The improvement in the efficiency of inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is significantly limited by undesirable contact at the NiO_(x)/perovskite *** this study,a novel microstructure-control technology is proposed for fabrication of porous NiO_(x)films using Pluronic P123 as the structure-directing agent and acetylacetone(AcAc)as the coordination *** synthesized porous NiO_(x)films enhanced the hole extraction efficiency and reduced recombination defects at the NiO_(x)/perovskite ***,without any modification,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the PSC with MAPbl_(3)as the absorber layer improved from 16.50%to 19.08%.Moreover,the PCE of the device composed of perovskite Cs0.05(MA_(0.15)FA_(0.85))_(0.95)Pb(I_(0.85)Br_(0.15))_(3)improved from 17.49%to 21.42%.Furthermore,the application of the fabricated porous NiO_(x)on fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)substrates enabled the fabrication of large-area PSCs(1.2 cm^(2))with a PCE of 19.63%.This study provides a novel strategy for improving the contact at the NiO_(x)/perovskite interface for the fabrication of high-performance large-area perovskite solar cells.

Rechargeable magnesium metal batteries need an electrolyte that forms a stable and ionically conductive solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on the ***,we used molecular dynamic simulation,density functional theory calculation,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis to investigate the solvation structures and SEI compositions in electrolytes consisting of dual-salts,magnesium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(MgTFSI_(2)),and MgCl_(2),with different additives in 1,2-dimethoxyethane(DME)*** found that the formed[Mg_(3)(μ-Cl)_(4)(DME)mTFSI_(2)](m=3,5)inner-shell solvation clusters in MgTFSI_(2)-MgCl_(2)/DME electrolyte could easily decompose and form a MgO-and MgF_(2)-rich *** electron-rich inorganic species in the SEI,especially MgF_(2),turned out to be detrimental for Mg plating/*** reduce the MgF_(2)and MgO contents in SEI,we introduce an electron-deficient tri(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)borate(TFEB)additive in the ***//Mg cells using the MgTFSI_(2)-MgCl_(2)/DME-TFEB electrolyte could cycle stably for over 400 h with a small polarization voltage of~150 *** with the presence of 800 ppm H_(2)O,the electrolyte with TFEB additive could still preserve its good electrochemical *** optimized electrolyte also enabled stable cycling and high-rate capability for Mg//Mo6S8 and Mg//CuS full cells,showing great potential for future applications.

Legacy of herbicides in water from Hailun City,Northeast China:Occurrence,source,and ecological risk assessment

Bisphenol compounds(BPs)are commonly used in industry and ***,BPs pollution has already raised global concerns due to their ecological *** study investigated nine types of BPs in agricultural soil and irrigation rivers,and evaluated the occurrence,source apportionment,and ecological risks for BPs in soils of agricultural environment by using principal component analysis-multivariate linear regression(PCA-MLR)and risk quotients(RQ).The average concentration of BPs in soil,irrigation water and sediments were 29.19 ng/g,30.21 ng/L and 610.09 ng/g dw,*** was the most highly detected contaminant in all *** soil,the primary BPA substitutes were bisphenol S(BPS)and bisphenol F(BPF),contributing about 50%to the pollution in ***-MLR analysis indicated that the release of solid waste was the primary cause of BPs pollution in the agricultural soils,following by waste water *** evaluation of RQ revealed that BPs presented a low to medium risk to algae,daphnia,and fish in irrigation rivers,while more than 90% of soil sampling sites faced medium or high risk,with BPA and BPS as the main contributors to the *** research findings offer evidence to support the assessment of contaminants concentration,source pathways,and risk management strategies pertaining to BPs in the agricultural *** ongoing BPA substitute occurrence,addressing risks to agricultural soil ecosystems remains crucial.

The AMPK and AKT/GSK3β pathways are involved in recombinant proteins fibroblast growth factor 1(rFGF1 and rFGF1a) improving glycolipid metabolism in rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss) fed a high carbohydrate diet

Fibroblast growth factor 1(FGF1) regulates vertebrate cell growth, proliferation and differentiation, and energy metabolism. In this study, we cloned rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss) fgf1 and fgf1a, prepared their recombinant proteins(rFGF1 and rFGF1a), and described the molecular mechanisms by which they improve glycolipid metabolism in carnivorous fish. A 31-d feeding trial was conducted to investigate whether they could enhance glycolipid metabolism in rainbow trout on high-carbohydrate diets(HCD). A total of 720 rainbow trout(8.9 ± 0.5 g) were equally divided into 4 groups: the chow diet(CD) group injected with PBS, the HCD group injected with PBS, the HCD group injected with rFGF1(400 ng/g body weight), and the HCD group injected with rFGF1a(400 ng/g body weight). The results showed that short-term HCD had a significant positive effect on the specific growth rate(SGR) of rainbow trout(P ng a negative health effect of HCD. Nevertheless, rFGF1 and rFGF1a showed beneficial therapeutic effects. They significantly reduced the crude fat content of the liver, serum TG, GOT, and GPT contents caused by HCD(P ng lipolysis by activating the AMPK pathway and reducing lipid accumulation in the liver caused by HCD. In addition,the rFGF1 and r FGF1a-treated groups significantly reduced serum glucose levels and elevated hepatic glycogen content under HCD, and increased glucose uptake by hepatocytes. We observed a decrease in mRNA levels for pepck, g6pase, and pygl, along with an increase in mRNA levels for gys, glut2, and gk in the liver. TRAIL and Celastrol Combinational Treatment Suppresses Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion of Human Glioblastoma Cells via Targeting Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway

Objective To investigate the mechanistic basis for the anti-proliferation and anti-invasion effect of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-induced ligand(TRAIL)and celastrol combination treatment(TCCT)in glioblastoma *** Cell counting kit-8 was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of celastrol(0-16µmol/L)and TRAIL(0-500 ng/mL)on the cell viability of glioblastoma cells.U87 cells were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely control,TRAIL(TRAIL 100 ng/mL),Cel(celastrol 0.5µmol/L)and TCCT(TRAIL 100 ng/mL+celastrol 0.5µmol/L).Cell proliferation,migration,and invasion were detected by colony formation,wound healing,and Transwell assays,*** reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting were performed to assess the levels of epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers(zona occludens,N-cadherin,vimentin,zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox,Slug,and β-catenin).Wnt pathway was activated by lithium chloride(LiCl,20 mol/L)and the mechanism for action of TCCT was *** Celastrol and TRAIL synergistically inhibited the proliferation,migration,invasion,and EMT of U87 cells(Png c-Myc,Cyclin-D1,and matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-*** addition,LiCl,an activator of the Wnt signaling pathway,restored the inhibitory effects of TCCT on the expression of β-catenin and its downstream genes,as well as the migration and invasion of glioblastoma cells(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Celastrol and TRAIL can synergistically suppress glioblastoma cell migration,invasion,and EMT,potentially through inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin *** underlies a novel mechanism of action for TCCT as an effective therapy for glioblastoma.

The reaction of furan-2,3-diones with S-methylisothiosemicarbazide hydroiodide yielded novel 1,2,4- triazine-5（4H）-ones, and reaction of furan-2,3-diones with diaminomaleonitrile led to the formation of pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives, and the hydrolysis of these products led to the formation of more new pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile derivatives. These compounds are potential herbicides and pesticides.
