松辽盆地德惠断陷白垩系火石岭组凝灰岩储层预测及成藏主控因素

基于钻井岩心分析、测井曲线、地震等资料,运用模型正演、多参数反演体融合技术等,对松辽盆地德惠断陷白垩系火石岭组凝灰岩储层分布特征及油气富集条件进行了研究,预测了优质储层分布。研究结果表明:(1)松辽盆地德惠断陷白垩系火石岭组凝灰岩为裂隙式喷发形成的火山碎屑岩,主要为含角砾熔结凝灰岩、含角砾晶屑凝灰岩和沉凝灰岩。地震反射特征总体表现为低频、差连续、中强振幅或弱振幅,多参数反演体融合体技术预测的凝灰岩储层“甜点”分布与钻井证实结果的符合率高,凝灰岩储层平均钻遇率达92.8%,气层平均钻遇率为81.0%,其中12口井获得了工业气流;华家构造带与郭家断阶带储层岩性分别以含角砾熔结凝灰岩和含角砾晶屑凝灰岩为主,断裂发育,是2个优质储层发育区。(2)研究区凝灰岩的测井和地震相特征相匹配形成的岩性-岩相模板可有效指导凝灰岩的地震相识别,振幅属性刻画出的火山口相、近火山岩相为有利岩性分布区。(3)研究区发育火石岭组、沙河子组、营城组3套优质烃源岩厚度均超过300 m,TOC值分别为0.26%~5.08%,0.10%~5.55%,0.10%~9.74%,S1+S2分别为0.24~8.23 mg/g,0.12~18.15 mg/g,0.25~2.86 mg/g,Ro分别为0.6%~1.3%,1.1%~1.6%,1.0%~2.2%,具有丰度高,成熟度中等的特征,为大规模成藏奠定了良好的物质基础。(4)研究区凝灰岩气藏是一套源储侧向对接、高位富集的致密气藏,成藏主要受构造样式、断裂发育程度和供烃窗口控制,其中拉张和伸展作用形成的叠瓦状断弯褶皱控制了油气富集程度,断裂发育程度及供烃窗口的大小决定了气藏规模。

目的:建立一种快速且精准的方法,以确定水解乳蛋白婴幼儿配方粉的免疫反应性。方法:首先采用直接免疫斑点印迹法,利用牛奶过敏患儿血清初步评估待测样品的免疫反应性;然后通过间接竞争免疫斑点印迹法以市售普通牛奶粉为阳性对照,评估水解乳蛋白婴幼儿配方粉与血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的结合能力;最后采用间接和间接竞争酶联免疫检测法,以佐证免疫斑点印迹结果。结果:部分水解乳蛋白婴配粉仍可以结合IgE以诱发过敏反应,而深度水解乳蛋白婴配粉不具有免疫反应性。免疫斑点印迹和酶联免疫检测评价免疫反应性结果显著且一致。结论:免疫斑点印迹技术操作性强,周期短,成本低,结果可靠,为利用较难获取的婴幼儿过敏患儿血清初步评估乳蛋白产品致敏性提供了新思路。

BACKGROUND： Neuronal apoptosis in perihematomal brain tissues following intracerebral hemorrhage is strongly related to the formation of a compound signal pathway between nerve growth factor precursor （proNGF）, p75NTR, and sortilin receptor. Sortilin acts as a co-receptor and molecular switch governing the p75NTR-mediated pro-apoptotic signal induced by proNGF. OBJECTIVE： To investigate proNGF and sortilin expressions in perihematomal brain tissues following intracerebral hemorrhage, and to study the effects of proNGF and sortilin on secondary cell apoptosis. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A paired, comparison study was performed at the Laboratory of Histology and Embryology, Xi＇an Jiaotong University from October 2007 to September 2008. MATERIALS： Brain tissue samples were obtained from 15 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, who were treated at the Department of Neurosurgery, First Affiliated Hospital, Medical College of Xi＇an Jiaotong University from October 2007 to March 2008. Rabbit anti-proNGF polyclonal antibody was provided by Chemicon, USA; rabbit anti-sortilin polyclonal antibody by Abcam, UK; and TUNEL kit by Promega, USA. METHODS： Perihematomal brain tissues selected 0.5 cm from the hemorrhage area were considered to be the hemorrhage group, while brain tissues from the middle temporal gyrus served as the control group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Histopathological changes were detected using hematoxylin-eosin staining, cell apoptosis was determined using the TUNEL method, and proNGF and sortilin expressions were determined using immunohistochemistry. RESULTS： Edema was clearly observed in perihematomal brain tissues, and infiltration of inflammatory cells was visible, with the presence of irregular and necrotic bodies. The apoptotic rate in the hemorrhage group was significantly greater than in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. The precise mechanism underlying the effects of anti-CD4 antibody and calcium ions(Ca^(2+)) in peanut allergy remains unknown.C3 H/HeJ mice sensitized with peanut protein extract(PPE)were injected with anti-CD4 antibodies for 4 *** with PPE increased the specific immunoglobulin E(IgE),cytokine,histamine,and mMcp-1 levels,upregulated decorin(Dcn)expression,induced Ca^(2+) inflow in the spleen,and augmented the expression of the transcription factors GATA-3 and Foxp3,which resulted in Th2 and Treg cell ***,the Ca^(2+) levels were positively correlated with the histamine,interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,and IL-13 levels,and negatively correlated with IL-10 ***,administration of anti-CD4 antibodies markedly alleviated allergic symptoms,activated T cells,and reduced Ca^(2+) inflow,cytokine,histamine,mMcp-1,and the IgHG3,CXCLI2,MMP2 and FABP4 *** results indicated that anti-CD4 antibodies can ameliorate PPE-induced allergy,which is probably related to the suppression of Ca^(2+) inflow,and inhibiting histamine,cytokine and IgHG3,CXCL12,MMP2,and FABP4,thus exerting a protective effect against PPEsensitized food allergy.

