建立了一类具有自然年龄和染病年龄的SIQS传染病模型。利用双曲型偏微分方程组和Volterra积分方程的相关理论方法,给出了模型的阈值R并进行稳定性分析。在总人口分布稳定的前提下,证明了当R1时无病平衡解不稳定且存在地方病平衡解。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of sleep-disordered breathing in elderly patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation due to bradyarrhythmias, and the relationship between pacing mode and patients' sleep apnea-hypopnea *** Forty-four elderly patients (＞60 years) with cardiac pacemaker and their 44 controls matched for gender, age, body mass index and cardiovascular morbidity were studied using polysomnography or portable sleep monitoring device. Results Prevalence of sleep-disordered breathing (apnea-hypopnea index ≥5/h) was 44.7% and the mean apnea-hypopnea index was 8.2 ±4.1/h in the cardiac pacemaker group, which were significantly higher than those in control subjects (25% and 4.6±2.4/h, respectively, P＜0.01 and P＜0.05). The mean apnea-hypopnea index of patients with DDD or AAI pacemaker was significantly lower than that of patients with VVI pacemaker. Conclusions Sleep-disordered breathing was more common in patients who had their cardiac pacemaker implanted due to bradyarrhythmias than in their matched controls. Compared with VVI pacing, DDD or AAI pacing may be more beneficial to patients with bradyarrhythmias and sleep-disordered breathing.

[研究目的]重大突发事件引发网络舆情信息的传播,在一定程度上会影响政府公信力的提升和社会的稳定。构建重大突发事件网络舆情元数据框架,对重大突发事件网络舆情内容及结构进行规范,为政府进行重大突发事件应急决策和网络舆情预警提供支持。[研究方法]通过网站浏览、案例分析、文献调研等实证研究,综合运用归纳和演绎方法,对重大突发事件引发的各类网络舆情信息源及其构成要素进行分析,在此基础上选择核心元数据元素,构建重大突发事件网络舆情元数据框架。[研究结论]通过梳理元数据框架,根据各类网络舆情信息源的概念和特点,从舆情客体、舆情主体、舆情本体、舆情载体为核心描述角度构建重大突发事件网络舆情元数据框架,设置与重大突发事件关联的专有元素,并对元数据框架进行描述效果应用,为重大突发事件网络舆情数据的存储、利用提供了支持。

Urineβ_2-microglobulin (β_2-m) was measured in 433 persons with low-level, long-term environmental exposure to Cd, and in 124 control persons from unpolluted area. In 152 of the exposed persons, and some of the controls, the urine β-m exceeded the limit. Of the 433 exposed persons, 74 cases with both urine Cd and β_2-m exceeding the limit were matched by the control. This study suggests that after the stratification of the degrees of renal tubular injury according to the fractional β_2-m excretion (FE β_2-m) and coordination of clinical examination, FE β_2-m could contribute to identifying renal tubular dysfunction due to Cd exposure and kidney lesion when both Cd exposure and original nephropathy exist.

发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus,SFTSV)是一种蜱传的新型布尼亚病毒,在中国大别山地区被首次发现,临床上可以引起严重发热、血小板减少等症状,致死率可达10%~30%。目前,SFTSV的致病机理和感染机制尚不清楚,还没有针对该病毒的特效药物和疫苗。本文对SFTSV的入胞机制、膜融合、复制、装配和出芽过程进行了综述,总结了目前SFTSV相关的治疗性抗体和抗病毒药物的研究进展,以期为我国SFTSV的疫苗和抗病毒药物的研发提供参考。

