x)compound with abundant oxygen vacancies are successfully prepared by an impregnation-reduction *** MoO_(3) clusters with small sizes of 2.6±0.5 nm are induced and anchored by the oxygen vacancies of CeO_(x),resulting in excellent nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)***,the synergistic effects between MoO_(3) and CeO_(x)lead to a further improvement of the electrochemical *** as-prepared MoO_(3)-CeO_(x)catalyst shows an NH_(3) yield rate of 32.2 μg h^(-1) mg^(-1) cat and a faradaic efficiency of 7.04%at-0.75 V(*** hydrogen electrode)in 0.01 M Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered ***,it displays decent electrochemical stability over 30,000 ***,the electrochemical NRR mechanism for MoO_(3)-CeO_(x)is investigated by in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.N-H stretching,H-N-H bending,and N-N stretching are detected during the reaction,suggesting that an associative pathway is *** work provides an approach to designing and synthesizing potential electrocatalysts for NRR.

A simple immune-based multi-objective optimizer(IBMO) is proposed, and a rigorous running time analysis of IBMO on three proposed bi-objective pseudo-Boolean functions(Bi-Trap, Bi-Plateau and Bi-Jump) is presented. The running time of a global simple evolutionary multi-objective optimizer(GSEMO) using standard bit mutation operator with IBMO using somatic contiguous hypermutation(CHM) operator is compared with these three functions. The results show that the immune-based hypermutation can significantly beat standard bit mutation on some well-known multi-objective pseudo-Boolean functions. The proofs allow us to understand the relationship between the characteristics of the problems and the features of the algorithms more deeply. These analysis results also give us a good inspiration to analyze and design a bio-inspired search heuristics.

Improvement of integrated battlefield situational awareness in complex environments involving dynamic factors such as restricted communications and electromagnetic interference(EMI)has become a contentious research *** certain mission environments,due to the impact of many interference sources on real-time communication or mission requirements such as the need to implement communication regulations,the mission stages are represented as a dynamic combination of several communication-available and communication-unavailable ***,the data interaction between unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)can only be performed in specific communication-available *** cooperative search algorithms cannot handle such situations *** solve this problem,this study constructed a distributed model predictive control(DMPC)architecture for a collaborative control of UAVs and used the Voronoi diagram generation method to re-plan the search areas of all UAVs in real time to avoid repetition of search areas and UAV collisions while improving the search efficiency and safety *** attention mechanism ant-colony optimization(AACO)algorithm is proposed for UAV search-control decision *** search strategy is adaptively updated by introducing an attention mechanism for regular instruction information,a priori information,and emergent information of the mission to satisfy different search expectations to the maximum *** results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better search performance than traditional algorithms in restricted communication constraint scenarios.

Geospatial-Based Analysis of Balance in Elementary Education—Taking Elementary Schools in Changsha Five Core Districts as Examples

The balanced development of the elementary education sector has been a long goal pursued by the education departments of various places, and is also an outcome expected by the people. Based on a study of the equilibrium of the spatial distribution of the capacity saturation models of all the primary schools in Changsha’s (China) five core districts, the results show that the overall geographical distribution of the primary schools in Changsha is relatively balanced, based on the natural characteristics of Changsha, such as human geography, and the moderate gradient between the central urban area and the primary schools in the suburbs and outer suburbs. Then the Theil index model was introduced, and the results of the model analysis show that the differences between elementary schools in Changsha urban area are relatively small, and the main differences originate from between districts rather than within districts, and subtle differences among regions mainly reflect in the teacher strength.

目的探讨塞替哌、氟达拉滨联合白消安(TBF)的预处理方案用于单倍体造血干细胞移植的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析苏州大学附属第一医院和苏州弘慈血液病医院2020年至2023年期间行单倍体造血干细胞移植的574例受者资料,其中20例接受TBF预处理方案(TBF组),其余554例接受白消安+环磷酰胺(mBUCY)预处理方案,采用倾向性匹配方法,匹配比例为1:2,以疾病类型、受者年龄及受者性别作为匹配因素,最终筛选出40例mBUCY预处理方案的受者作为对照(mBUCY组)。根据Bearman评分标准评估TBF预处理相关毒性;与mBUCY组比较,观察TBF方案在预处理相关毒性,长期生存的安全性及有效性。结果TBF组20例受者预处理期间主要的并发症为I~Ⅱ级口腔黏膜炎和胃肠道症状,未发生严重的心血管不良事件。TBF组粒细胞系重建时间为11 d(9~14)d,mBUCY组时间为12 d(10~28)d,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.2)。TBF组巨核细胞系重建时间为18 d(9~100)d,mBUCY组时间为20 d(11~100)d,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.7)。TBF组100 dⅡ~Ⅳ度急性移植物抗宿主病(acute graft versus host disease,aGVHD)的发病率低于mBUCY组(5%比35%,P=0.01)。TBF组和mBUCY组受者的1年总存活率分别为68%和62%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.98),TBF组1年无复发无GVHD存活(graft-versus-host disease-free,relapse-free survival,GRFS)率优于mBUCY组,但差异无统计学意义(63%比37%,P=0.06)。结论TBF预处理方案在单倍体造血干细胞移植中应用毒性低,安全性较好。TBF预处理方案与mBUCY预处理相比,能减少移植后Ⅱ~Ⅳ度aGVHD发生,可能改善受者的GRFS。