Environmental photocatalysis is a promising technology for treating antibiotics in *** this study,a supercritical carbonization method was developed to synthesize a single-atom photocatalyst with a high loading of Ni(above 5 wt.%)anchored on a carbonnitrogen-silicate substrate for the efficient photodegradation of a ubiquitous environmental contaminant of tetracycline(TC).The photocatalyst was prepared from an easily obtained metal-biopolymer-inorganic supramolecular hydrogel,followed by supercritical drying and carbonization *** low-temperature(300℃)supercritical ethanol treatment prevents the excessive structural degradation of hydrogel and greatly reduces the metal clustering and aggregation,which contributed to the high Ni *** characterizations confirmed that Ni was present at isolated sites and stabilized by Ni-N and Ni-O bonds in a Ni-(N/O)_(6)-C/SiC configuration.A 5%Ni-C-Si catalyst,which performed the best among the studied catalysts,exhibited a wide visible light response with a narrow bandgap of 1.45 eV that could efficiently and repeatedly catalyze the oxidation of TC with a conversion rate of almost 100% within 40 *** reactive species trapping experiments and electron spin resonance(ESR)tests demonstrated that the h+,and·O_(2)-were mainly responsible for TC *** TC degradation mechanism and possible reaction pathways were provided ***,this study proposed a novel strategy to synthesize a high metal loading singleatom photocatalyst that can efficiently remove TC with high concentrations,and this strategy might be extended for synthesis of other carbon-based single-atom catalysts with valuable properties.

As modern communication technology advances apace,the digital communication signals identification plays an important role in cognitive radio networks,the communication monitoring and management *** has become a promising solution to this problem due to its powerful modeling capability,which has become a consensus in academia and ***,because of the data-dependence and inexplicability of AI models and the openness of electromagnetic space,the physical layer digital communication signals identification model is threatened by adversarial *** examples pose a common threat to AI models,where well-designed and slight perturbations added to input data can cause wrong ***,the security of AI models for the digital communication signals identification is the premise of its efficient and credible *** this paper,we first launch adversarial attacks on the end-to-end AI model for automatic modulation classifi-cation,and then we explain and present three defense mechanisms based on the adversarial *** we present more detailed adversarial indicators to evaluate attack and defense ***,a demonstration verification system is developed to show that the adversarial attack is a real threat to the digital communication signals identification model,which should be paid more attention in future research.

Dear Editor,This letter investigates the stability of n-dimensional nonlinear fractional differential systems with Riemann-Liouville *** using the Mittag-Leffler function,Laplace transform and the Gronwall-Bellman lemma,one sufficient condition is attained for the asymptotical stability of a class of nonlinear fractional differential systems whose order lies in(0,2).According to this theory,if the nonlinear term satisfies some conditions,then the stability condition for nonlinear fractional differential systems is the same as the ones for corresponding linear *** examples are provided to illustrate the applications of our result.

This paper proposes a novel low scattering tightly coupled dipole array(TCDA), aiming to reduce the radar cross section(RCS) of phased antenna arrays under a certain oblique incident wave. First, we build three types of antenna elements that exhibit similar radiation characteristics but diverse reflection phase differences based on the proposed theoretical analysis. The required reflection phase difference is achieved by using different dielectric superstrates for each antenna element. Then, by arranging the three types of subarrays next to each other, a low scattering TCDA(8 × 9) is designed. Meanwhile, a reference antenna array with a single type of antenna element is also constructed. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed RCS reduction technique, simulated and measured results of the reference and proposed antenna array are compared. Both antenna arrays operate over the 6–18 GHz frequency band and can scan up to ±45° in the E-/H-planes. However, the proposed antenna array achieves a significant monostatic RCS reduction over 8–12 GHz, with a maximum reduction value of 7.55 d B. It indicates that this diverse element reflection phase technique is a good candidate for wideband RCS reduction.