企业产出视角下金融科技的就业效应研究

金融科技通过支持实体经济发展能够发挥就业创造效应,但随之带来的效率提升又将产生就业替代效应,因此金融科技对就业的影响具有一定的复杂性。本文基于企业产出视角,利用2011—2021年上市公司微观数据,系统考察金融科技就业效应的存在性和内在机理。研究发现:金融科技能够显著提高企业的就业水平,这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。机制检验表明,金融科技通过规模扩大效应和效率提升效应促使产出“量”与“质”的双向提升,进而推动企业就业水平的增长。进一步分析表明,金融科技的就业效应在高成长性企业、劳动密集型企业和东部地区企业更为明显。此外,金融科技既有助于扩大企业的就业规模,还有助于提升企业的就业质量。研究证实了金融科技对就业的积极效应,为实现稳就业目标进而推动经济高质量发展提供了借鉴参考。

Dear Editor,Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)is the major histologic subtype of esophageal cancer with high incidence and mortality.1 However,few achievements have been made in the development of targeted drugs.2 Neddylation,a reversible post-translational modification,attaches ubiquitin-like molecule NEDD8 to substrates in a three-step enzymatic reaction catalyzed by NEDD8-activating enzyme E1(NAE,NAE1 and UBA3 heterodimer),NEDD8-conjugating enzyme E2s(UBE2M/UBC12 or UBE2F)and substrate-specific NEDD8-E3 ligases.3 The best-characterized substrates of neddylation are cullin family proteins,the essential components of multiunit Cullin-RING ubiquitin ligases(CRLs).4 Currently,the inhibition of cullin neddylation by targeting overactivated neddylation pathway has emerged as an attractive approach for anticancer therapy.5,6 Our previous study reported that MLN4924,a specific inhibitor of NAE,significantly inhibited the tumor growth of ESCC by blocking cullin neddylation and inactivating CRLs activity.7 However,recent studies found that MLN4924 treatment-emergent NAE mutations would confer the drug resistance.8,9 Therefore,it is urgent to identify other neddylation enzymes(E2s or E3s)as alternative anticancer targets and develop novel anti-ESCC strategies.

Objective To establish a model of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in the elderly (MODSE) by intraperitoneal injection of different doses of zymosan, and to compare the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in adult and in the elderly rats. Methods Adult and senile rats, injected with different doses of zymosan intraperitoneally were examined for the changes in the function and morphology of the vital organs, including heart, liver, brain, lungs, and kidneys using blood gas and biochemistry analysis and histopathological examination methods. Results Compared with the normal controls of the adult and the elderly rats, the blood gas and blood biochemistry changed in different degrees in the different dosed zymosan groups. Pathological changes were also found in the vital organs including lungs, heart, liver, brain, kidneys, erc in the experimental groups. Under the same concentrations of zymosan, the reductions in respiratory, cardiac and renal functions in the senile groups were much more severe than those in the corresponding adult group. In the similar degree of model duplication, the senile rats had the tendency to die later than the adult rats. Conclusions Zymosan can be used in both elderly and adult rats to induce MODS model, and the best dosage for MODSE was ***/kg injected peritoneally. The model would hopefully be used in the study of mechanisms and the therapeutics on MODSE.

Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus(SFTSV)is a highly pathogenic tick-borne bunyavirus that causes lethal infectious disease and severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)in *** molecular mechanisms and host cellular factors required for SFTSV infection remain *** a genome-wide CRISPR-based screening strategy,we identified a host cellular protein,sorting nexin 11(SNX11)which is involved in the intracellular endosomal trafficking pathway,as an essential cell factor for SFTSV *** SNX11-KO HeLa cell line was established,and SFTSV replication was significantly *** glycoproteins of SFTSV were detected and remained in later endosomal compartments but were not detectable in the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)or Golgi *** values in the endosomal compartments of the SNX11-KO cells increased compared with the pH of normal HeLa cells,and lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1(LAMP1)expression was significantly elevated in the SNX11-KO ***,these results indicated that penetration of SFTSV from the endolysosomes into the cytoplasm of host cells was blocked in the cells lacking *** study for the first time provides insight into the important role of the SNX11 as an essential host factor in the intracellular trafficking and penetrating process of SFTSV infection via potential regulation of viral protein sorting,membrane fusion,and other endocytic machinery.