The energy harvesting technology for the ubiquitous natural wind enables a desirable solution to the issue of distributed sensors in the bridge environmental sensing Internet of Things(Io T)system being restricted to conventional energy *** this work,a self-powered system based on a compact galloping piezoelectric-triboelectric energy harvester(GPTEH)is developed to achieve efficient wind energy *** GPTEH is constructed on the prototype of a cantilever structure with piezoelectric macro-fiber composite(MFC)sheets and a rectangular bluff body with triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs).Through a special swing-type structural design with iron blocks inside the bluff body,the GPTEH exhibits preferable aerodynamic behavior and excellent energy conversion efficiency,compared to conventional cantilever kind of piezoelectric wind energy harvester(PWEH).The GPTEH also demonstrates the capability of high output power density(PEH of 23.65 W m^(-2)and TENG of 1.59 W m^(-2)),superior response wind speed(about 0.5 m s^(-1)),and excellent long-term stability(over 14000 cyclic tests).Furthermore,a power management system is developed to efficiently utilize the output energy from GPTEH to power the sensors and wirelessly transmit environmental data to the *** proposed GPTEH-powered system exhibits a great potential for the bridge environmental monitoring and Io T technologies.

Miniaturizing spectrometers for compact and cost-effective mobile platforms is a major challenge in current spectroscopy research,where conventional spectrometers are impractical due to their bulky *** miniaturized designs primarily rely on precalibrated response functions of nanophotonic structures to encode spectral information captured in a snapshot by detector *** spectrum reconstruction is achieved through computational techniques,but this requires precise component design,high-precision fabrication,and *** propose an ultra-simplified computational spectrometer that employs a one-to-broadband diffraction decomposition strategy facilitated by a numerical regularized transform that depends only on the spectrum of the diffracted *** key feature of our design is the use of a simple,arbitrarily shaped pinhole as the partial disperser,eliminating the need for complex encoding designs and full spectrum *** spectrometer achieves a reconstructed spectral peak location accuracy of better than 1 nm over a 200 nm bandwidth and excellent resolution for peaks separated by 3 nm in a bimodal spectrum,all within a compact footprint of under half an ***,our approach also reveals a breakthrough in broadband coherent diffractive imaging without requiring any prior knowledge of the broadband illumination spectrum,assumptions of non-dispersive specimens,or correction for detector quantum efficiency.

目的探究高致敏单倍体造血干细胞移植(haplo-HSCT)患者移植前行蛋白A免疫吸附(PAIA)联合利妥昔单抗(RTX)脱敏治疗的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2021年3月至2023年6月苏州大学附属第一医院和苏州弘慈血液病医院收治的高致敏haplo-HSCT患者56例, 移植前行PAIA联合RTX脱敏治疗, 吸附前后监测HLA抗体种类数量和平均荧光强度(MFI)、体液免疫和吸附过程的不良反应及100 d内的生存情况。结果仅含HLA Ⅰ类抗体的患者接受PAIA治疗后中位MFI由7 859(3 209~12 444)降至3 719(0~8 275)(P<0.001), HLA Ⅰ+Ⅱ类抗体的中位MFI由5 476(1 977~12 382)降至3 714(0~11 074)(P=0.035), 其中抗供者特异性抗体阳性患者的中位MFI由8 779(2 697~18 659)降至4 524(0~15 989)(P<0.001)。所有患者HLA-A、B、C、DR、DQ抗体种类数量在PAIA治疗后均下降, 差异均有统计学意义(A、B、C、DR:P<0.001, DQ:P<0.01)。PAIA治疗前后体液免疫监测显示IgG和补体C3数量显著下降(P值分别为<0.001和0.002)。44例患者接受了移植后HLA抗体监测, 总体MFI和抗体种类数量均下降, 但有5例患者出现低MFI的新生抗体, 有9例持续高MFI, 移植后100 d总生存率是83.8%, 100 d内无病生存率为80.2%, 100 d内非复发死亡率为16.1%, 移植后100 d复发的累积发生率为4.5%。结论 PAIA联合RTX对haplo-HSCT前高敏患者的脱敏治疗有一定的疗效, 安全性良好。
